  1. The NTSB is very good, but they get far too into the minutia at times. They bring up points that don't really matter. Very thorough, but at times meaningless. This is very simple mid-air. There are a few points, but quite simple.
  2. No I don't. Just like I find no logic, knowledge, competency, informed view or anything else in your grossly political only offerings. You provide nothing, and you know nothing. You are a simple political fire hose who offers no information or reasonable perspective.
  3. Whatever the hell this means.
  4. When anyone can find anything that this administration has done has had any effect to make aviation less safe, post it. This is more unrelated nonsense.
  5. Not much, but certainly nothing related to DEI or the Sec. of Defense operating a ship drunk. My expectations are clearly not realistic here.
  6. Three minutes and two responses in, and I already regret posting to this site.
  7. The US aircraft carrier Harrier S. Truman, CVN 75, evidently collided with a merchant ship just outside the Suez, near Egypt, as it was preparing to sail south through the canal. Doesn't look to be too serious damage wise, but these are always serious for the Navy.
  8. Everyone should be aware that the CPI number released today was a January number. Crude oil was over $79/barrel the day before the Inauguration. As of this moment, $72.09.
  9. This intentional deception is not without precedent though. Jimmy Carter used to carry his bags for the cameras. The reality was they were all empty and his aids would carry the real bags a bit later, and out of camera view.
  10. Commercial aviation safety has not been changed in any meaningful way in the past month. What will change is the cancellation of stupid social training which does nothing and is laughed at and despised by FAA folks, and the wasteful, senseless de-genderizng of decades old terminology, that everyone understands, bought and paid for by the knucklehead who was running the dept of Transportation, being driven to work in an SUV and then pulling a bike out for the last two block photo op.
  11. To be clear, nothing you say "bothers me," or is even paid attention to.
  12. Just so we're clear, 'cause sometimes your posts aren't, are you blaming the gov for a Lear running off a runway?
  13. The stupidity of your post is familiar. You claim that he views those that died as "suckers and losers"? You are beyond hope. Pure nonsense.
  14. Actually, you've already made the liar claim. Maybe you forgot. I'll remind you. I challenged you and I offered to donate an infinite amount of money to you, or your designated charity. You didn't respond. Disappeared. If you can find anything that I have ever posted regarding Austin's resume being insufficient, as you claimed, do so. To save time, that aint gonna happen.
  15. I guess I'll go with the drunk premise. Here's your claim: "Are you not the stupid idiot that said Lloyd Austin had to resume" I'm guessing that what you were incompetent to post clearly is a claim that I stated Austin's resume was sub standard. Never posted that, and I have stated that before.
  16. You are so stupid you need to stop posting and consider mental health issues. The aviation industry is populated with very talented people with decades of experience. They have families they provide for, and are dependent on success, as well as self survival, physical and economic. They don't go out and kill themselves after an election. The system is the same. There have been no changes. You have self identified as an absolute idiot, either drunk or a moron beyond description.
  17. Trump directly killed those people? This has reached the level of uninformed insanity. Should come with a "read at your own risk" warning. By the way, he hasn't "screwed with safety." Pure nonsense.
  18. The FAA needs to Total nonsense. No surprise. For the uniformed, the FAA has little to do with accidents, and they certainly don't prevent them. They need to be totally revamped.
  19. Doesn't matter to me. He was a Congressman, Buttigieg was a mayor who had a chip to play as a competitor for the Dem nomination. The issue to me is simple. Buttigieg was a clown as Sect. of Transportation. Despised, wasteful and ignorant, as sell as being deceitful and disgustingly smug. The question you pose, to use a football analogy, would be to ask how qualified Josh Rosen was coming into the draft. In both cases, it it didn't matter, and I don't care. Both were terrible. Either way, I fully expect things in that dept to be better under the current leadership. Perhaps they can deal with the very real existent problems and not waste time, money and human assets changing pronouns and forcing career professionals to attend useless training adventures. But I can only hope.
  20. I'm not reluctant at all. State the accusations with evidence, and I'll be glad to respond. No timidity on this end.
  21. Buttigieg was a gross failure. Hated by everybody. A failure, and a punk. Delivered to work in an SUV and then pulling a bike out of the back to drive the last two blocks for camera purposes. I am not going to get into a stupid, wasteful conversation on this silly forum about who was more qualified.
