  1. Kelly Tough. Jim will win this one too. Pulling for him
  2. That's a shame....she has some nice twits
  3. So revisit those drafts and tell us who you would've picked....CB's please
  4. When a team makes the playoffs, no one cares how they got their regular season W's. And this is the NFL. "On any given Sunday" (or Monday, Thursday, Saturday) is not just a saying, it's a reality. The Rams beat the Champs. Does that mean Seattle sucks? Miami beats the Pats*. We pound Miami. The Pats* pound us. There are no guaranteed wins in any sport. Every game might as well be a game between two 0-0 clubs.
  5. You are right. These corners and safeties are part of the reason our pass rush works with only four. I see opposing qbs not finding guys open for most possessions of the games this year. Ask Stafford. Cutler. And Tannehill. When it really counted, they couldn't find anyone to throw to. Our DBs aren't exceptional, but they have been pretty solid. Btw, I hate this "shut-down corner" crap. Is there one cb in the league who hasn't had a big play or a first down happen on their watch? No. I've seen our DB's play far worse than they are this year. This year I see our offense getting the ball more due to a number of 3&outs....something we haven't had in quite some time. And yes Leodis can be better too, but last year, I think he played stellar football for a good portion of the season. Yet I still read a lot of critisim on this board.
  6. That was the o-line coach that said that
  7. Buffalo 30 Vikings 20 Zebras -7 = Buffalo 23 Vikings 20
  8. When the networks hire ex-officiating members to their broadcasting teams and special segments to explain all the bad or controversial calls weekly, this tells you all you need to know about the league and how bad it really is
  9. Sorry but there are NO positives when they lose to the Pats....again and again and again........zero. I'm sure guys like Fred and Kyle would agree
  10. That in itself is the problem....it's a fine thought but we had one tight end capable of this, and the running game wasn't doing enough. So that's where getting the ball into the big time playmaker's hands has to be part of the gameplan as well, when you are behind and you don't have the luxury of continuing the gameplan that you mentioned. When you give up as much as they did for Watkins, you expect him to get the ball against your biggest rival in the biggest games
  11. Exactly JR. and D10....this guy was brought here for max production any way possible. Hell, put him in the backfield and hand it off to him as a change of pace....something....anything!
  12. Yup....op, I feel the same way, but not only on that 3rd and long. And how do you have a rook on gronkowski in that situation? Also the zebras were once again very predictable with some horsh*+ calls to kill us on both sides of the ball in crucial situations
  13. People like to call games later in the season, with more acute mathematical implications, as "must win" games. And rightfully so. But I think this weeks game is a must win game. You are right....it's bigger than just first place 6 weeks in. This is a game that if won, can have that benchmark affect on a team like the Bills with all the recent history of sub-mediocrity. Biggest game of the year so far in this division.
  14. Well you might lose in points, but you win in the Balls Dept
  15. Curious....who did you let go to claim Orton and who are you benching??? This I gotta know
  16. Yeah, I always cringe when I see folks on this forum poking fun at Brady after a loss or tough outing. He freaking owns this franchise much like Shula did in the 70's. We have had a decade of Pinto with bondo and we laugh at a Cadillac with a bird dropping on it.
  17. Sammy possesses the raw ability to be dynamic in the slot, with potential to be great.....and I'm talking taking the position to a level higher than Welker in his prime in NE. He has the rare athltetesim to be more of a threat after the catch than Welker did, and he was pretty good himself. But Watkins also brings the ability to break tackles...this is another difference he brings to the slot position. He can also be a deep threat WR. So he's more versatile than Woods, or has the quick potential to be. I like Woods more as an intermediate threat...and possession receiver. His route running is way more crisp than Watkins at this point. Both have different skills to bring to an offense. Its a good mix to have.
  18. Hahahaa!!! For me, the minute he points out the Mike LB, I'm giving up on him and call him a poser

  20. Refreshing to hear the truth. These are people. Individuals with real thoughts and opinions. I think the safe cliche route of answerring questions makes me feel like I just wasted my time listening or watching. Talk on, Sammy. And btw, Sammy did say he could do better himself.
