  1. No. If we win, Buffalo jumps to 10 or 11; the Pats fall to 15 or 16.
  2. Running the ball risks injury for no reason. Any NFL coach would kneel in that situation.
  3. He was targeted once, and Fitz only threw 19 passes. It's not like he had any drops or threw the ball five yards away from multiple wide open receivers.
  4. I generally agree, but regarding Barnett: he couldn't cover today, either.
  5. Glad to see CJ getting a lot of work, but I hope Chan has some idea as to how we'll pass. Can't just run every play
  6. I like Dalton, but half of his success is due to A.J. Green. Stevie's a good player, but can't dominate/carry a rookie QB in the same way.
  7. I wouldn't say it was physical manhandling. Most of the time the Jets got separation, it was because or DBs looked confused or were placing themselves poorly for the pass. I do think that we need much more from our DL/blitz so that our DBs can get comfortable. Someone mentioned in another thread that Wilson looks like he's lost a step. If Wilson looks bad next week, want to see if Searcy can do anything. He looked ok in limited time last year.
  8. No, that's absurd. Gilmore hasn't played a game yet. Williams hasn't been very good. Brooks won't play for a few months at the least. This is ridiculous
  9. D Lambeau has been sold out for decades. It's impossible to place the Packers in the same category as those teams.
  10. Jets 17, Bills 14.
  11. He threw a number of passes either way too short or long.
  12. That vote was from James Walker, the AFC East blogger. I'm not surprised he picked an AFC East rookie to win the award. Don't read too much into it.
  13. You can't edit players in this year's Madden. There are a lot of strange omissions.
  14. Obviously, the players we picked are worse, with the exception of Spiller, but Angerer isn't that good. He's not even close to being in the same league as guys like Gronkowski and Bowman.
  15. Please explain to me why Miami would even consider trading Moore to Buffalo? He's good enough to not get cut, and, if they were to trade him, it wouldn't be to a divisional rival.
  16. I'll often take the over for season wins. Other than that, I stay away from betting on the team, unless it's in a parlay/buying points.
  17. You may disagree with what he said, but Reed was pretty coherent. My vote goes to New Haven-style pizza. That stuff is incredible.
  18. Sheppard looked ok at best.
  19. Betting on the Super Bowl winner is never a good bet. Season over/under wins can be lucrative if you get the right lines.
  20. I took the Bills with a 6.5 over/under. I'm biased, but that may have been the easiest bet I've ever made.
  21. This is actually an interesting idea, but I don't think Nix and Gailey want to shake up the position further this offseason. McKelvin also has a pretty big role to play on special teams, so don't discount that.
  22. What's ridiculous is that the Jets are given a "5.5" at QB, while Buffalo is given a "4.25," one of the lowest of all teams. I don't think Fitz is better than Sanchez, but to rank him that much lower is ridiculous, given that both players will likely improve over the next three years.
