  1. K.C. isn't spending its first and second round picks on Q.B.s.; Detroit is not replacing Stafford.
  2. Why is McKelvin's contract listed as dead money?
  3. Are people still so uninformed that they think Geno is a running QB? He is athletic, and was the fastest QB at this year's combine, but he is not a running QB.
  4. There have been multiple threads on this topic.
  5. Eric Fisher and Geno Smith will be gone by our pick. I think Sharrif Floyd is a lock for the top six now as well.
  6. Care to provide any evidence for the ridiculous, unsupported statement that Cleveland is considering cutting Weeden?
  7. He's been slotted as high as the fifth pick (Detroit) in mock drafts. The earliest I can see him going now is 10, to Tennessee, but I think the Chargers grab him if a top OT isn't around. I'm pretty sure Geno will get snapped up by the Chiefs and we draft one of the following: Sharrif Floyd, Damontre Moore, Bjoern Werner, or Sheldon Richardson.
  8. Bradham had a very poor rookie season compared to, say, Lavonte David.

  10. You might want to look up the definition of proactive.
  11. Care to explain why you have neither Byrd nor Levitre on the team? Also, Kiko Alonso won't be there in the sixth.
  12. 6-10. Expect- by the numbers- improved run defense, worse pass defense, and a slightly worse offense.
  13. Don't forget about Kenny Vaccaro.
  14. If anyone is better than Byrd, it's Thomas, Weddle, or maybe Rashad Jones.
  15. Pryor and Smith are completely different players. At this point, I have to think that some of the comparisons are something more than just lazy.
  16. They don't want Tebow.
  17. C.Biscuit said- correctly- that Mayock called Ayers the best defensive player in the draft.
  18. He's not so different from T.J. Graham, except with a known return element to his game. If he's cheap and McKelvin's expensive, I'd bring him in.
  19. This is worth looking at, if only just for kicks: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/football/columns/story?columnist=luginbill_tom&id=3233826 Future NFLers include: Sean Spence, Dwayne Allen, DaQuan Bowers, Julio Jones, Janoris Jenkins, and A.J. Green- and that's just from the top five teams. Miami, with the top recruiting class in 2008, has Arthur Brown projecting as a likely second day pick in 2013. In 4 years, 30-40 of the top 100 guys will be top NFL prospects. That's pretty good.
  20. We should go back to the red, standing buffalo from the 70's.
  21. They didn't spend a pick on him, and like Shaun Hill as a backup. I do think that they'd consider a 6th round pick a good return for an UDFA slated to be a backup QB. I doubt anyone in the NFL sees him as anything but a potential quality backup.
  22. Did he do anything over the regular season to improve his outlook as an NFL player as compared to during the draft process? He was an UDFA who might be a decent backup.
  23. Kellen Moore is worth a sixth at best.
  24. He's a cancer who's proven to be nothing but detrimental to a team.
