I agree. Talbot can't write. The "anonymous scout" makes many of the same mistakes in his writing as Talbot does. There is no evidence that this is legitimate.
We have a very talented team, but we probably don't have the most talented defense (did you mean defensive line?) in the league. As for the defensive line, I think that Houston and St. Louis have better lines.
I doubt that we keep Dixon and Summers, especially if we are keeping Hopkins as a "kickoff specialist."I think that you have too few linebackers on the roster.
There's a decent chance that someone like Kevin Elliott beats out Graham or Easley for a roster spot.
My concern is spreading the ball. If we get a competent RT in the second or third, E.J. will have a chance to show if he can produce or not. I love the deal; I'd rather have our second and third now than a first this year to make or break E.J.
Mosley is the next great Ravens linebacker. He's mature, a hard worker, intelligent, and disciplined. If he stays healthy, he will captain that defense for years.
Why does every absurd trade idea need its thread? The board is clogged with random mock drafts and absurd trade propositions.
Yup; nor is any team trading for one, let alone multiple players in an exchange of draft picks. That just doesn't happen; you trade a player for a pick(s) or trade picks for picks.
You love the intangibles of a guy who transferred out of Rutgers because he lost his starting spot? I've read scouting reports concerned with Savage's maturity and ability to deal with competition.
Why do people assume Stevie Johnson is part of the package? Teams don't package players in a trade-up; nor can you guarantee that anyone would want to trade for his contract (I am making no commentary on his production). If we trade up we'll be trading picks for picks.
King isn't perfect, of course, but if the team has removed Lewan from their board, don't you think it's strange that he had some modicum of information that suggested the Bills were interested in Lewan?
