Didn't realize we were the only team who lost talent to free agency. Where the hell did super Mario come from?! (who ever overpays for Jerry ain't getting a super Mario....) As long as we keep Mario, Marcel, Kiko and Gilmore on D, I'm good. The four listed make good team mates look great.

I want to see EJ play after a year off and with an accomplished offensive coordinator. On paper he is the perfect QB, has the confidence of all his teammates and has seen how a pro (albeit a poor one) handles a season. I didn't vote, but I think his chances are better now than if Doug stayed.

That would make three down linemen, and two of four linebackers linemen as well. Kiko and Preston will have a lot of ground to cover, but not A lot of time to have to cover. I don't think it'll happen but the thought of that five tearing into the back field gives me chills, lol.

I can't see any reason to cut EJ. None. Show me two better options on our team. We're chasing a guy with no upside and dont see any QB's with upside on there way to the Bills. I haven't been an EJ fan but I think he is our only true prospect at QB.

Baltimore, Tampa and the Bears have all won championships this way.

I'd like to see the standing buffalo on our current uniform. Good to go.

I was in the keep SJ13 camp. Would love to see him, Woods and Watkins together.

We didn't use Sammy Watkins or dress Mike Williams last year. If we still had Stevie, I'm sure that would have been his fault too.

I haven't known our line to have any soft personalitys. Eric Wood actually likes the guy...... Guys that are playing have killed people, beaten woman, fought dogs, dealt drugs.......... And we're worried about Richie? I'm glad we signed a guy more talented than anyone at his position on our roster. The hell with a second chance. Everyone deserves help.

McKelvin has played very well the last two years. (he led the Bills in int's last year. The year before he played lights out while Gilmore was nursing his wrist. If you posted this in 2012, I would agree. Than the last two years happens. Revis isn't worth the money. He would instantly be our best corner but we don't really have issues in the secondary. Everyone thought we did. Check the stats. Let's spend on OL, RB, TE, QB.

There are people (players) who don't believe what Incognito did was bad. I'm sure everyone feels the same way about Rice. That, and he was already being phased out by younger talent.

Robey has played the perimeter and proved to not physical enough to complete against WR's. He has shown that out of the slot back his instincts kill screens and other short field plays. He can't go up for the ball. While Leo has had issues tracking the ball, he is an elite physical talent, who has dominated opposing WR's during stretches the last two years.I love that we have two man up cover corners that don't care where on the field they play. They can shadow their match ups.

no. I read it. I've played my fair share of violent competitive sports. Like I said, he didn't say twist it behind his back and break it. He said hit it. If I'm Blount going one on one with Thomas III, I'm Destroying him. If I'm a WR blocking Sherman, I'm popping his hurt arm. No extra stuff. I did it in football, wrestling, lacross.... He'll, if I knew a catcher was hurt I'm crushing him.

I work for a wholesaler that hires talented sales people. Home Depot try to buy our company, when they did they tried to apply their process to it. The company ended up losing money and they turned around and resold us. Whenever they hire talent again instead of caring about the process, IT company became successful again. It depends on how you run your business. Are you looking for quality or you looking for your process to be met. If you want process go to McDonalds.
