He happens to be a mediocre, low cieling football player and it was amusing that so many folks were so up in arms about the decision to let him walk. Who am I really taking a shot at? I'm hoping Hernandez gets screwed to the wall but like many others here have said never ever talk to the police. They will never help you. Yeah, clearly a rookie WR that struggled to outplay his draft position is done. Why oh why would an NFL team sign a rookie to a four year deal? I love the idea of both of them on opposite sides of the formation later on in the year. It won't be a matter of who is open, it will be a matter of who can catch and who can get it to them. One of the two will certainly be open.

Spiller, by far. He's one of the top players in the NFL IMO. As a quick aside, after Fred got hurt in 2011, wasn't Spiller either #1 or #2 in total yards from that point on?

Even though I hate all things Prius, it's good to see a guy "get it" and do something financially sensible for himself. It's even more encouraging to see that he is using his own mistakes to counsel others. Good for him!

If that comparison isn't convenient for you, how about Chicago baseball fans? Or Clippers fans? Or countless other fans of countless other teams that have struggled? All gullible?

This is stupid. Is it your contention that the people of Boston, from 1919 till 2003, were easily gullible? Sports fans everywhere are the same. They want to feel good about their team. It's got nothing whatsoever to do with "the people of Buffalo".

Well played SJ. :-) He's actually not horrible, but I just don't see how he'd be an upgrade at any of our DL spots. Love that hit C-Mac put on him on FJ's walk in TD in '11.
