The United States turns its back on its allies and capitulates to Russia, and the MAGAts cheer. They blame the country that got invaded. This damage will last generations. Who will buy weapons from a US defense company again (see HIMARS) if there is a risk that the software to run such platforms can be shut off on a mad kings whim? I am so proud to have quit the Republican party in 2016. That said, I never imagined that we would become a vassal state. We are standing down our cyber ops vs Russia? We are lifting sanctions? We made an enemy out of freaking CANADA? FFS

what do you mean when you say “socialist”? Are you aware that Tesla has been subsidized with over $36 billion of taxpayer dollars? Yes. Russia beat us.

just insane logic. Usaid was one of the United States’ most powerful tools to spread influence, goodwill, and development around the globe. Who will fill this void? China’s belt and road humanitarian initiative already moving to take usaids place. Tons of reports about how foreign govs are reaching out to newly fired (disgruntled, previously loyal) feds to dish sensitive info. It’s crazy to me that the right wing has weaponized being a good person into a fault.

Unelected Foreigner Takes Jobs

The MAGAts swallowed his lies whole because he allowed them to be the worst version of themselves. To normalize their hate. They normalized themselves into a dictatorship and their kids will never ever know what it was like to vote. Ask yourself - is this administration behaving like they have to worry about any upcoming elections? -
President Trump's Foreign Policy (2)
Thurmal34 replied to B-Man's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
It’s insane seeing Obama brought up on this thread. A small faction of people on this country were so enraged that a man with a bit more melanin was elected President that they threw away their kids’ right to vote in the name of owning the libs. The greatest country in the world ended itself over skin color. -
Oh, and while you were distracted, he gutted the agencies regulating his companies. After that, he awarded your money to fund his now barely overseen businesses. All the while, he convinced you to hate the middle class. Good job.

Despite having a GDP 90% lower than ours and a military with less than 1/10 the strength of ours, our national leadership takes orders from Moscow. How did this defeat happen? How much green energy would be generated by harnessing Ron Reagan’s grave spinning from this betrayal?

Here to admit I was wrong. Don’t get it, but hey, the US wants all republicans in charge, so I’m gonna go with it. Let’s document what they accomplish.

Just one? Hard to pinpoint. Maybe when they were trying to overturn the ACA - Trump was asked what the plan was to replace it and his reply was "something fantastic". Of course nothing "fantastic" was accomplished. In fact, they couldn't even overturn it, even with all 3 branches for 2 years. If you aren't able to tell he's a con man, well, you're the mark.

so why argue about divide and conquer?
