  1. Some gurus are pondering that Christian will go round 1 late, or early round 2... Kurt Warner - undrafted "Pro Bowl" QB Matt Cassell - very late draft pick Tony Romo - undrafted Matt Hasselbeck - very late draft pick It is worth it to take a stab late every year (that you don't spend a really high First on a QB). Levi Brown gets to show if he "developed" over the year. A new kid gets a year behind him...
  2. What was it, five first half picks vs. Nebraska?? Excellent point, why should we have any interest in some one year Michigan starter in Round 6... Mr. Belichick, are you listening to me???
  3. for what position? Wildcat QB? RB? S? Tyrod is an impressive athlete, but he is not an NFL QB. "late round" = ????? Colin likely goes round 2... Colin and Ben Chappell each has an NFL arm. Each has a windup that needs to be "corrected." Ben played in the Big 10. Colin played against Idaho and New Mexico State and lots of other teams, well, including Boise... However, both used that "pistol" formation. Ben is likely more ready to start than Colin. Colin is clearly more mobile. If the price is Colin for the Bills' Second Rounder, or Ben Chappell with the 7th Rounder, I'll take Chappell. That's not a tough question.
  4. That Indiana had a terrible defense and lost close games to Big 10 powerhouses, at least once on an endzone drop on a Chappell throw that hit the WR in the numbers, that somehow makes Ben Chappell "unfocused, unproven, and uncoachable, and not interested in building a team...???" Do you think there are 100% perfect prospects every round in the Draft? Perhaps your signature should be "My Bills Draft 1. Cam Newton 2. Nick Fairly 3. Patrick Peterson 4. Tyron Smith 5. AJ Green 6. Gabe Carimi 7. Phil Taylor 7 -comp. DeQuan Bowers"
  5. I'd have to go with Ben Chappell of Indiana. Three plus year Big 10 starter who can make all the throws. Needs to fine tune his motion, and re-build his body which got beat up badly last year after Saffold went to the NFL. Ben is quite developed as a QB, reading NFL style defenses, making good decisions. Indiana would have won more big games if Indiana's defense wasn't the worst BCS defense I've ever seen. That was not Ben's fault. There were also some shocking drops by IU receivers that cost Ben some big time comeback wins. The last two losses to Iowa especially...
  6. Weslye Saunders is a bit of a project, but a potential Pro Bowl TE. But, in a cold town with the team losing, I don't know if I'd gamble it would happen here... broken foot, out of football for a year - this guy needs Ray Lewis in his face every day... Don't know if I'd trust a three step punter from Florida either... My selection for the 244 would likely come from this list... Jeff Maehl - too "slow," just unreal at turning, tracking the ball and catching it. While he can't break 4.6, nobody at the combine could stay with him turning, which is what WRs tend to do, which explains why Maehl was so productive. A bit of Derrick Mason in this kid. Guy Miller DT Colorado State - I do not understand his ranking. Every time I saw this kid, he was super quick off the snap, slippery, and effective. Appears to have top intangibles, including being a great high school wrestler. Saw double and triple teams regularly. Jeremiah Hunter LB Iowa - don't understand his rating either. Thought he was better than Pat Angerer. Excellent prospect for ILB in 3-4 and all LB in 4-3. Sampson Genus C USF - wait wait wait he's from Florida (just not "south" Florida, because "South Florida" is in Tampa, which is not in "south" Florida...). Yeah, but look how he is built (plenty of warmth). Apparently 6 ft and just 3/8 of an inch tall (too short for most), frame easily holds 310 and is super quick and athletic, knee bender, destroyed everyone on Clemson he faced in his final game, including DT Jenkins, rated by most as a mid rounder. Committed team leader. I am not at all convinced he is not the best C prospect in the Draft.
  7. Clearly, Cam has a better off the field record than Big Ben. Rather, I was comparing them as quarterbacks on the field. Both are ridiculously hard to sack. Both are champions. Both can throw accurate deep passees (unlike Kaepernick, who goes wild after 30 yards or so). Both got low twenties on the Wonderlic. Cam's arm is comparable to JaMarcus. Cam is just seriously committed to football, while JaMarcus never was. He always had a spare tire at LSU too. Cam is mobile while JaMarcus wasn't. The Cam-Vince comp is especially offensive, since the two are completely different players. Vince Young never had an NFL arm. Vince Young is "too dumb." The only thing those two have in common is speed. And skin color...
  8. Big Ben is the best comp.
  9. Thanks, TO...
  10. As the W/pro-Israel side was 100% for keeping Mubarak in Egypt, they apparently are not happy that the UN is stopping Kadaffi from slaughtering his own people. Perhaps they really like Kadaffi, never mind Pan Am 103, must not have been any Israelis on that one... Once again, they blur UN and US. In Iraq, the UN became the US, because the "US media" wanted the US and just the US to flip off 119 Gulf War allies and invade Iraq alone as Israel wanted. Hence, Bush 41, not the UN, was accused of "not finishing the (Israeli, not our) job in Iraq" by Israelies in our "US media" who were 100% for Bill Clinton's idea to do just that. We are participating in a UN no fly issue in Libya, no different than doing it in Iraq 1992-2003... Some UN no fly missions are just a bit more "chosen" than others...
  11. To actually engage in debate, one must be specific. You claim I don't "support" the truth I post. Yet you are unable to specify any specific example of this, likely because you can't, but rather just hate the truth I do post because it is truth that conflicts with your ideology, where America doesn't matter at all except to serve something other than America...
  12. The UN is the way to apply a standard which the entire planet trusts to enforce BORDERS. The UN accepts and defines borders, and then the countries behind the UN act to enforce those borders. That way, it isn't "the US kicking Saddam out of Kuwait," it is "the US and 119 countries under a UN flag." That is BETTER FOR US. Indeed, the goodwill post Desert Storm for the US was unprecedented. However, there was still one country outside its UN defined border post Desert Storm, and that country is the source of all of the US' problems with the Middle East. A BORDER is easy to understand. It can be drawn up on a map, copied, and circulated to everyone. Everyone knows where everyone else' border is, and that helps to keep the "peace" in an effective manner. Those who hate the UN here are all about making one country above that "UN border law," because all they care about is the one country on the planet outside its UN defined border, and they are all about EXPANDING IT further with our arms and our troops...
  13. Kelly and Marino each got 15. Cam just trounced 'em. Vince Young came with the Wonderlic RED FLAG = TOO DUMB. Cam doesn't. Cam's score is absolutely above where the "concern" would start, under 20, and as we can document, plenty of under 20 QBs did quite well, and Big Ben at 23 is "statistically insignificant" from Cam's 21. Indeed, Cam has never had a problem getting in trouble with cops, but Big Ben has... Like Big Ben, Cam is super tough, plays with pain, and still can avoid the rush and launch a strike downfield. Cheating at UF doesn't require being SUPER DUMB. Rather, it is just part of the UF program which includes THE SUPER DUMB, like 2011 Combine dummy Carl Johnson, who just CHOMPED the Wonderlic for a 6... If you are really good in football, there is a place on the Gators for you, regardless... CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP
  14. "Young is much DUMBER than Cam." fixed it... 21 > 6
  15. The one thing I do know about Gabbert is that cold weather doesn't bother him at all, or he would have taken Jim Harbaugh's Stanford scholarship offer and accepted it...
  16. I don't see how anyone could read the top post here and conclude that. Can you quote what I posted about Gabbert? The simple reality is that it appears likely that CAR will pick a QB, either Cam or Gabbert. Behind them is Denver, which will likely give Tebow at least another year. Given the perception, however "unfounded," of a QB need here, and the odds of a trade up by Wash, SF, AZ, TN, even Cincy is pretty high assuming CAR takes a QB... y'all are gonna be lucky to have one left at 3... So my position is as follows. Cam is neither Vince Young nor JaMarcus, and anyone who compares Cam to either of those two is a complete idiot who should be ignored permanently on any subject related to the sport of football. I haven't taken a position on Gabbert because I haven't watched enough of Gabbert to opine. I have watched a lot of Cam, and assuming Cam is OK in cold weather, Cam would be an absolute steal at 3... That's my take. Any other insinuations or speculations or things that should be left in the PPP forum are irrelevant...
  17. Anyone who compares Vince Young and Cam Newton is beyond hopeless, has no clue, doesn't understand the football he watches, and should be passed over whenever he tries to post "analysis" of something he does not understand. Cam Newton isn't smart, but he is smart enough to be a QB. He has a great arm (something Vince Young never had). Unlike JaMarcus, Cam is infinitely passionate about football, obsessed. Is Cam's dad worrisome? Yes, but the dad doesn't get the contract... Didn't Cam cheat at UF? Do you think Carl Johnson with his combine low Wonderlic Score of 6 isn't cheating at UF??? Everyone on UF cheats, or has the option to... that's why they are forced to play one game every year with the average letter grade on the helmet. Cam beat more top teams last year than Ben Roethlisberger played against in four at Miami-OH. Indeed, Auburn won games in different styles against different top teams. When Georgia took away the pass, Auburn ran. When Bama took away the run, Cam unleashed some of the best big game deep throws ever recorded on film. Cam's offense at Auburn had Cam and... .... ... a traditionally stiff "run blocking" Auburn OL a good freshman tailback some speed at WR but "inconsistent" hands (that dropped a bunch right between them) but as far as top talent, Auburn's offense was Cam and almost exclusively Cam. Who knew Cam at UF? A: the coach at Miss State, which clearly wanted Cam What did Cam do after being kicked out of UF? A: he went to a JC and won the title and then? A) he didn't lose for Auburn... Cam's response to being stuck on UF and "caught cheating" was to go to two different schools and win championships both times. Cam is not a quitter like Jamarcus. Cam has a real NFL arm unlike Vince Young. Now, for the Bills, the question is... what does Cam look like in the VERY COLD... and to observe that for the first time, we could take him right now to Antarctica for a "Pro Day workout..."
  18. If you feel so strongly about defending Isreal and offing Palestinians, go move THERE and SIGN UP. The CIA filed a report on the 67 Israeli theft of land outside Israel's UN defined border, and it documents that Israel was the one who started the attack (with LBJ's blessing, as well as with the arms LBJ sent ISrael which JFK would not), not the BS you and your ilk spew out day after day. https://www.cia.gov/library/center-for-the-study-of-intelligence/csi-publications/csi-studies/studies/vol49no1/html_files/arab_israeli_war_1.html "Helms was awakened at 3:00 in the morning on 5 June by a call from the CIA Operations Center. The Foreign Broadcast Information Service had picked up reports that Israel had launched its attack. (OCI soon concluded that the Israelis— contrary to their claims—had fired first.) President Johnson was gratified that because of CIA analyses and Helms's tip, he could inform congressional leaders later in the day that he had been expecting Israel's move." The US has no national interest in helping Israel continue to hold on to land Israel stole at the point of a US gun in 1967. If all you care about is helping Israel do that, then you should move to Israel, and cease spreading lies in the US...
  19. That's aimed at the mel poster, not you, 'tard. Are you Snake Pleskin? really Kurt Russell on 'roids...
  20. The Torah says Moses had 3500 offed within 24 hours of coming down. Hence, the claim "Dexter says Moses" is wrong. The Torah says that. Dexter should presumably be able to cite the Torah without being accused of building Auschwitz... but don't count on it... What you celebrate is nothing but murder, fraud, and multiple counts of unprovoked genocides, including the Midianites... Really, the truth is that even someone on Angel Dust wouldn't be fooled by the stunt Joshua and the levites pulled... Hey Joshua, where is Moses? Oh, he's been talking to God for 39 days. Can I see him? Sure, come on up the hill with me... halfway up... stab stab stab...
  21. Indeed, we've seen a blizzard of cards, and now one of the card tossers is pretending to be Mel and a Storm front. If you don't support intentional lies to manipulate the US to use the US military to wipe out Israel's enemies for no US national interest, then you are a member of Storm front. If you don't parrot every lie from the "US media" supporting the FRAUD of Global (non) Warming, then you are a member of Storm front. If you don't hate General Shelton for not cooperating with the Zionist Lobby by sacrificing a US U2 pilot to start a war with (threat) Saddam, then you are a member of Storm front. If you don't think flipping off those at war with Al Qaeda on 910 911 and 912 was a great idea, then you are a member of Storm front. If you don't support Israel's chosen "right" be the one and only one country on the planet outside its UN defined border, then you are a member of Storm front. Any others??? I don't think Colin Ferguson could toss more cards than the Chosen... Oh, of course... if you don't support MUBARAK over the democratic uprising in Egypt, then you are a member of Storm front. if you objected to making Osama Bin Laden "not a priority," then you are a member of Storm front. if you don't think W was conservative, then you are a member of Storm front. if you were unimpressed when W told the world "I'm a War President!!!" then you are a member of Storm front.
  22. "How foolish of me to think there might be concerns of middle eastern terrorism outside the realm of Al Qaeda." LOL!! Because "you" did not think it, you PARROTED it. You got non-stop FIXED "the terrorists, islamofascists, radical jihadis," and when asked why we invaded Iraq, your answer was "radical Islam," because you failed to notice Saddam was not islamic, because YOU DON'T THINK, RATHER YOU PARROT EVERY ZIONIST LIE FIXED SERVES UP... This is the United States. If you are obsessed with "terror" in another country, then move there and sign up to fight it THERE. WE do not exist to fight another country's "terror" in a UN violating occupied territory. What W did, and what your birdbrain cheers, was the total sellout of US troops and US national interest. In the endless quest to do something other than to fess that you are a SUB HUMAN with NO UNDERSTANDING of the Middle East other than PARROTING FIXED AND PASTOR, and that every lie you parroted about Iraq is "ho-hum, don't bother me..." you try to equivocate and speculate, and you out yourself more and more... maybe that "expert" W had a plan to get Iran... because Iran under Rafsanjani was our real enemy... never mind they were trying to off Osama and AQ on 910... At some point, you have an obligation to ask WHY all the prior parroting about Iraq ended up proven 100% false, and to "ponder" the possibility that it was something other than just an "honest mistake" by a "good man" because my BIRDBRAIN has PARROTED "good man W" over and over, because my pastor and FIXED call him that, so that is "my opinion" of a man I never met... who told me "I'm a WAR PRESIDENT!!!"
  23. LOL~! Rather, an attempt to match the evidence with the data... Pre Mt. Sinai Moses = liberator, former slave and shepherd. Lived in Midian for a while. Tolerated dissent and questions, multiple ethnic and religious groups who were part of the liberated construction site. Post Mt. Sinai Moses = butcher, ruthlessly offs 3500 of whom he "liberated," smashes God's commandment tablets to rubble, demands the liberated become an army, and then uses that army to slaughter and commit multiple acts of unprovoked genocide, including the Midianites... Now, for some of us just a bit skeptical that God chose that one moment to appear on just the top of Mt. Sinai and never again there and never anywhere else where we could all see him... what you see is 1. the individual credited with liberating 25k construction workers led up the top of a mountain by those who are the military of the liberated. 2. the individual spends 40 days up there, with plenty of loud noises and fires 3. the individual comes down, and his appearance is different... and the "warrior tribe" surrounds him, and prevents anyone from getting too close to him 4. the individual takes "God's commandments" and smashes them on the ground 5. the individual then violates the "thou shall not murder" commandment 3500 times in 24 hours 6. the individual then wipes out anyone who could identify him as a fraud in Midian This is TOO OBVIOUS... Moses was a Midianite. The 3500 wiped out the night "Moses" comes down the mountain were the Midianites who were still working for Pharaoh in Egypt, of which Moses had escaped by killing a taskmaster and dressing himself in the Egyptian clothing, where upon Moses WENT STRAIGHT HOME to Midian, and then a liberation attempt largely dependent on the fighting skills of one of the tribes trapped at the construction site along with other Midianites. Hence, the only ones who knew the actual Moses who were still alive 24 hours after Joshua's replacement "Moses" comes down the Mount are the Midianites, who later get genocide from "Moses..." because they are a threat to him, because they can out him as the fraud he is...
  24. W harmed our country, the United States. By outporking, outsocializing, and outspending Jimmy Catta with a Dem Congress, W took a superpower with a surplus and a strong economy and returned a depression and a trillion dollar deficit, violating every principle of fiscal conservatism in the process. W made those behind 911 "not a priority," sent way too few after them, flipped off those at war with them, and then lied to sell out our troops in Iraq, which gave the not a priority their greatest ever recruiting class. Hence, Osama and Al Qaeda are still alive, and Taliban is still very strong in Afghan and Pakistan. Everyone who cares about the United States hates W. Everyone who doesn't care at all about the US, or hates the US, still heaps praise on him, and tries to excuse the lies and treason he performed in office in the process of wrecking the US beyond recognition.
  25. Indeed, to read my posts and conclude that takes the level of idiocy and delusion required to call W a "conservative." Our threat, the US' threat, was Al Qaeda, not those trying to off Al Qaeda. That is where US national interest clashed with Israeli interests. Israel hates Iran. Hence, the "US media" hates Iran. Hence, treasonous sub human birdbrains think the US should go after Iran... and never whined as those behind 911 were made "not a priority" and those at war with them were called "evil" by the treasonous Decider...
