  1. Rodgers has been beaten, and it can be done. You just need to apply tons of pressure, very quick and lock up the WR's early to take away those options. Also, Quarless is becoming a larger part of the gameplan as of late which is a newer development. He blocks well too.
  2. Well we are going for sure. We always do this on our trips, just to walk around the stadium and get pics of the entire thing. I hopped in on google maps and there doesn't look like there is a ton right there, and that is why I asked. Guess we will take our pics and head to Duffs. Can't wait!
  3. 100% correct IMO. Playing at Lambeau right now is such an advantage that we go into every game and just expect to win there. The crowd was in shock last night that it was close. We have just been knocking most teams around at home.
  4. So we are headed to Buffalo in 2 days. Tried to hook up a stadium tour, but I guess they don't do them at the Ralph. We are staying on Chippewa, but will probably be cabbing it to OP Thursday or Friday to check out the stadium area and take some pictures, etc. Is there anything around there? I see the Pro Shop is on 1BD, is it connected to the stadium? Is it big? Anything else within the area of the stadium to check out or no? Avid football fan and I love checking out other teams facilities.
  5. Oh really? I just saw a video that said anywhere between 12-24 inches on weather.com.
  6. HAHA! Yeah I always preach the same on how lucky we are. But some of them just look at it as we are not perfect, which pisses me off too. How good is good enough? You can't win the SB every year.
  7. ARod is pretty automatic. Some Packer fans bagged on him for holding the ball and taking sacks rather than chucking it up like Favre did. He is elusive and gets outside of the pocket and extends the play with his legs, which is why our WR's get open and he has a high completion rate. The accuracy is just ridiculous. He just doesn't make mistakes. He has 32 TD's and 3 INT's, and all of his INT's were off the hands of our WR's.... Scary.
  8. Headed to Lambeau in about 15 minutes. JACKED! GO PACK GO!
  9. Looks like the area is getting another big snow storm around Wednesday/Thursday huh? 2 Feet I heard? Will the Ralph be ready?
  10. It is a nice combination to have, but they have just started to ride Lacy on a consistent basis. The Bills D is tough, real tough.
  11. After watching your game yesterday your defense worries me. Worries me a lot. Hopefully it will be a back and forth matchup and we can put TD's up instead of settling for FG's. Orton needs to be more aggressive, but that has never been his nature. Watched him in Chicago earlier in his career, lots of checkdowns, he plays safe. That may be the difference in this game, if he plays safe he may not be able to put up enough points, just like the game against Denver. Can't wait, leave Thursday morning, hope everyone in the game gets out without injury and we have a hell of a matchup!
  12. We are flying in Thursday morning too! Jacked. Do you guys have a sign at Hammers? Or how can I find you so you can harass some Green and Gold guys?
  13. Oh there is plenty of flopping in the NFL, maybe not quite to the extent of that one guy, but PLENTY of flops.
  14. So every game I make it a point to seek out opposing teams fans, ask them how they've been treated, what they think about Lambeau, and their thoughts on tailgating, the game atmosphere, etc. I did so last night with Pats fans. They were pretty respectful, seemed to have decent knowledge, and we're appreciative about the hospitity. Are they pretty arrogant towards you guys or did I just run into a few good ones? I told them I was heading to Buffalo and everyone said that we would enjoy the city and the game atmosphere and said the community was pretty comparable to how you support your team, good fans and whatnot. Wondering, because sometimes AFC teams are different towards NFC teams and not rivals.
  15. He did start yesterday but is slowly losing his job to a younger and more athletic Sam Barrington. He played like half of less than half of the snaps.
  16. Yeah, we had losses in Seattle, Detroit, and in New Orleans on a Sunday Night Football game. All tough losses for us but this team is really starting to gel right now. The defense looks better than ever applying pressure and making plays. Bend don't break. But we rely on our offense jumping out to a lead so we can unleash heat.
  17. I don't really know guys. I have seen a lot of him being in the division. He has more weapons on that offense than most squads, and is running them into the ground. It's not all Cutler. The offensive play calling is just terrible. With Cutler, Jeffery, Marshall, Forte, The Unicorn, you should be able to have success and they are not above average.
  18. I like many other posters believe that ARod should be in the conversation, but he still needs more in his body of work to be considered the best of all time. He is literally on historic pace. His career QB rating is a ridiculous 106.5. Take a look at how that stacks up vs some of the guys in the convo: Brady- 96.1 Manning- 97.8 Montana- 92.3 Favre- 86.0 Rodgers is so safe with the ball. His career TD/INT ratio is 220-55. No QB is even close to a 4-1 ratio, Manning is just a tad over 2-1. But like I said, he is on amazing pace. I firmly believe that when he retires (Hopefully in another 10 years as a Packer), he will be considered the best all time, but he has a ways to go. The sad thing is that so many of us Packer fans take it for granted. Spoiled I call it. We don't truly appreciate how great he is, and have to take a step back and say wow.
  19. Well, we took care of the Pats in a nail biter. I came out of the game with a bloody lip (From jumping and celebrating after a TD, HAHA!) and a twisted ankle and no voice. All in all a good day! A good convincing win on the Bills end. More good defense. Looks like the Packer game will be a great match! Can't wait! Leave in 10 days baby!
  20. Seems as if they haven't seen many Bills games to me. Since I am making the trek to Buffalo for the Packer game, I have at least been DVRing your games so I can have educated conversations about your team when I'm in town. The Browns are not a bad team by any means though. I think you beat them, but they have greatly improved.
  21. Yeah I know that is true. I just absolutely hate it. Every stadium we go to, their fans constantly say, "Oh when did you become a Packer fan, like a week ago" and think they are clever. Where I come from it is a way of life, not kidding. Probably because there isn't much else to do here, but I like it that way.
  22. Well it seems that both Packers and Pats are trendy offseason picks every year, but there is one SB win in the last decade between the two. I hope we smash them in the face this week, and I will be there losing my voice. And Rubes- Are they really bandwagon Packer fans? If they are, please tell them to put on Seahawks gear, we take great pride in our team and fanhood and HATE that people think we have bandwagon fans.
  23. Been to Ford Field as well as many other domes. It's just not where football was meant to be played. Seems basement like. Not a fan. Play in open air and deal with the elements.
  24. Good stuff. One of my buddies said he heard that you were getting another 1-2 feet or something but I couldn't find anything about it. Worried about our trip in 17 days. HAHA.
