If you look at any of my posts in regards to this topic we totally agree. My point is we aren't stuck with Fitz because of Money. He has a $5M option due in mid-March this year, which the Bills will pay, along with a $2.8M salary for the season. After that, the Bills can pretty much decide to move on at any point. He has $3M roster bonuses due in 2013 and 2014, and carries palatable salaries of $4.25M and $4.35M for those seasons. His yearly salary shoots up to over $8M per after that. Those arent huge numbers, but more importantly arent numbers that tie to franchise to him. Hell get paid this year, and depending on what happens in the draft, may not see any more of his money. Well see, but luckily the Bills protected themselves for the most part.

We didn't invest that much in Fitz, so it's a pretty big stretch to criticize the FO for that. The possibility to get RG3 has nothing to do with our FO and their ability. The probability of that happening is low because there's several teams that could potentially want to trade for RG3 that are in front of us in the draft. Do you realize how much more it would cost us at #10? And you think the Bills wouldn't be logical to turn away from that?

You're talking about a very small minority of fans that have said "Fitz is the greatest thing ever and a potential MVP candidate" and now hate him.

This is the most ridiculous post in a while. You're delusional if you think Stevie's value with the Bills or any other team is 6-6.5, no more like crazy. I can understand not wanting to sign Stevie for 9-10 mil, but your statements about his value are bizarre.

I think most people are going to be surprised at what Johnson can and will get. I think the consensus among Bills fans is he’ll get somewhere around 7-7.5 mil per year. I believe he’ll get 9.5 million or more and from Buffalo. I could see him getting a 6 year deal for $58 million with $21 million guaranteed. If I’m right, do you still want him at that price Bills fans?

Looks to me that he had difficulty bringing guys down when the ball carrier came right on. Even when he launched himself at the ball carrier coming in from an angle there were times when the player didn't go down. He needs to get stronger. Seems like he would really struggle in the NFL as an inside linebacker. Couple things that stand out for me with Burfict are his closing/lateral speed and an obvious will to hit. I'm not an expert, but just seems like those skills would be more suited for the outside position. He reminds me a bit of Thomas Davis when he was at Georgia.

I get it and it's an interesting theory. I can't believe that's the "only reason" they signed Jackson. How would that work for Routt? If I'm Routt that would stop me from coming, how would he make me better? And it's not like Routt is the kind of free agent you covet enough to start doing crazy things like this for.

I have said it once, I'll say it again. I don't think they should extend Fred. Not that I don't like him or appreciate his talent. But I just think it's bad business to spend too much on the RB position, expecially for a team like Buffalo where the needs are many especially at more crucial positions.

This is a tough call because I also think the Bills are void of high end talent. If Coples is the talent and Upshaw is solid, man it would be difficult not to go after talent and try to motivate it.
