If losing in the playoffs is the most anguish you've ever felt as a Bills fan, then be thankful Sir. I cried as an 11-12 year old boy when my favorite player Joe Cribbs was gone. I have 1,000 events that have hurt more, before I get to last season.

It's likely it wasn't about the skills but became tiresome of the player himself. That's what, IMO, made him tradeable. It's my opinion that you've undervalued the Samuel signing. I think he's bringing more than Gabe had to offer. That coupled with the decline of Diggs, has reduced the gap in production we'll need to have from the WR we add.

So You Need to Move Diggs..Why the Texans??
White Linen replied to Rich Stadium Original's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sure, along with 10-12 other teams. -
The goal is to win the superbowl. That doesn't change in Allen's prime and you know that. My reply was to, if he doesn't find a #1, 2024 was a failure for Beane. Absorbing the loss of Diggs can happen in different ways and its reasonable to think it can. If Samuel is more effective than Davis, Kincaid's production grows, Knox has better than a 22/186 year, and there's something real there with Shakir - the gap from Diggs is already closing. Obviously with Diggs, there's no gap to close, and i think we were poised to be a problem with adding samuel. However many of us, were already wanting a replacement in the draft. If you can't tell, I'm bullish on Samuel. IMO, he's going to be a signing we're very happy with. Beane has to add something much different than a #1, IMO for 2024. Beane isn't done as he mentioned in the presser.

I don't agree. Diggs already wasn't playing like a #1 for most of 2023. After week 6, he was basically a possession receiver. He had 52 and 21 yards in the two playoff games. Beane only needs to replace Diggs' production in 2024.

Stephen A said he knows for a fact Diggs wanted out.

I'm pretty sure I've got the dramatic part correct. -

D.Henry to Free Agency & BUF News Makes Case to Sign Him
White Linen replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would be shocked if Beane would dedicate limited resources to Henry. -
Thank God you typed re-sign.

The Bills' abject lack of a deep middle passing game
White Linen replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we could have had the deep ball in our offense, I bet we could have won our division and been the 2 seed. -
What's cryptic about that?

Oh man Scott, so sorry that this is the outcome. Soon she'll be in the Lord's loving arms. It's always most difficult for us that remain because we miss those we've lost. I pray that Jesus will comfort you and your family during this most difficult time. I've been married for 24 years and you've provided a beautiful reminder to love more, be thankful for every moment and forgive faster. Godspeed our fellow Bills brother.

All I'm doing is stating the obvious, that it's McD's decision who the coaches are. I've expressed that I'm not overly impressed with McD. So he'll sink or swim with these decisions because it's up to him to evolve. IMO, the strength of the organization is Beane and Allen. I believe they are the reason McDermott looks better than he is and he benefits from Pegula being loyal. McD needs to get his crap together and I think he's made improvement but its not been enough for me.

I'm not sure what your post has to do with mine. McDermott chooses the coaches. Dorsey and Daboll did what they were told by their boss too. You think Dorsey went rogue with some elaborate offensive scheme in defiance to McDermott? That's actually hilarious. FYI, I'm not a McDermott supporter.
