  1. Incorrect, one was drafted by Gettleman.
  2. And I didn't think I'd have to address a question like, do I think each team watches 16,000 players individually. So we agree, professionals create the base for amateurs to pretend they are equal to them.
  3. Yes, as a collective and thats how the information gets to Kiper, Gunner, etc. Are you suggesting that that Gunner is getting this information from his resources, without the baseline built by the pro's? 😯
  4. I read there's over 16,000 players eligible to be drafted. 256 will be selected. Are you suggesting you build your board from scratch by watching hours of tape on 16,000 players? Not using any assistance from pre-rankings presenting, say, the top 300 that are truly prospects?
  5. You're not using the foundation the professionals built for you? Because the gap is even wider than people think.
  6. The only reason you have an opinion is because the professionals put the information together for you. If you went at it alone, you'd know exactly what you are. My wife doesn't watch football and would have every chance to win our fantasy league as anyone. The website gives the next best player available. If she didn't have that or couldn't buy a magazine, she would draft Knox 1st overall. That's you.
  7. This post is so self aggrandising and shocking. You actually think you're more than a fan that likes putting time into the draft as a hobby.
  8. That wasn't the question.
  9. I wanted Corley bad and hated seeing him go to the Jets.
  10. Mitchell apparently has a terrible attitude.
  11. Several FSU fans are texting that I'm going to like Coleman and he's better than I think. QB play wasn't good and he still balled out.
  12. I like the pick. Now get Corley and I'm ecstatic.
  13. As Beane said in his presser "that was all just smoke, to be clear".
  14. That's ok. When they play us the following week, we'll beat them.
  15. If we make the pick, this could be a very important question.
  16. I'll be at my son's baseball game (it's senior night), hoping we run rule this team and we can get home before the pick. I'll be checking my phone every 5 seconds to see if we traded up. If the game runs long, we'll go to The Taste of Buffalo restaurant in Huntersville NC, which is close to the field. It could take too long to get home.
  17. I'm not going to defend Trubisky and we're talking about something that was already decided obviously. I think there's some comfort in Mitch being around our offense and Brady. Where I'm skeptical of Wilson's ability to learn and translate to the field. I think so low if Wilson, I'm not sure I'd swap a 6th round pick for a 7th to get him.
  18. I don't know man. Trubisky is no prize but Wilson is pretty rough.
  19. You think you're about as good as Peterman? Hahahahahaha
  20. Yes, and I think you'd thrive in it.
  21. Agree. A matchup problem is everything you've said. McDermott didn't drop a nugget by saying something compelling, as he suggested.
  22. I don't think there was a compelling thing about what McDermott said and nothing leading towards how that would translate to which WR they draft.
  23. It's definitely a different world. And I do think it's possible a Duke commit could go to Memphis, but those are blue chip players. My curiosity is how this effects say beyond second round players. In the NFL a 3rd round pick can get a total contract in the 5.4 to 6 mil range. Could a player trying to get from the 5th round to the 3rd by staying in college an extra year, be making that decision based on college money? I'm thinking they aren't.
