  2. Everyone (Figster loves a good QB)
  3. Happy Birthday!!!
  4. Yes, I do believe Fitz can read defenses better, especially in this day and age. Jim Kelly had a cannon of an arm and better accuracy that allowed him to make throws into tighter windows that Fitz could never make. Kelly also had a Championship caliber supporting cast featuring good TE's that caught the football well even in heavy traffic.
  5. Einstein, busted me on my bad spelling, hehe
  6. lack of football knowledge? and what do you know that everyone else doesn't know Eienstein can't find anything on Hagan except a turf burn today? Some people just have to hate on someone John How about we wait and see how things pan out before we start labeling someone a failure.
  7. Good post K-9 , thanks
  8. thanks jw
  9. One thing I will say/post on the negative side of things is running the no huddle properly takes a lot of time and practice. Its probably not something you want to do with a young and inexperienced O-line/ football team because it doesn't allow the QB any interactions with his own players between plays.
  10. I also have not been very impressed with Brad Smiths contributions to the football team, just the opposite actually.
  11. Thanks OP, One thing that really stood out for me TE Scott Chandler is a Beast!!!
  12. Two real good back to back arguments. Good Posts fellas
  13. I wasn't actually comparing the two QB's but we can. While Kelly might have Fitzpatrick beat hands down when it comes to arm strength, its just as lopsided the other way when it comes to intelligence or reading Defenses. No huddle makes it practically impossible to substitute properly and not very many teams have a QB that knows the offense so well he can call plays from the huddle the way Ryan Fitzpatrick can. So I hope your not going to be to dissapointed then when the Bills start running a form of the no huddle 60% of the time.
  14. While I agree with the premise its game one of preseason and from an individual play or scheme perspective theres not to much to be gained. Running the no huddle takes practice and suggests Gailey may plan on using the no huddle more then in a normal two minute drill. My 1st impressions anyway...
  15. The best argument I have heard is because Young has enough on his plate right now trying to learn the offense which is top priority. On the other hand VY is such a good athlete, it would not surprise me If Young could out perform Brad Smith in more areas then Smith could out perform Young when it comes to playing different positions. Young would make one hell of a RB, and he already out performs Smith in the passing game. I'm just speculating, but I'll bet VY has pretty decent hands when it comes to catching the football.
  16. Myself personally, I have always been a big fan of the K-Gun. Especially considering how successful it was for Jim Kelly and the Buffalo Bills during the Superbowl era. Given Ryan Fitzpatricks high intelligence/ ability to read and react swiftly, running a form of the no huddle would allow the Bills QB to use his best attribute while attacking opposing Defenses, Fitzpatricks Brain. I realize the 1st preseason game got of to a rocky start on Offense, but everyone needs to keep in mind Gailey and Co. are trying out something old/ new and I for one really like the idea. I Billieve...
  17. I like the way you think great ball of Beer
  18. RGIII in the house!, Mario and Co. need to welcome him into the NFL with open arms!.
  19. McNabbs arm is not what it used to be, Young on the other hand can put some serious mustard on the ball and throws a nice spiral
  20. A lot of posters look like Robin, but wheres Batman? FJ's Number one in my book
