I'm not afraid to say it, VY was set up to fail Starter has a 55 QB rating going up against the same Defense VY gets sent packing on. One bad start vs a whole training camp and 1/2 preseason of doing well. Rotation switched from Thigpen facing the Steelers 2's to not even playing. Brad Smith out there on the 1st play from scrimmage disrupting VY's concentration and getting in his face. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this was all carefully orchestrated to get VY out of town to avoid a QB controversy.

Averaged close to 800 yards a season from the TE position over the last 3 seasons and only 2 TE's in the NFL caught more passes over the last 5 seasons then Winslow, so its not like hes a slouch. Myself personally, If Winslow would take a pay cut which is why he was released in the 1st place (wouldn't take a cut) I wouldn't mind seeing him in Buffalo.

Cam Newton 6' 5", 225 lbs, cannon arm, 4.5 speed/skill of a RB Vince Young 6' 5", 230 lbs, cannon arm, 4.5 speed/skill of a RB Gailey has been given what in my opinion is as close to a duplicate of Cam Newton as you could ever find in the NFL.(at a fraction of the price) Note: The intense conversation Gailey appeared to be having with Young after his performance against the Vikings gave me the impression Bills HC Chan Gailey has now taken VY under his wing.
