  1. Talbot helps promote small school athletes. in my opinion every player Damond helps land a gig in the NFL is getting it right. Not every player goes on to become a pro bowler.
  2. Stephon Gilmore is becoming a shutdown corner in Buffallo, by Damond Talbot http://nomorelinks....ner-in-buffalo/ Good read, great draft pick
  3. TE looks like he may have gotten his confidence back, was really throwing the ball with authority during preseason, from what I seen. He may play well If given a chance. I think Trent understands now his best chance to play again is to be a good mentor for his starter. Sooner or later TE will get another shot...
  4. because most organizations don't treat players that way
  5. yet a 10-6 team could miss the playoffs simply because there's not enough playoff spots, does that seem fair to you? Even if its an 8-8 team, playoffs bring something good to a smaller market that perhaps helps them survive going up against bigger markets. Extra playoff games could be the difference between a profitable season to help secure the teams future. I don't know about you fellas, but an 8-8 Bills team making the playoffs this season would sure put a smile on my face...
  6. Mark you do realize the Pats dish off 6 losses to the rest of the division almost every season right? Giants were 7-7 last season and won the Superbowl. This notion an 8-8 team waters down the playoffs is ludicrous, some teams go on a tear the 2nd half of the season. I'm totally against an 18 game regular season, we could be watching a 15-2 team playing a 2-15 team which doesn't make any sense. Expand the playoffs by a weekend with more teams. 8-8 teams fighting it out to advance would help the leagues smaller markets. Its a win, win situation...
  7. Real easy for you to say coach, you weren't the one that had his body beat to a pulp and twisted up like a pretzel over and over again trying to operate an Offense spun off from the Mike Martz greatest show on turf. A flawed Offense that was getting QB's killed. Stepchilds offense...
  8. ya right, and I told you its because the Edwards family and Fannings family are friends.
  9. You have to earn the right to play with Chan Gailey and I can respect that, but once playoffs are out of the question the rest of the season should become more of a preseason atmosphere where the evaluation of players takes place in my opinion.
  10. We already know what Brad Smith, or Jones can do at the WR position. What we don't know is what Marcus Easley can do at the WR position and now the playoffs are pretty much out of reach, Marcus Easley should be evaluated in my opinion. Marcus Easley gives Fitzpatrick a big, fast, physical target that can go up in a crowd of defenders and come down with the football...
  11. The Bills would be getting Alex Smith in the Prime of his career in my opinion.
  12. Kaepernick just lost a game on a bumbling play an inexperienced QB would make There's a bit of a difference between being benched and having an injury and your HC deciding to stay with the hot hand don't you think. Besides, it wouldn't surprise me a bit If relations between Harbaugh and Smith have been a little rocky ever since Harbaugh made a play for Peyton after his signal caller just took them deep into the playoffs. Alex Smith probably wants the hell out if Dodge yesterday, and the Bills should be taking advantage of the situation.
  13. CJ Spiller made a couple of comments the other night after his great performance against the fish that stood out in my mind. Spiller said you just don't normally see other QB's in the league running down the football field to make a block for their RB like Fitz. CJ also said he loves his QB and believes Ryan Fitzpatrick can take us where we want to go as a Football team. I for one agree with Spiller, Bills starting QB is not the problem. Happy Birthday Fitzy! Love ya man!!! I Billieve!!!
  14. This just in, players play for money, wouldn't be so meaningless If you are actually playing for something besides the chump change they throw at you. why do you think the shootout in Nascar works? Its for the most part meaningless, but the prize money draws the crowds/ viewers/enthusiasm. There are many, many ways to improve the Pro Bowl with incentives...
  15. Make it interesting by making the prize money worth going out and possibly ending your career, The reason the Nascar shootout is successful is because there is millions of dollars up for grabs.
