Russ Brandon is a glorified marketing manager that shouldn't be sticking his nose where it doesn't belong, but you can paint him any way you want PTR, and for anyone asking, born in Buffalo, passionate Bills fan, love my buffalo bills, and no I don't want to see them continue to fail... Note: From a marketing standpoint I think Brandon has done a great Job. Unfortunetly, selling tickets and winning football games are two different things.
