  1. Nice mock Although Barkley would be my 3rd option at the QB position, (Nassib 1st, Geno 2nd, Barkley 3rd) Note: If we go Barkley my hope is we will also draft Tyler Bray
  2. I've never been more nervous about a draft in my whole life because of the importance this one man holds for the future of the Buffalo Bills. Please football Gods don't let us screw this one up...
  3. Brutal why, because you don't like him? Show me one post that says Nassib will be a top NFL QB imediately, one...
  4. I believe I asked the question don't you think a HC has any part of the decision which he does, lol, sorry If that confuses you guys
  5. Your opinion, not mine, and just because Nix brought him in, doesn't mean Gailey agreed with it, If thats the case then Fitz's suckitude that same day should have sent him packing. It was a set up, Vince was never even supposed to play that day, it was supposed to be Tyler Thigpens last shot
  6. We really don't know If Gailey ever wanted anything to do with VY. In my opinion Gailey didn't want VY here, and brought TJ in to silence the critics when VY won the backup job and got sent packing regardless.
  7. Refused is probably a poor choice of words, strongly suggested to avoid QB controversy is probably more like it. I argued with good Bills fans about the very same thing and many loyal fans did not want a QB controversy. So you don't think HC's have any say so in who they draft, or bring in through FA?
  8. The Bills also had a HC that refused to bring in anyone that would undermind Ryan Fitzpatrick. Chan Gaileys gone now...
  9. So what your saying is the people that probably know Nassib the best because they've been watching him the most don't have a clue. Lucky for Bills fans Buddy Nix knows Ryan Nassib well, he knows his coaching staff well, and I'm willing to bet he knows a good thing when he see's it. So sorry Charlie, all the crying and whinning on TBD isn't going to change the outcome...
  10. As San Jose has kindly Pointed out, dog loves a good conspiracy Note: Good coaches often times become more like father figures to some athletes and the bond that can develop between them can be very strong. Chan Gailey is a prime example/ NFL coach who is now sitting idle instead of preparing for the season because of his love for former Bills starting signal caller Ryan Fitzpatrick.
  11. If I was Nassib I would have more confidence in my ability to get the job done with a coach and system I've already succeeded under. 1st paycheck doesn't mean squat in the big picture If you crash and burn...
  12. Cheers to the sweetest poster on the board!
  13. Plugging the right QB/player into the right system, with the right coaching/ supporting cast is key for having success. Everything is in place for Nassib to transition smoothly into the NFL under the Bills new regime. If Nassib knew Buffalo wanted to draft him why would Nassib want to risk going somewhere like Jacksonville?
  14. Honestly San Jose, I'm not so sure Nassib wants to stand out in a crowd right now. You would probably agree Ryan Nassib in all likelyhood has formed a bond with Bills new HC Doug Marrone. Now with that in mind, Buffalo realizes the draft class is weak and Geno's stock is falling. This puts Nassib at greater risk of being drafted ahead of Buffalo. I'm just saying...
  15. Are we grading Nassib on his chair posture now SJ Funny how two people can watch a clip and come away with totally different conclusions. Ryan Nassib seemed confident and comfortable in his own skin to me. Myself personally, I thought it was a fun interview to watch with all the talk about Buffalo, and watching Nassib do what he does best. Throw long passes into tight windows... ...Yup...doggie loves him some Nassib...
  16. This cannot happen! we cannot let this guy slip through our fingers!! Ryan Nassib could be the last chance RW has to go out on top!!! The football Gods have toyed with the Buffalo Bills for long enough!!! :wallbash: (What a great post, thank you Mike in Syracuse)
  17. These guys combined for over 2,000 yards last season and 15 TD's. Despite Lemons poor 40 time, I would love to see them both in Bills Uni's (catching balls from Nassib) with that being said, one has to wonder what Ryan Nassib would do with a couple of elite WR's
  18. I'll tell you the same thing I did in the shoutbox. Nassib is a good field general that puts his team in the best possible position to win. Nassib has faced Geno Smith three times in his young career and came away with three victories. You may take that part of being a QB/leader for granted, thats up to you. I dont...
  19. I'm not so sure about the Geno sitting in his living room painting pictures part, but I agree, Nassib comes across as a very, hungry, driven individual. The Pin stripe bowl is a good example of how Nassib pushes through adversity.
