Realizing it and doing something about it are two different things. Remaining this bad this long in the age of parity defies the odds. Winning cures everything.
It starts at the top with smart management, good HC/coaching staff/scouting department, and getting everyone on the same page when it comes to building a winning football team via the draft/FA.
In my opinion the Bills are headed in the right direction.
Stay the course, its not like the Bills can just wave a magic wand and win football games...

This article sets a pretty disturbing tone to me. They are basically saying that Bills fans better sell out every game or eventually say goodbye to your team. I think that fan support has been exceptional considering the level of play over the past 14 seasons. You would be hard pressed to find any other NFL city that would give their team AS MUCH support as we have considering the utter ineptitude of this franchise. This ineptitude is demonstrated in a quote from this article by Russ Brandon, "We're not satisfied until every seat in this building is sold." Hey Russ, try measuring your satisfaction in other ways like... not satisfied until we rise out of the basement of the AFCE or not satisfied until we finish above .500 or not satisfied until we reach the playoffs after a decade and 1/2 absence or not satisfied until we win a Super Bowl. Get your priorities straight, put a winning team on the field and attendance will take care of itself!
billieve me when I say "I understand your frustration"
but isn't it very possible Russ Brandon realizes winning football games in turn puts fannys in the seats?

I like Thad Lewis as our #2

Awesome read/ insight!

I like Matthews and Robinson (assuming Mack is gone). #9 is too early for Lewan IMO. I'd go with Ebron if Mack, Matthews, and Robinson are gone. A QB's best friend is a nasty TE, and Ebron looks like he is going to be special. Come right back in round 2 and draft either best OT or best WR.
Obviously trading back a few spots (picking up a 2 or 3) and getting Ebron would be great, but I'm not counting on that.
Here would my ideal first 4 rounds:
1. Eric Ebron TE UNC
2. Antonio Richardson OT Tennessee
3. Chris Borland ILB Wisconsin
4. Martavis Bryant WR Clemson

So who's on the Manziel bandwagon, so we know what's what when people later claim they knew how he'd turn out?
much doggie love

1st pick overall,
and will be well worth it in my expert opinion

I actually like the elimination format of the Chase, it's something I've said for years they should implement.

2013 Draft?!!!
And...DC Tom thinks we are all idiots along with
Chef Jim never needing advice.
Before DC Tom gets a chance, I'm an Idiot
If they're not looking at the board that often, at least lurking, then they really shouldn't be applicable.
There has to be consistency and familiarity with whoever gets it. Otherwise they won't get the nuances of the board. Can't expect someone unfamiliar with a poster to understand that RLB is a major Fitzpatrick fan and DC Tom is a eridium and intestinal poster.
On the other hand a person who might be willing to devote time to an online community he cares about when normally because of the off season he wouldn't, might deserve some consideration,
vs a fella through his own admission could take this site or leave it...

May not be a bad idea to extend the search for awhile until we're closer to the 2013 draft so everyone who might be interested gets a chance to apply.
Some of our best posters may not be privy to the new mod search because of the off season.

In my book, it puts him one step closer to becoming a Ray Ray. You don't get the second Ray until you commit a violent crime and get slapped on the wrist for it. Ray Rice is one slapped wrist away from reaching Ray Ray status.

Ray Rice never was Ray Ray in my book
nickname belongs to Ray Lewis

You do realize that your smiley is rolling it's eyes, right?

I've always wondered. Who tells Tom when he is an idiot?
I do, but got a warning point for it, lol
Can we vote on the nominees? Or at least make them sign a 'less is more' pledge? Some of the volunteers scare me.
Or just pick Levi, Jauronimo and millbank please. Or Chef Jim if we're going for pure entertainment value.
+1
real scary, + 2

Whatever floats your boat- here's the discussion if you are interested
I had paged back and found it already after you informed me,

There's a thread on it a few weeks back
Well how about a poll to see what the actual numbers are then...

In March team owners will vote on adding two more wild card participants to our current playoff format.
How do you feel about having a better chance to make the playoffs?
-
Helping the defense helps EJ.
I agree red
but Eric Ebron would help the Offense
How long has it been since the Bills had an above average TE?
way to long...

I love the Thursday games; if it's the Bills or a good match-up, I'll watch. If it's a crappy game or I'm busy, I don't.
same here, love Thursday night football

He was unstoppable inside the 20 when with the Bills. He is a tough guy. Seattle won the Superbowl in large part due to the Bills. Cutting Lynch, and then while needing a QB, passing on Wilson for freaking TJ Graham.
Amen to that my Bills brotha
