  1. Why is Fred Jackson in the game? He's the slowest player on the field. CJ can do everything Fred does, but does it faster and better. What team doesn't start a player that led the league in rushing and is dynamic?! Oh wait, it's the same team that throws on 3rd and 6 with 34 seconds left from the 25 yard line.
  2. On what planet do you throw on third and 6 with 29 seconds left? Run the ball, punt, San Fran takes a knee, and you say a prayer that you are only down 7 at the half. Oh, and bench Freddy. He's done.
  3. I'll call BS on this. My son has played Football since he was 6 years old (now 17) and the most basic fundamental taught to 6 year olds on defense, is learning what gap to fill. These players have been filling gaps for 20+ years (no pun intended) and now we are supposed to believe that they still dont know? That comes down to coaching! To me, that's a cop out, basic, BS, vanilla, coach speak response.
  4. Could this possibly be injury related? Has a team ever placed a punter on IR? Just seems like very strange timing. Moorman was doing very well in the Preseason and then in the Regular Season hasnt been performing well at all, and it could be because of injury.
  5. Could this move possibly be injury related, and we just dont know about it yet? It's strange timing and Moorman was punting very well in the Preseason and then for some reason, the last few games has really struggled. Has a team ever put a punter on IR? Just trying to make some sense of this.
  6. Oddly enough my family and I saw him at the Bills store last week Friday. We all drove up from Atlanta for the home opener, went to the Bills Store at the stadium for some gear and Stevie was there with his little boy and a few other kids, buying Bills gear for them. I usually play it cool as well, but my wife couldn't resist asking for a pic. He was very cool and said hey to my kids and talked to my six year old for a few. If he wasn't my favorite Bill before, he definitely is now.
  7. With the notorious high winds at The Ralph, he must need to be anchored down. And for the record, this was posted on the Home page of BuffaloNews.com.
  8. I know there is much more interesting topics to discuss with the season just around the corner, but I am in shock of the size of Jerry Sullivan's earlobes. It looks likes he lifts weights with them. Dang!!!
  9. I'll be very surprised and frustrated if Tyler Thigpen is still our #2 QB. Vince better start sleeping with the playbook.
  10. IMO Sapp is an idiot. And I don't think it's coincidence that his last name rhymes with Crap. He is a fat piece of one, commentates likes one, analyzes like one, and pays his BILLS like one, so I will never take a word he says seriously. Once his ridiculous NFL Network contract expires, I look forward to never seeing him ever again.
  11. Atlanta, GA - Born and Raised in Lancaster, NY. Haven't missed a home opener in 11 years.
  12. Looks like Kelsay will be sticking with #90 as I thought. Link below... I wonder what number Mario will end up going with. http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/bills-nfl/article837560.ece?twobillsdrive
  13. This is simply another attempt to make money and increase profits. There cannot be another reason to add those hideous white collars other than wanting fans to purchase "the latest" jersey. Due to the high amount of jerseys sold last year, they felt they had to make changes to ensure sales. Actually they most likely launched the new jerseys a year prior to the Nike release on purpose, to maximize profits. Fairly smart from a business perspective, fairly crappy from a fans perspective.
  14. Thought it would be interesting to see who TBD thinks will wear #90. Kelsay is a defensive team captain and well respected veteran. Mario Williams is.....Mario Williams. This will send a message either way to the players in the locker room. My opinion is Kelsay keeps #90 and Mario will have a new number. What say you?
  15. I believe we need to go OT at #10 as well. IMO two things contributed to the second half of the offense decline. Injuries to Freddy, Wood, numerous wide receivers, and yes Fitz. That coupled with defenses got smarter on how to defend our short pass game and dared us to go deep. Fitz did not have enough time to throw deep consistently. Occasionally when he did, I believe they were hoping protection could hold up long enough. With more consistent play at LT, it completely opens up our offensive playbook.
  16. On the toilet listening to WGR on my iPad. I quickly pinched it off, gave a quick wipe, and ran down to the computer.
  17. Very curious to see who wears #90 for the Buffalo Bills in 2012.
  18. I am still in shock! I drive from Atlanta to Buffalo for every home opener for the last 9 years, and September cannot get here soon enough. MARIO!!!!!
  19. Buffalo Sabres have confirmed that Mario Williams is in the building!
  20. Sadly, he was right
  21. We are doing the same thing this year for the first time. I called the stadium on Thursday last week, and they told me it opened at 9am Saturday morning. Parking costs $50 the entire weekend and the RVs had to be gone by 2pm on Momday.
