  1. Being 10 1/2 hours ahead of EST, I just have not been able to do any thing the whole of Sunday.
  2. Drive down 80 yards and score a TD....60 of those 80 comes on the ground and we chew 9:30 minutes off the clock.
  3. Running the ball is going to be harder. The Pats have one of the best LB crew. Gailey should not give up the Run too quickly...That puts the game in Brady's hands. Actually running the Wildcat in this game may not be a bad idea and a good way to have the LBs back off. This is going to be one hell of a game. It always is, when you know that the Bills are matched up well in a agame against the Patriots.
  4. Gronk has 7 TDs in the past 4 games against the Bills....Definitely a Bills-Killer
  5. Mankins did not travel with the Patriots to Buffalo. He is definitely out. Also, the league has sent out message to all teams to follow strict guidelines in listing injuries.
  6. The best stats for a QB is Yards-Per-Attempt... Passing Yards per Games, YPG is not a good ranking because the team is a Run-First focused team.
  7. Rex and Sancheeez are 6-1 against us and we were swept by the Dolphins last season. Until we win games in the AFCE, no one will take us seriously.
  8. The Pats are two close FGs that could have gone either way from being 3-0. I like the mojo, but the notion that the Pats are in decline is Overrated.
  9. Do people use priceline to bid for your Hotels. I did it twice and got Adams Mark for @50 bucks a night...A very nice and comfortable hotel.
  10. Updated Injury Report on ESPN has Gronk now listed with Hip pointer. Buffalo Bills: Both running backs Fred Jackson (knee) and C.J. Spiller (shoulder) are listed as questionable. Jackson is expected to play Sunday against the Patriots, according to head coach Chan Gailey. But Spiller is making progress, as well, and had limited participation the past two days. Cornerback and dangerous return specialist Leodis McKelvin (groin) is probable. New England Patriots: Backup receiver Julian Edelman (hand), as expected, is out for Sunday's game. The same goes for tight end Aaron Hernandez (ankle). The Patriots had their usual long list of players listed questionable. The late addition was Pro Bowl tight end Rob Gronkowski, who suffered a hip injury and is now questionable. Offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back) and guard Logan Mankins (hip) are both questionable. Mankins didn’t practice this week, so he could be a concern.
  11. The questions is if the Bills can sustain with for 16 more games. NFL defenses usually figure these kind of crap out pretty soon.
  12. Sure the sacks are not there...the QB pressure is not there...But there are two things I like about Mario. 1. He makes game changing plays at critical times. 2. He has really helped the run game be more stout. He has been the main stay in not letting a runner like Charles or Richardson get to the edges.
  13. I hope your prediction is right. Running the ball takes time off the clock and keeps Brady/Welker/Gronk on the sidelines. It acts as a double-bonus. The most important thing is Fitz to not throw INTs. He has thrown a ton of INTs against the Pats.
  14. 100% agree....When I grew up in India in the 70s and 80s, the country cupboard was bare with regards to sports other than the 8 Gold Medals in Men's hockey prior to their Independence. Then in 1983, the Indian Cricket Team came out of nowhere to win the World Cup in England beating the mighty West Indies. To this day, I still remember every frame of those 8 hours and the post game celebrations as shown on TV 29 years ago and gets replayed in our mind over and over....That win changed how the team was perceived and they have gone on to be a powerhouse for the past two decades that now India is the financial capital for Cricket. Simply Amazing, how something changes our lives dramatically.
  15. Here is what Mat Williamson of ESPN has to say about Jones, who is leading the votes for Defensive Rookie of the Year Williamson described what he has seen of Jones so far: "Jones is equally effective in a two- or three-point stance and he has great versatility -- which of course endears him to Bill Belichick. He has been the only consistent pass-rusher for New England, and that lack of other difference-makers really hurt the Patriots in Baltimore on Sunday night." Through three games, Jones has totaled 12 tackles, a sack, and has forced two fumbles. I hope the Bills protect the football and stop the rookie sensation.
  16. closest thing is not the same thing. The soldiers fight for the country.
  17. This is what everyone said about Sanchez....Some unknown street pick up FA RT had the best of Mr. 100 Million....Talk is cheap...While this DL is jelling nicely, I think Brady knows how to move the chains. I am really worried about this game.
  18. If Powell works out, then we have found our punter and kicker (Potter) for the next decade, something we were used to with Christie/Mohr and then Lindell/Moorman. Does this also mean that we are only left with Kelsay and Lindell from the Donahoe regime?
  19. The Ravens front seven is not the same without Terell Suggs..
  20. It is not that simple (and is never is). The NFL as an organization went from a guaranteed pension scheme to a 401(k) plan for all their employees. They want the NFL referees (as NFL employees) to follow suit and the Refs are not budging..They want their guaranteed 30K whereas the 401(k) would restrict the contribution to 16K.
  21. That is because Buddy never sleeps on his wheel and must attempt to sign every player that is released by 31 other teams :nana:
  22. Every minute of those 60 minutes is equally important. I don't understand why we should have special rules for the last two minutes. Why is a fumble or incomplete catch in the 5th minute of the game any different from the one at the 59th minute.
  23. My other game balls goes to: Eric Wood - Many times, he was leading the charge and dominating the DTs. McKelvin - His punt returns were crucial and did NOT give up any big plays Gailey - For not panicking and abandoning the run (he tried it a little hard in the 2nd Qtr), but Choice kept moving the chains, forcing Gailey to not abandon the Run. A Williams - Made 2 great plays on the long balls, that could have been TDs.
  24. Our team will never run up the score like the hoody!!! I am sure Belichek would have padded his teams stats yesterday after the INT return to the one yard line. The Bills on the other hand did a Kneel down and close out the game.
