There is no such thing...Being a successful QB in the NFL is a crapshoot and requires several things to go right...They were in the right situations in college and were successful...The NFL draft ensures that the WORST teams get the best QBs coming out of college.. The player has to now overcome this mountain to become successful.
Bo Nix came to a worst team but has a good coaching staff. They are putting him in place to compete and be successful. The same goes with Daniels. However, Campbell is struggling in Chicago in spite of having good players around him.
Next is having good supporting players on the Worst team..that is an oximoron.
When Josh Allen entered the league, the team had bad coaches as well as poor talent. Beane had to make a ton of moves to fix both of them and then Allen was off to the races. He is still blocked by poor coaching to win a Super Bowl. May be it will change this year.
