  1. Take a kid like this and add the family name... no thanks to coming to buffalo. The distractions are bad enough as is. Allow this headcase to be someone else's problem. We have seen a lot of super talented players not succeed due to a lack of it between the ears.
  2. As if we havent poached players our selves. This one stinks, but kind of shows we have an eye at times, just need to retain.
  3. Not a chance adams falls to tenth overall
  4. If corey Davis ankle checks out I would have not a single problem taking him 10th. I prefer him over Williams but would take either honestly.
  5. The media knows Buffalo's fan base. They know they will get clicks and how to get a rise out of us
  6. Pats will get a first rounder for him just watch.
  7. I know they said he would be healthy when time comes, but after dealing with all this nonsense with Sammy's foot... Yes, Davis is an ankle, but I think Buffalo will look at Williams before they would Davis at this point. I prefer Davis but
  8. Idk if he'll really fit a 43 and be able to do what he did under Rex. If anyone noticed the players that are getting signed and paid, mostly o line. I think people like the LBS in this class. Dnt need to rush and over pay for one.
  9. What about whaley says Watson is the pick? If anything Kizer would be more of the mold whaley looks for. I highly doubt at this point whaley really even makes that call. If whaley was running the show, better believe Tyrod isn't brought back. Granted the restructure absolutely lends it self to taking a QB, McDermott wanted Tyrod back for a chance to win now. Therefore, I can't see using a top ten pick on a player who may not even contribute for two years being a play for McDermott in that win now mode.
  10. Sounds like trying to bring a little hype to a guy who really isn't anything special. Some minor contribution is what I expect. Nothing wrong with signing roll players and expecting them to be just that.
  11. It does apply to the secondary. Especially in a very deep DB class. However, there may be more worthy DBS to take in the first oppose to DL. If Solomon Thomas or Allen fall than sure. However, I wouldn't think twice taking Adams, Hooker, Lattimore, etc... over the DL talent. If sidney jones didn't hurt him self during his pro day he'd be in there too. I just don't think Taco or Barnett are above the secondary options in the first.
  12. You would hope your 19th overall pick last year would help that pass rush opposite Hughes who has proven to be able to get to the QB. Alexander, who I doubt will replicate last year was brought back abd could be productive. Also still have Dareus and meatball in the middle. I also think mcdermott gets more out of Washington. Will utilize him the right way. Plus, unless Thomas or allen are there, who is worth taking tenth overall. Bernett maybe? Furthermore, there is more than one round in the draft. Heck, one of the best 43 DES in the NFL, Vernon was a third round pick. If your scouts do their job, we could find someone to help the front in a later round.
  13. Last year when I mentioned the likes of Treadwell or Fuller people laughed at me (granted it was BBMB). Kept drilling me that we are a run first team and would be silly to draft a WR. Yet, here we find our selves. Now, all of a sudden WR is oh so important.
  14. First round tight ends seldom if ever pan out. Especially ones in the top half of the first. You don't take a tight end high in the draft.
  15. I think he ends up in Baltimore.
  16. I also remember people worried about how often Watkins caught the ball behind the line for Clemson.... Thinge change in the pros.
  17. You don't have to spend to the cap every year. I think this year is a big evaluation period. Even with Tyrod restructured, they are still only obligated to him for this season and next, at a cheap rate. I firmly believe McDermott wants to weed out the players who aren't going to fit what he wants, and who will cost too much to keep for what they do bring. Not for nothing, I'd rather have the money on the books next year, and we can add pieces that we need instead of being stuck with bad contracts for players who don't fit.
  18. Bennett is off the market and Hightower is going to get paid. I have a feeling we are shedding cap space to carry into next year. This year could be a, if we make it, we make it. If not, we will evaluate what we have and have the cap space to approach what we need.
  19. Here is something I might be reaching on, but... not for nothing- in 2015 we supposedly went hard after Bulaga to upgrade the RT position. This year we were tied to the best RT option on the market. I get the sense that someone like Ryan Ramczyk could possibly be in play. I don't advocate taking OL high in the firsy round, but there is a chance he's the BPA when we pick. Also would lend it self to the idea that we really do want to improve the right side of the line.
  20. The draft isn't even here yet and this nonsense is starting
  21. I understand this is a very deep safety class. As well as DBs in general. However, you want to go into rhe drat wirh less holes, not more that you want filled with rookies. This is no way should preclude us from considering a safety if say Hooker is there or even in the later rounds.
  22. Davis. I love mike williams, but also loved Treadwell last year and they have the same issue coming into the nfl. Can they get seperation? That being said their are some WRS like Smith-Schuster Zay Jones Westbrook Kup Godwin that could be great values in the second and on.
  23. I think he'll be an aftermath type signing. Either that, or will be brought in as a camp arm.
  24. According to ian rapport, panthers are trying to sign him
  25. I think he'll be a warm body. I see us drafting one, this class is way to deep not to come away with someone. Hyde at least gives me comfort that we won't take Peppers from Michigan. Poyer on the other hand, I don't see being a starter.
