  1. Hold tight and see? This is a professional business not a couple of friends trading baseball cards. How do you know the Jets didn't make that offer and say take it or leave it? You are basing entirely too much off of conjecture and personal feeling.
  2. So your basing your entire synopsis on the Jets having no plan because they let Wilkerson walk? The same guy who was benched by the team because of his off field utter lack of concern his team... That makes total sense.
  3. What makes you think they would have in fact upped the ante? The cost from 3 to 12 would have already been vastly steeper than from 6 to 3. In turn the Jets package was going to take an awful lot to beat.
  4. Lmao so they had an insane off season spending and building up that roster, then get in a position to get a QB in the draft, but yeah, no plan.
  5. I like all those players and am higher on Rudolph than most. However, even if all those players turn into all pros and we missed on Rudolph, how far will we go in that tenure? Of all those players the QB needs to be the strongest prospect of the bunch, and yes Rosen would amass to more than all those players combined, he'll be that much of a franchise QB.
  6. By the Bills or any team? Because, if you can see guys like Ponder, Weeden, Manuel, etc... go in the first, all of which are not as good of prospects as Rudolph. So that's a bold claim.
  7. So then by your standard anyone who finished below him won't be able to adjust to NFL pressure seeing as how they weren't able to do it in college as well....
  8. Mayfield was the second best college QB this past season while under pressure.
  9. While I do think the move was heavily QB in mind based, they were able to get out of under Cordy's contract while and obtain a better asset in the draft while doing so. There were rumours we were trying to get the third overall pick... The Browns are not trading out, nor are the Giants, so is Beane going to hope the Browns are willing to trade out of four? They have enough draft capital as is, they dont have too much incentive to pass on an elite player at four. As Bills fans, I'd recommend strongly getting to know specs like Rudolph, Lauletta, White, etc... Willing to bet we don't move up from 12, not saying we talk Rudolph at 12, but he absolutely could be the target at 22.
  10. I think the Giants trade (JPP to the Buccs) can change the landscape a bit, but I think they would have taken the Jets package if they didn't at least consider a QB there. History of making a trade or not, they aren't in the same division nor the same conference. The Giants would not turn that down based on some nonsense about them playing in the same facility.
  11. As they should he is a slam dunk at their pick if the Giants pass.
  12. Imo they are going to try and take an immediate impact player, not a QB.
  13. Pryor had one solid season, then wasn't able to be utilized by Gruden at all? Pryor doesn't frighten me in the least.
  14. You made the claim, you should then back it up, unless you are regurgitating already debunked myths about the kid.
  15. Watson is better than Lamar this isn't even a debate
  16. So we are assuming no one else potentially moves up to four and beats us to the punch
  17. One is being paid top 15 money at the position, the other is 36th highest paid at his position. There is a very big difference. Poyer exceeded expectations, Star is going to have expectations to live up to These are not the same situations.
  18. Yeah, things can change, sure. Until then all we can go on is their current body of work in the present. Nothing about Star's career warrants 10 million per.
  19. Exactly, and honestly, more often than now they are blowing smoke out of their.... usually they are also a smaller group of fans that are the loudest with this type of nonsense.
  20. If we pass on the most natural passer in the last three drafts for Allen or Jackson instead, we will be the same old Bills.
  21. I'm really glad someone else mentioned this, the Giants could then trade up from 12th overall and get back into the top ten. If the Colts are looking to move down again from six, there ya go. Especially since they traded two picks for a mediocre LB leaving them with only five picks and a less than desirable cap situation.
  22. Star's deal is pretty bad no doubt about that, but Murphy's deal I have zero issue with.
  23. Our ammo may not matter if NYG dont want to trade out of the top ten.
  24. Yeah, but we should be fine staying at 12 and letting the draft come to us...
  25. Whoever he/she is blocked on me on Twitter. I really don't give much credence to what that individual says. I'm just stating if that was in fact the package we would still have a perfectly fine draft.
