    Ankle injury aside, I don't get the Elam effectiveness, or lack of. His physical ability is great, must be just applying that on the field. Man or zone, and everything else about pass defending, is he incapable of getting it mentally, or poor coaching this guy up? They seem to coach up a lot of other guys though.
