I have to ask. Assume this house sells at $1.5m, which is $500,000 more than 3 years ago. Are your property taxes / assessments increased to adjust for that jump in value?
I think it's tough to part with guys on rookie contracts. Moss was hurt most of last year so I give him a pass. AJE maybe can get coached up. Ford is depth at best, but he's a bust imo. See ya Cody
I had a really really bad experience like 10 years ago and I can hold a grudge a long time LOL.
I've been back though a couple times since so there's that. But I'm not wrong on the wait times
I would be reluctant to shell out more money to a guy 32 in 2023, after this current contract ends. Especially if it impacts resigning Knox, Davis, and Oliver down the road. Play out this year & release
Like 4 days ago I saw on another site the Pegula's were going thru a health crisis / emergency. That was it, vague. Didn't mention who but I just assumed Terry, before Kim
Yeah late 1800's and re-inforced with steel maybe 1900 to 1910. Took the kids on the old bridge and got a quarter way out. Heard a train horn in distance and got off just in time. Still people on bridge and they hugged the walkway railing with train maybe 5' away. Yikes
All less than a $1, around .75. Connors in West Seneca Monday thru Thursday. Nite Cap in Lackawanna Mondays. Turtle Joe's Thursday and sit out on the lake!
Bona no doubt would have won the title if Lanier doesn't get hurt.
My dad owned a double in Cheektowaga. The tenant was best friends with Lanier and he came to our house often.
