  1. Not sure bout that considering the 49ers drafted Kendall Hunter & LaMichael James in the 2nd round in consecutive yrs.
  2. Bring Rathman with u Roman as rbs coach big time upgrade over Wheatly
  3. I definitely approve of a coach that has held the Pats to 270yds total offense over the last 4 meetings. Against the rest of NFL the Pats have averaged over 390yds per gm. That's 120 less per gm with less talent then we have so yes definitely I approve of Sexy Rexy!
  4. Yea Marrone must of hated that 80yd td Big Mike scored to get us back in the gm. I mean C'mon man who gets benched after that. Big Mike also made some big catches on 3rd down vs the Bears that helped us win that gm. It seems like Marrone holds grudges to the point of hurting his own team. Who in there right mind would hire a coach like this?
  5. Dream Coach - Gus Malzahn teaming with Schwartz. Eh- Jim Schwartz Hell No- Pep Hamilton Diamond in the rough - Bill Lazor
  6. I was doing some research on outside the box candidates and I came across Bill Lazor OC of the Miami Dolphins. Bill Lazor is young ( 42yrs ) up incoming head coach candidate that I think the Bills should take a long hard look at. BL was hired by the Dolphins before last season and did a miraculous job with there offense. BL comes from the Chip Kelly coaching tree and loves to employ alot of spread formations that are designed to attack the whole field. He was Nick Foles QB coach in 2013 when he threw for 27tds & 2pks. We all seen the decline of Nick Foles this yr statistically as he dropped to 13-10 td to int ratio. Was this coincidence or not? Maybe not and I'll tell u why. When BL took over the Dolphins offense after there disastrous 2013 he had a major job on his hands. The Dolphins offense was 27th overall, 26th scoring in the NFL, they couldn't run the ball 26th overall and they also had a horrible oline that give up a league high 58 sks. Ryan Tannehill was on the hotseat and so was Joe Philbin. In comes Lazor to save the day without adding much personal they signed Brandon Albert and couple journey men guards like Satele & Colledge and drafted Landry Jones in the 2nd round. This is what Lazor was able to do in one season. #1- He took total offense from 27th to 14th #2- total Scoring 26th to 11th #3- total Rushing 26th to 12th #4- Passing 22nd to 16th #5 - Tannehill from 58% to 67% comp #6 - Lamar Miller 7th overall yds from scrimmage 1382yds #7- The Dolphins for the first time in there franchise history, 4000yd passer, 1000yd rusher in same yr. These #'s can not be ignored as he took basically the same offense without Reggie Bush and made them much better. From top to bottom. I can't understand why BL isnt on the hot candidates list with Pep Hamilton, Gase, McDaniels & Frank Reich. Someone is going to open there eyes to this young genius and catch a steal. I hope it's us. Go Bills!
  7. I hope these guys can scout coaches cause there's some great coaching in this game.
  8. I'll take Kubiak over Pep Hamilton, Gase, Quinn or Reich. The Bills need to be careful with these coaches that have all world talent to work with. I think we should be looking at Hue Jackson, Kubiak, McDaniels, Bevell & Rex. All these guys have won in the NFL without top rated QBs. McDaniels has experience already and has at least won games without Brady before that's why I would consider him for the job even though he works with Tom Brady.
  9. I wonder what Ravens gamess u watched this season, Justin Forcett finished in top 5 in NFL in rushing yds. Imagine what Kubiak can do with Spiller and or another talented young bk.
  10. I want proven assistant coaches coordinators not necessarily HC, I'll be fine with Derell Bevel as head coach. I think he did a fine job with Russ and maybe he can get Ej going.
  11. Not necessarily, Mike McCoy was able to build a very good staff in San Diego & Bruce Arians as well in Arz. Bruce had head coaching experience as an intern & MM never was a head coach.
  12. I agree 100%, I would love if whoever we bring in to keep our Defensive staff in place Schwartz, Pepper, Henderson these guys are fantastic. All yr they made great 2nd half adjustments. I would even like to keep Crossman as our special teams coach. Keeping these guys in place can help keep continuity on more then half the team and it takes a lot of pressure of the new head coach so he can concentrate on rebuilding our offense.
  13. The Bills threw out the years have hired all kinds of coaches, we hired a College coach, experienced coaches & coordinator coaches. Now it's time to add a coach that can build a NFL caliber staff from top to bottom. DW was able to complete what I call half a NFL staff the Defensive staff was definitely NFL caliber but he short changed us on the offensive side of the ball. Nate Hackett, Pat Morris and the rest of the staff were either from college or not house hold names in the NFL. Whoever we hire now needs to have the clout to build this staff with experienced NFL guys for example is we hire Derell Bevel it would be nice to keep our defensive staff & special teams in place while adding on Offense a guy like Trestman for Oc and Greg Roman as Oline/running gm coordinator. Even the positional coaches need to be guys that have experience. Im tired of the Bills hiring half a staff filled with inexperienced guys. Its a new era in Buffalo and Terry is first class all the way I expect him to use this strategy going forward. Just take a look around the league at the teams that are good and dont have those Super bowl caliber QBs. ARZ, SEA, PHILLY BALT, DET, CINNY all these teams have great staffs in place and they know how to develop players. These teams usually don't get out coached on a week to week basis. These teams are winners because there prepared. Last but not least I hope the Bills stay away from candidates that come from teams with franchise QBs like McDaniels, Gase, Haley & Reich. These guys can be products of there QBs. I would rather hire a guy like Darell Bevel, Rex Ryan or of course Bill Cowher. These coaches have proven they can win by developing QBs to fit there systems.
  14. This is my wish list #1- Bill Cowher #2-Gus Malzahn #3-Art Briles #4-Rex Ryan #5-Frank Reich #6-Jim Schwartz
  15. Im tired of Nino Brown I mean Nino Brandons Kool-Aid stand, Yesterday I decided that this was enough. I mean this guy is the king of Kool-Aid he has all the flavors even the ones that haven't come out yet. That press conference should be illegal based on all the Kool-Aid they were selling us. Its time to introduce the Bill Polians Milk Shake stand. At least u know what your getting. He's a wise NFL czar that's not gonna feed us some busines plan. Mr Polian will show DW how to build a full team from top to bottom and u can bet your bottom dollar that he won't take a full off-season rebuilding our special teams units. That was ridiculous.
  16. MM would be an excellent addition to this team. First of all he wouldn't be shy about entering a QB battle. He's also a fiery leader with intestinal fortitude, the man plays loose and isn't afraid of the big moments. He has a solid arm and throws a nice deep ball and Wouldn't command much salary. The last time MM played was 2011, he finished the yr for the Dolphins with a 6-3 record in which he lead them to scoring over 20pts 8 out of 9gms. 4 of those gms they scored 30 or more including that 35-8 beat down of our beloved Bills. MM did all this after his team started that season 0-7. I live in Miami and remember his teammates saying on multiple occasions that he kept them together and showed an incredible will to win. I witnessed this first hand and believe it. Living in Miami me and my friends watch all our gms together. We have at least 4tvs going on Sundays to follow our teams and fantasy squads. Im not saying MM is the answer to our franchise QB issues, what he is though is an excellent bridge. I think the Bills should sign MM and either trade for another QB like Nassib or sign another guy like Ryan Mallett. These moves will make things interesting going into next season with a full on QB battle between 3guys including EJ. All 3 would have something to offer and would make our team better. Making these moves also wouldn't cost the Bills much salary cap space and should allow us to fill in pivotal holes on our roster like the oline, Te and RBs. Better team equals more production. The way I see it other then a unforeseen trade for a franchise QB like Brees or some other aging star this is truly the best way yo attack this off-season. Go Bills!
  17. Cutler won't come with in a 1000 miles of this team unless Maroone is gone. Maroone said today that he wants to preach abd teach his team to cut down turnovers. How in the world is he gonna do that. Turnovers are a cause of human error most times. Maroone is an absolute jk and he's wasting his time with this. It just shows who really is the problem.
  18. I hope Marrone opts out him & his 3 wide sets. The man doesn't know what a spread offense is and definitely never heard of 4 or 5 wrs sets.
  19. Urbik Chris Williams Pears The Bills will be in full revamp mode for oline
  20. If we get Bradford we need to sign a nice strong bkup like Matt Moore. #1 Bradford #2 Moore #3 Ej I would love this
  21. Anyone that's trying to trade for QB needs a QB so therefore the price is already higher then usual. Thats why Rob Johnson was traded for a 1st and others were traded for multiple pks. If multiple teams are trying to trade for same guy obviously the price goes up. Hence the term supply & demand. I hope this helps.
  22. I see 5 teams that can be realistic destinations for Foles, Bills, Jets, Hou, Chi & Stl. I think a mixture of Ej & Leodis or a pk 4th can get the job done on this deal. Philly has some serious prbs in secondary Leodis makes alot of sence here. Leodis & 4th or EJ & 3rd I can see that being enough.
  23. The Bills will trade for Nick Foles. Philly will be shopping him hard this off-season. Chip Kelly wants a mobile QB to lead his offense. I see this happening. Foles will also be a free agent in 2016. Philly will not commit to him long term.. This makes sense for both teams because the Bills get better at QB on a 1yr addition for Foles and Philly will draft a QB high in this yrs draft possibly Hundley. Chip Kelly doesn't seem like a guy that likes to waste time. Nick Foles come to Buffalo baby!
  24. Id take Warford in the 2nd and O´Leary in the 3rd. Te position solved for next 5yrs. Keep Chandler at the 1.75 mil salary now we can use 3te sets.
