OPERATION DEMORALIZE BUFFALO! ( BILLS AND FANS ) AN NFL CONSPIRACY OR NOT? #1 - GIVE THEM A DAUNTING SCHEDULE FULL OF OBSTACLE COURSES! A - Give the Bills a front loaded home schedule starting with the AFC Championship teams ( Indy & Pats ) B - Within that Home Schedule we insert 3gms in first 5weeks against extra rested teams. Giving great coaches Like Belicheck and Coughlin extra time to prepare. C - Add a Massive Road Gm stretch 5 out of 6 gms with primetime gms on the road against division opponents ( Jets and Pats ). #2- Flags, Flags and more Flags. During Operation Demoralize especially at the beginning of the season the flags were flying from the skies like white phosphorus falling over Gaza. This Flag fest made the Bills play on there heels as if they were walking on egg shells that were already cracked. Instead of doing film work in preparation of upcoming opponents the Bills were doing pushups and looking at bracelets with slogans on them. #3 - Just give it to them I'm not gonna get into full detail of what just give it to them meant but plays that were iffy like the pass interference call on Robey vs the Jags. Marvin Jones catch that hit the floor vs Bengals or Chris Hogans catch vs Chiefs, Dennards int in Giants gm he was clearly out of bounds are just examples of plenty of 50/50 calls that ended up going against us. Well if anyone got anything else to add to Operation Demoralize please feel free to....

Bills on Hard Knocks?
NastyNateSoldiers replied to strive_for_five_guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I say do it, yes its a distraction but if the NFL asks us again to do it i say listen this time. Last off-season the Bills pissed off the NFL a few times. We proceeded to be the highest penalized team in the NFL. I'm not sure if these are the reasons. I realize that we as a team had a lot to do with this but it sure seemed like we were being attacked by the refs in the early going of the season. I called it Operation Demoralize. #1 REX using the word BULLY #2 Bills cancel Toronto series #3 Bills turn down NFL twice for Hard Knocks Its time to listen when the NFL asks us to do something its time to mend the fences. LOL -
Sign Ryan Mallett for cheap seems like he's cleaned up his act. Has played very good for the Ravens these last couple of weeks. This can be a low risk high reward type of signing

i would love Mike Williams WR Clemson 6/4 220. If he checks out medically i would definitely consider him in the 2nd or 3rd round. this dude is a stud hopefully he declares. I also love Tyler Boyd from Pitt

If u add in all the injuries we suffered this season we are nowhere near as talented as last season. -
Rex and Pettine back together?
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Rex needs to take responsibility for this mess, at some pt this off-season he needs to announce that he's taking over the D this coming season meaning he'll be the defacto HC/DC. Game planning , play calling , substitutions all on him. Rex needs to realize that his ship is sinking so to speak and he the Captain has to take control or watch it fall. His job is at stake can't have another season in 2016 be lost due to his D. I realize some people on this board might not like this idea because of the added responsibility HC/DC but some of the best coaches in the NFL pull this off on a week to week basis. Rex being in full control of the D is the most realistic option we have . Face it fellas we're not changing this D nor is Pettine or anyone else walking threw those doors at One Bills Drive anytime soon. -
Looks like we'll have to draft a WR #2

This Offseason Whaley will direct his scouts and other pro personal people to find young hungry bargain basement players in free agency. With that being said players to keep an eye on for the Bills. #1- WR Brain Quick - This kid intrigues me he's big, fast, strong 26yrs 6-3 218lbs. In 2014 BQ was on his way developing into the Rams #1 WR until he suffered a season ending knee injury in week 7. BQ missed training camp and otas and wasn't healthy until bout week 4-5 of 2015 season. Since his return BQ hasn't been a factor in the Rams offense. Possibly due to him missing all off-season activities and still not being 100% healthy or confident in his abilities. Most times players take an extra yr to fully return to form. This kid fits the mold of what the Bills will be looking for this off-season and I hope he BQ and the Bills find common ground as the Bills will have an opening at #2-3 Wr and BQ will be looking for an opportunity to get in a rotation somewhere on a 1yr prove it deal for near veterans minimum. #2-TE Ladarius Green- Big 6-6 250 lbs Fast seam stretching TE with ball skills also a competent blocker. LG would be a great fit in Romans offense and even better complement to Clay as #2 TE. LG has some injury concerns also so his price tag would be on cheap side but idk if we can get him unless we overpay. The Pats would actually be a perfect team for this kid if he chooses to go somewhere that gets his career on track. #3-TE Dwayne Allen - A powerful in line old school type of TE with ball skills and very athletic DA will not be a secret in free agency. After seeing what Lee Smith got from the Raiders last yr DA can command that and even more. I hope the Bills take a hard look at him even if we have to pay 5mil per season. -
let some other team have him then. He'll be cut in 2yrs and we can bring him by for veterans minimum. I'm tired of middle pack players getting paid and not performing. Cordy ain't worth a single dollar over 9mil per season and that's at the highest. Bills need to keep doing what they've been doing recently with there free agents draw your line in the sand and stand by it Whaley
-
It's not the end of the world that the Bills don't have much money to spend. I'm looking forward to us looking for value guys. I've been watching football for a very long time and correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like when u pay these guys or bring in big name free agents for big bucks they hardly ever live up to there end of the deal. So with that being said let's find the diamonds in the bargain bin. We need some hungry players that want to eventually get paid. Ala Taylor, Gilislee, etc etc
-
No way we pay Cordy that much 11-13 mil per season. He's not top 12 either more like 18-20 range. He's a solid middle of the pack guy. For 12mil I'm letting him walk and I hope the Bills have enough sense to do this. In my opinion I think he should get a Veldeer type deal which is good money 5yrs-40-45 tops 8-9per. If not have a nice day. It's a good yr for tackles in the Draft I rather go that route

Could the gm have passed him by? Rex needs to adapt to the fast paced offense of today's NFL. SIMPLICITY should be his motto moving forward but with an ego like his and the fact that he always wants it to be his schemes that defeat teams instead of his players. Put your ego aside Rex. Bills front office need to put a muzzle on his ego a la the Jets putting the muzzle on his mouth

Ngata and Wilkerson to Buffalo in 2016??
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Lenigmusx's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd rather sign Derek Wolfe & Terrance Knighton for less then half the price. Use the rest of the money on Olineman like Keleci Osemele And Kelvin Beachum -
No matter what Rex needs to simplify his Do and this should be his #1 goal this off season. The fast paced tempo teams are playing against us is creating most or all of this confusion. Teams will continue to come up with these strategies against us moving forward. With that being said Here's some additions we need to make this off season. #1- Sign Pot Roast NT Terrance Knighton #2- Eric Weddle excellent counterpart to A Will a true safety with great leadership. Would be a great fit in Rex scheme. #3- Sign a couple of Broncos Derek Wolfe and Danny Trevathan. Offense #1-Resign Incognito and Cordy add 2 more beasts to this line Keleci Osesmeli and Kelvin Beachum. These 2 additions would make our line the best in the NFL. #2- We need to add a good 2nd Te on this team Here's some good options Ladarius Green, Dwayne Allen or Zach Miller. Anyone of these guys should be cheap. #3- Marvin Jones another good player we can get for a nice price. Cuts Mario Kyle McKelvin Percy Felton Carpenter

Rex has been figured out his complicated defense's are to slow for today's fast paced game. He's got to go now before it gets worse Hiring Schwartz back would be easier then blowing up this D. Bringing the Schwartz back would be an easy transition if it comes with keeping everything else intact like the Offense. He can fire Special teams coach but that's not much of a transition

A few days ago I came across an article bout Albert Haynesworth and how he wished he never left Tennessee to go Washington. He stated it was the scheme change that ruined his career. Albert went from Jim Schwartz 4-3 to a 2 gap 3-4 scheme sound familiar? Schwartz scheme is tailored specifically for DTs. He helped get career yrs out of very talented players like Albert ,Suh & Marcel. The Bills front office got to start thinking about that 100 million deal they gave Marcel instead of the 20 that's left on Rex deal. It's time to admit we made a mistake and make the logical move by bringing back Schwartz. I think they can get him for modest price bout 3 mil per yr so it can soften the blow of Rex big deal. Schwartz is looking to get back to head coaching and I really don't think he's gonna get any offers other then Buffalo. He'll come cheap and with certain restrictions like not being able to pick his offensive coaches. We should keep the whole offensive staff in place to keep continuity on that side of the ball. This is perfect timing because Detroit is about to can there Coaches and that will allow Teryll Austin to jump ship with his mentor Jim Schwartz. Wide9 reunited... This move is imperative to us getting back on track. I believe Schwartz learned from his past mistakes in Detroit and will run a tight ship this time especially since he sees what just happened here with Rex lack of professionalism and focus. Bringing back Schwartz allows us to #1-Stop the bickering and confusion on and off the field. #2- Bring back the Cold Front DLine. Which will be centered on Marcel & Company going back to there natural positions and protecting our investments. #3- Move Preston Brown back to where he flourished as a will Lber. #4- Move Corey Graham back to Corner given us an elite set of cb's in the NFL Gilmore, Darby,Graham & Robey. #5- Last but not least the Fans will be back in full force. Fans will renew there season tixs just so they can see this Defense get back to where it belongs as a dominating force in the NFL. Bow happy holidays fellas
