  1. Obviously Marrone is such a hot! candidate that when teams try to touch him they get burned. lol
  2. I think u might be talking bout Jayron Kearse. The kid is a freak like his uncle Javon. He'd be perfect in 2nd rd. Ed Reed would definitely mold this kid into a star.
  3. If we are gonna give anyone a chance it should be Daryl Washington, He would be a outstanding addition to this D, Before he was suspended he was a top MLB in the NFL. This dude is a flat out beast a sideline to sideline tackling machine with great coverage ability and did i mention a great blitzing LB the last time he played in 2013 had 131tkls, 9sks, 3 int, and 2ff. I'd rather add a all pro talent that fits a big need in Rex D then to add Johnny Crap Ball who would just bring a media circus with him. DW is still young at 26yrs and hopefully has put his Mary habit on hold till after his playing career is over. When the NFL reinstates him i hope the Bills will be the first team that calls Arz bout a trade. They seem ready to move on without him and can be had relatively cheap based on his off the field habits.
  4. Possible Restructure Candidates - Clay, Kyle, Wood ,McKelvin, Felton, Lawson. Carp, Urbik, A Will, Graham & Possibly McCoy. CUTS if not restructured - McKelvin, Graham, Felton, Carp, Urbik, Lawson & A Will CUTS - Mario , Harvin , Dixon Resign open cap space - Gilmore, Cordy & Cog and hopefully Bradham I believe if the Bills want to take the next step some of these Vets on our team have to give back some money or restructure especially Kyle, Wood & McKelvin these guys are our longest tenured Bills and are leaders on this team its time to lead by example and other players in that locker room will follow suit. I see it every yr players on other teams restructuring or flat out taking pay cuts for the betterment of the team.
  5. Definitely need to bring back our oline, if not we need to spend some money on filling those holes. I believe that Incog will be back but Cordy will probably walk. If he does then we should try to sign Kelvin Beachum coming off of injury can probably sign at a discount rate.
  6. This team has its core in place now is the time to add the dressings so to speak, free up money but add me 3 or 4 mid level guys at 4-6 mil per yr. We need starting caliber #1 - Safety- Rashard Johnson ARZ #2- MLB - Brandon Marshall Den #3- WR - Jermaine Kearse or Sanu #4- NT- Damon Harrison Jets #5- TE- Ladarius Green or Dwayne Allen These are the type of players we need not one guy. Mo Wilk is a very nice player but I'd rather add multiple guys and stay flexible with the cap then to commit long term to a guy that just broke his leg. Look for DW and crew to attack free agency with this type of mindset mof we would be lucky to add those guys I got on my list. I'm thinking DW is even going to dig deeper into free agency for more dust settle types.
  7. I usually use draft breakdown but he just doesn't pass the eye ball test for me. Btw weren't u the big Skelton fan? Where's he playing These days CFL? I know for sure your a big Tannehill fan the Dolphins would love to get out of that contract now.
  8. Anyone notice that same off season that the Bills missed out on Bruce Arians, he was the last coach hired. Arians is probably the 2nd best coach in the NFL right now.
  9. More madness on the way fellas Bills will trade for Daryl Washington and sign Greg Hardy to create the ICP D ( Insane Clown Posse ). Lol
  10. Now that Whaley signed a extension its time for him to get to work. I would love to add Moe Wilk but probably won't fit into future caps. We need flexability to resign Gilmore, Cordy and Incog and other possible free agents heading into the future like TT. Its time to add role players via free agency, young cheap hungry players that fill roles. I think Sanu would be a great addition for the right price 3/4 mil per yr. Another WR i would love to sign for cheap i mean vet min cheap is Brain Quick he's a possible dust settle guy . BQ is a big, fast WR that reminds me a lot of Eric Moulds. In 2014 he had a great string of games before injuring his knee. When next season starts BQ would be 18 months removed from that injury and should be close or bk to 100% of his 2014 form. This kid has the tools at 6-3 220lbs 25yrs old can possibly battle for #2 WR on this team and for vet min which i fully expect after the awful season he just had in STL can be an absolute steal on a 1yr prove it deal. Other possible Wrs for great Value i wouldn't mind seeing the Bills sign Jermaine Kearse 3-4 mil per, Travis Benjamin 3-5 mil, Marvin Jones 4-6 mil per. Rishard Matthews 3-4 mil. What would be great is the Bills sign one of these guys and still draft a WR in 2nd/3rd round depending on who is available.
  11. I feel u buddy, I sleep thinking Bills wake up thinking Bills. I think I might have a problem lol. My wife thinks I'm crazy. But I love this team. I think as Bills fans we crave for those days bk in the 90's so much like something is missing. Sometimes I feel like if we just won a SuperBowl we wouldn't be this way, it wouldn't feel like a drug just a gm. Idk maybe I am crazy, lol.
  12. I agree with the lack of intelligence remark seems like our Bills lack in that department big time. DW got to bring in some leaders, Football Junkies no more over paid mansion seekers.I want some guys that have the mentality that they need to fight for there jobs every week
  13. Searcy was huge loss
  14. The problem isn't our DLine it's the scheme there playing. It's vanilla as can be. No Stunts , No spacing, the blitzes are horribly conservative and seems like they've been figured out. The talent is definitely there even without Mario. Watching these playoff games I learned 3 Things #1 - The need for a team to be disciplined and professional #2- The need for true Safeties not corners playing safety. #3- The need to have a balance of pass rushing calls meaning sending Stunts, Blitzes and proper spacing at the right times depending on down and distance. These 3 things the Bills lack by a wide margin I'm hoping there watching and taking notes.
  15. I'm not saying he can't be good, what I'm saying is no thanks to a high pk id start looking at him in the 6th rd.. Btw I watched some of his film and it's not impressive. Please spare me the comparison to Ben or Flacco for every one of them there's 50 other guys that are trash.
  16. That's like saying this dude nailed Jennifer Lopez and Megan Fox but after that settled for bar crumbs , The man still nailed those 2. All the while we have been settling for bar crumbs, C'MON Man!
  17. If he's highlights include trees and bleachers in the background I'll pass until the end of the draft, no thanks
  18. I beg to differ the offensive side of the ball has some great coaches even better then our Defense has with Roman, Lynn, Kromor, Palmer, Lee & Sanjay Lal that,s definitely better then Rex, Thurman, Henderson and Dunbar obviously the D needs a little tinkering. I'm talking bout adding a great mind to help this D a older guy like Lebeau is probably not looking to run a D anymore as a DC but he might be a great Linebacker coach / D Quality control coach.. Having great minds helps they just have to be willing to work with one another for the betterment of the team. This would be much different then if Schwartz had stayed. Lebeau and Rex coach the same type of concepts as far 3-4 Zone Blitz scheme. Rex and Schwartz would of been a whole different situation
  19. Rex would be an idiot to not want a coach like Lebeau on his staff the man brings a ton of experience and would help with the teaching the players techniques and can show him a thing or 2 bout zone blitz concepts.
  20. Now that the Off Season has officially started for us and most of the NFL how can the Bills get better this off season without much cap space? With most head coaching searches under way it looks like teams are learning towards younger more youthful coaching candidates. With that being said Tom Coughlin and Dick Lebeau 2 HOF type coaches are available for hire and are looking to get in somewhere in some capacity. Should the Bills look to hire one of these HOF caliber coaches to our staff ? Maybe as assistant head coach or some other label like Coach Palmer has on offense as Quality control coach. I would love to see the Bills bring in one of these men they bring in tons of experience that can help mold us into more of a complete team. Tom Coughlin would be a great asset to Rex Ryan as he can help him with game planning in game adjustments and other things such as holding his players accountable and adjusting himself as a head coach. TC is a well rounded coach that has experience and understands offense and defense philosophies as well as special teams. TC would be a perfect compliment to Rex. Dick Lebeau would also be a great hire as he can help with the Defense, DL is the master of the zone blitz and Rex can learn a lot from him. The biggest benefit of this hire would be the teaching of these schemes to the players. DL has a way of simplifying these schemes to the players so they can play fast and physical. Believe it or not DL and RR have a ton in common in there schemes as they both run a 3-4 hybrid with a ton of blitz concepts. This combination of coaching would be great to see on sundays. So fellas who would like to see one of these men get hired by the Bills and who would u rather have?
  21. I'm hearing he's in great shape and focused but the Browns might be ready to part ways with him anyways. If They hire Maroone i wonder if he would take a player or 2 from us Mario and Graham, Cleveland D is horrible and can use a good corner like Graham to start opposite of Haden and a pure pass rusher like Mario. This would be great because we would essentially be giving them a couple players we were going to cut anyways and by trading these players it frees up even more cap space. Btw the Browns have a really hard time picking up top level free agents so this might be a move that makes sense for them.
  22. If the Bills can take a chance on Incog and Percy then they can definitely take a chance on DW and JG. From what I read on multiple sites both have cleaned up there acts and paid there dues missing nearly 2 yrs each. These additions would allow us to focus on other needs during draft. Maybe trade bk stock up a few 2's and let Whaley work his magic. I would take Sua Cravens and Jaylon Kearse in the 2nd round. Adding Ultra Talented players like DW and JG would in my opinion put the Bills back in the playoffs and also frees up money to resign Incog and Glenn. I would love this If I had to choose one of these 2 players it would definitely be Washington, He's a perfect LB for Rex scheme . Sidelines to sidelines tackling machine that can cover( 3ints )and blitz( 9Sks) from the middle backer spot. That's the type of player Ryan needs to set his D off!
  23. Now that the Bills have become the standard when it comes to rejuvenating a broken career (Ritchie Incognito) I got 2 new additions to the Bills rehab clinic over at one Bills drive. As of right now these 2 players have not been reinstated but if and when they do I would love to see them wearing a Bills uniform 2016. These 2 players are not locker room misfits or bad team players. They have or had a Mary Jane problem. So chemistry shouldn't be an issue unless there smoking it. Lol #1- MLB Daryl Washington - I realize he hasn't played since 2013 but this dude would easily be the best LB we had here since Takeo Spikes. In 2013 Washington had a monster season with over 130 tackles, 9 Sacks, 3 ints and 2 FFs . That's a beast right there. Btw fits a major hole on our D playing MLB. #2- WR Josh Gordon - Most if not all remember what this kid can do on the field when he's playing focused football. JG possesses a blend of speed and athleticism they few Wrs have in this league and would be a perfect complement to Sammy on the outside. From what I heard these players teams are ready to move on from these guys when there reinstated. I don't think it would cost much to trade for these guys either . The Browns have some secondary prbs we can offer McKelvin or Graham and even throw in Mario for good measure I'm pretty sure the Browns have the cap space to fit Mario plus they don't get much attention by players in free agency so this would be ideal for them. Plus I would definitely get a kick out of Mario being sent to NFL Siberia! Lol. Daryl Washington just send the Cards a late round pk and u should have a deal. I know Im dreaming right? Well that's what the off season is 4 , lol
