Jeff Fisher for next DC
NastyNateSoldiers replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well we can put him in the booth and he can bring his buddy Greggo with him to patrol the sidelines. Imagine when we play the Patriots BountyGate vs DeflateGate. I can just hear Greggo voice aim for knees aim for the head just knock then the bleep out the gm. Lol -
Jeff Fisher for next DC
NastyNateSoldiers replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If your talking about me all I got to say about that is they don't call me Nasty NATE for no reason. U earn that name. Lol About the same week he was fired. JF always called that Defense he's the architect. That's his forte -
Jeff Fisher for next DC

Yes & Yes he's cut from the same cloth as Rex and Wade DCs pretending to be HC. That's all he cares about is Defense so let's give em what he wants. -
Jeff Fisher for next DC

Marcel and Hughes both got paid handsomely for playing in this system. We got alot invested in these guys. We need to protect that investment and JF will get them bk to pro bowl form -

Gus Bradley is no where near the Defensive mind that JF is NTM I could of ran that D in Seattle we all know here that's Pete Carroll Defense. I don't know bout u guys but I'd rather have the cook then the waiter... -
Jeff Fisher for next DC
NastyNateSoldiers replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
JF can do for us what Wade Phillips did for Denver and the best thing about it is he won't be a HC anytime soon. So we won't have to worry bout losing him. -
I know I know he's a horrible head coach. Why would u want this guy running our Defense? Just hear me out for a few , everybody here or mostly everyone loves Ole Jimmy Schwartz. U would think the guy was a folk hero in WNY. What if I told u we can get the guy that taught him his D and runs it much better. JF is lots of things but one thing he isn't is a bad DC, mof he's a great DC. Over his long career this guy has shown a keen eye for drafting talent and developing talent on Defense. We can all pt out alot that went wrong with the Rams but his D wasn't the problem. JF has developed players such as Haynesworth, Donald ,Kearse, Quinn, Bullock, Finneran, Janoris Jenkins , Tremaine Johnson, TJ McDonald etc, etc, etc not to mention he saved Mark Barron's career by switching him to LB. A Lynn would be very wise to give Fisher a call and offer him a job on his staff as DC . This would be a great selling pt to Whaley as well as the Bills players on Defense that crave that wide 9, 4-3 attacking D being brought bk to Buffalo. It's basically the best of what we had in 2014 and 2016 being married into one team. Yea I know there's some new faces on D and the talent level is not the same as before but i seem to think that JF can do wonders with Dareus,Kyle,Hughes and Lawson on the front line and also can help Rags develop nicely at MLB as well as getting our secondary bk to being the ball hawks they used to be before Rex brought in his to complicated to understand D. When A Lynn took over our offense earlier this yr the major problem seemed to be over thinking the game plan was to big for the players to play fast. Lynn was able to simplify push a few buttons and all of a sudden the offense got much improved with basically less to work with considering Roman had Sammy Watkins the previous 18gms. I think the same problem resides with our D, push a few buttons and simplify and bang there a top unit again.. I think this is a no Brainer A Lynn make the call get JF on board and u will be the next Coach of our beloved Bills. One more thing JF is a well respected part of the competition committee that can possibly help us with these refs on Sundays. They would think twice before sticking it to one of there bosses.. Blast away fellas & Go Bills!

List of HC Candidates
NastyNateSoldiers replied to NastyNateSoldiers's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't see us hiring a big name ex head coach that's why I didn't include Coughlin BTW he didn't make the playoffs for last 4 seasons coached u want another coach coming in with a playoff less streak? BTW Bob Sutton is the DC for the Chiefs and he's done a tremendous job for them. Bout McDaniels why can't he learn from his 1st job he deserves a 2nd chance at head coach and if it's not here he will definitely get a chance somewhere else. At the end of the day I don't see McDaniels or Patricia staying in AFC east there gonna get far away from Belicheck so u don't have to worry bout them coming here. -
#1 Lynn #2 McDaniels #3 Patricia #4 Schwartz #5 Kyle Shanahan #6 Dave Toub #7 Billy Bob Cooter #8 Sean McVay #9 Bob Sutton #10 Teryll Austin #11 Mike Shula #12 Darell Bevel That's my favs list I believe one of these guys will be the new HC of the Bills Now that Whaley is heading the search I don't believe we will hire any big names that can threaten his job security. With that being said Whaley will go shopping for something new or barely used like Schwartz or McDaniels. I want a coach that's a leader of men and respected by his players. A coach that's in tune with today's gm and today's players. Most importantly I want a coach that's MARRIED to WINNING NOT SCHEMES. Meaning a coach that won't put his players in a box and tell them to fit his style. We need a coach that instead understands the skill sets of his players and knows how to use them. That's the new generation coach. A few of these guys have proven to fit this mold A Lynn, Patricia, Toub & Shanahan pops out at me as these types of coaches I would be happy with any of them. The question now is who do you want and why?.
-
Lynn Palmer Fangio Lynn still runs the offense calls the plays, Palmer adds experience and should help him with Transition to HC. Leave Kromor at Oline coach he's done a great job there. Fire David Lee and hire a new QB coach.
-
I'll take Lynn as long as he gets me a 4-3 DC like Jeff Fisher. JF has run some strong defenses in his time and has developed a ton of defensive players in his time as coach. Albert Haynesworth, Tremaine Johnson, Mark Barron, Aaron Donald, TJ McDonald, Robert Quinn etc etc etc. Not to mention Schwartz is a protégé of his. So we get bk that wide 9 4-3 D that we crave to see again. I'm All Lynn! Just give me a great DC with him

The answer to RT - Cordy Glenn
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Dragonborn10's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I've been saying this since CK proved early in the yr that he is a more then capable LT, last week he graded out as the best player on our Offense vs the Fish. That's saying alot based on how our skill players played. Moving Cordy to RT is a no Brainer especially since during the season he showed on plenty of occasions to move to that side for run blocking on uneven lines. This move kills 2 birds with one stone.. -
I love your post but I'd like to add to it. We already have the answer at Tackle just move Cordy to RT and Kujo can start at LT he's done a great job filling in this yr. #2 I got your Schwartz D it comes from Jeff Fisher he would be excellent addition as DC and would get the best out of hughes and Dareus as well as others. Schwartz is a disciple of Fisher so why not have the guy that taught him his D.

If we finish 10-6 that makes us 18-14 since Rex took over. With all the injuries these past 2 seasons I would say that's a great job. We haven't been healthy since week 3 of 2015 vs Mia. BTW fellas our coaching staff is outstanding. Lynn, Kromor, Sanjay,Palmer,Lee,Blake,April Jr,Rob,Reed,Timmy & Crossman.

Give me Malik Hooker or Mike Williams and I'm happy.

Pros and cons of keeping Rex next season
NastyNateSoldiers replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
U can't just pop out stats and say we weren't missing Dareus and Cordy in those gms. Cordy left the Baltimore gm after our only TD of the gm our running gm suffered and we also had to keep Clay in to block. With Dareus playing we could possibly have 40sks instead of 30 and I guarantee Miami doesn't run all over us with him playing. Losing your franchise left tackle and franchise DT does have an effect on what we can do. -
WEEK 9 - ALL 22 OLINE/UNFORCED ERROR REVIEW
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Bocephuz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hendy has been up and down since we drafted him. There's been some gms were i was in awe of his talent especially against Cam WAKE he locked him down nearly every time we played Miami. -
Pros and cons of keeping Rex next season
NastyNateSoldiers replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Name me the 9 players on IR for Baltimore. As far as I can see they still have there key guys Flacco, Smith, Wallace , Stanley, Suggs and Yanda even though he missed the last gm. Hou is missing Watt but that's it not to mention those teams schedule is cake compared to what we've seen so far. Nobody is arguing here that no one has injures but the argument is nobody has suffered injuries to key positions as much as us. We are missing Pro bowl caliber guys for weeks at a time. Cordy, McCoy,Sammy,A Will & Dareus have missed a combined 20gms not only that but we were down to street guys playing wr for us. Last yr we were missing Kyle, Aaron, Gilmore, McCoy, Karlos, Tyrod, Sammy and many others for multiple games. We haven't had our core guys together since week 3 of last yr.. I'm talking core injuries here not your 4th string special teams player -
Pros and cons of keeping Rex next season
NastyNateSoldiers replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
People should be kicked off this board for using Patriots as example, lol. Cmon Brady, Brady, Brady and more Brady do we have Brady? Having a true Franchise QB can really mask alot of injures or lack of depth on any team. BTW what happened to the mighty Bill Belicheck when we came into town without his savior playing.. 16-0 that's what happened boy he had his guys ready to go! -
Pros and cons of keeping Rex next season
NastyNateSoldiers replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Every team gets injures we just get bone crushing injuries to our best players. AWill 3gms Cordy 3gms Sammy 7gms Dareus 8gms Woods 1gm McCoy 2gms Lawson 7gms Ragland IR I challenge anyone to show me a team that's winning with these types of injuries. -
Pros and cons of keeping Rex next season
NastyNateSoldiers replied to BillsFan130's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I guess people here don't realize that this team has been injured since week 3 of last season. When we put a beat down on Miami 41-14. Rex is not a perfect coach but he's gotten alot of of the bkups that have been forced into action.. Rex has been dealt a really bad hand with these injures.... Give him another yr and clean house with the training staff and doctors on this team. Something is very wrong here with all these injures . I realize all teams have injuries but with us it seems to be the best and most important player that get hurt. A Will is a big huge injury for this team not only is he a really good safety but gets players lined up in this defense which is paramount to its success. I hope we bring bk Rex and this excellent first class staff next season with the likes of A Lynn, Kromor, Sanjay, Palmer, Blake, April, Rob, Crossman, Tim & Reed this is a all star staff .. IF ONLY WE CAN BE HEALTHY THIS TEAM CAN GET DEEP INTO PLAYOFFS. -
I agree 100% he's got that system on lock on offense maybe we can get Garrop with him. I believe he's learned from his previous experience and is chopping at the mouth for redemption. New age coach for new age game . These guys scheme wrs open on a regular I guarantee he has alot to do with it. Give Josh a good D Cord Like Tyrel Austin which BTW is from the Schwartz tree of coaching and we get the best of both worlds.. This time around both candidates will be great I'm also a big fan of Patricia he reminds of a Bill clone.. dude has that no nonsense demeanor along with being heavily involved with rebuilding they're Defense
