  1. How good is Tyrod Taylor u are definitely overrating that bum. He's a front runner when things are going good he shows up when we get behind by 3pts basically mail it in. At the end of the day Taylor doesn't even get close to checking the boxes as far as playing the position. No anticipation, No vision, No Timing, inaccurate, doesn't lead Wrs open, doesn't give them a chance to gain yds after the catch. U catch my drift. Yes he's the QB that helped end the drought by no means did he carry this team to the playoffs. He's a 3rd teir starter. We need to move on and stop wasting our time. So were gonna pay 6mil to acquire a 7th? That's what i call horrible management of your cap. We can get a quality starter with that 6mil.
  2. Our QB coach is a career 35yrs wrs coach. So maybe Tyrod will be his QB coach it seems like he's more qualified at this pt. Btw the bridge QB is the mentor and will not teach him how to play QB but give him advise to what he does in certain situations. So tuck and run baby don't throw into windows and be ultra conservative. Make sure we turn it over the natural way by punting that's what i would do. That's the Tyrod way.
  3. This is just great Tyrod will be the mentor for our next QB which will most likely be a pocket passer. Tyrod the mentor of passers. Lol. Just great I'm so excited. Maybe he can teach him to run after 1 read. Tuck and run make sure u don't throw the ball into windows u don't want to throw pks make sure u punt that's much better for us.
  4. Paying 6mil to get a 5th rd pk isn't that cost prohibitive.
  5. I'm also on board with Mayfield but wouldn't mind Darnold either via the draft and via free agency Kirk Cousins. When it comes to trading up McBeane needs to be able to answer one question. Do they have a team that can win a Superbowl next yr even if they use those 5pks on positional players ? If there honest with themselves the answer is no they can't. So with that being said trade up for the QB that u project as a high ceiling franchise guy. We can use the rest of our pks plus free agency to fill the holes these next 2 yrs. During these 2yrs our young QB will get the experience and development he needs to grow into a true franchise QB. With this plan the Bills should be ready to contend for the AFC East if not the Superbowl by 2020 . I realize some here will say what if that QB is a bust? Well i don't believe McBeane plans for failure and if they do they should step down immediately. If u have the conviction follow threw and take a calculated risk .
  6. I guess McBeane was being optimistic when they said he was looking really good for OTAs and that he's working very hard to get bk. We can't keep creating more holes to fill for this team.
  7. So with holes at QB, RB, Wr, DLINE, LBs, and Corner u want to throw multiple assets at the oline? Btw Cordy will be healthy 100% ready for ota . Players come bk from injury all the time its not a miracle we are looking for here. Do u realize we have 1 corner on our roster as of right now with NFL experience? We have 2 in total Tre and Breon Borders. We got major holes i think it would be in the Bills best interest to help the oline starting in 2019. We have to see what we have in Miller he's still young and played well as a rookie in 2015 and even better in 2016 . Let the kid develop properly . Groy the same with him. If anything they can find a guard after june 1st cuts for cheap to throw in the rotation.
  8. Cordy has 3yrs 30mil left on his deal. That's very good compared to other tackles in the league and where the cap is headed. 10mil per plus Dawkins at 2mil that's 12mil per for your bookends. The purge needs to stop .
  9. At some pt McBeane has to stop the cap savings routine. There are creating to many holes to fill . Unless they sign a good tackle in free agency for less and then trade Cordy this does not make any sense. Btw i would love to see those bookends also.
  10. If Cordy is healthy he's a great fit at RT and from what the reports that we heard from McBeane at the end of season presser Cordy should be 100% at OTAs. Groy filled in admirably at C in 2016. I believe he played 7gms nearly half the yr and our ypc was better then when Wood played plus he wasn't bad in pass pro either other then the Seahawks gm. Groy has earned this opportunity and i believe he will surprise people come September. Miller was one of the highest rated Guards in the NFL in 2016 now that we are back in a power scheme he's a natural fit at RG . If these 5 start the season i believe they can be a strength of this team. Btw we got way to many holes to fill at other spots. We can't fill them all this offseason.
  11. I think the Bills are in great shape on the line especially if we can move Cordy or Dawkins to RT. We might need to draft a guard in the middle Rds to take over for Incognito in 2019 and for depth but otherwise we are in great shape. LT Dawkins LG Incog C Groy RG MILLER RT CORDY We have way to many holes at other positions to start using our assets on the oline.
  12. I was thinking of posting who's that guy this yr. I think it can possibly be any one of the top 4 QBs . Rosen- because of his ego and injury history especially the concussions. Mayfield the off field stuff and lack of height Allen well because he's really just a project with great attributes. Darnold although i believe he's the least likey of the 4 its because of his mechanics and decision making and turnovers.
  13. I would love to get Cousins that opens up the draft for us to build the rest of the team in Mcd vision
  14. Its funny how posters here give Beane credit for Hyde and Poyer.
  15. There are numerous rumors out there of a impending move up to the top of the draft to select our future franchise QB. If this is the case what's the plan moving forward? Considering its gonna take at least 21 & 22 in 2018 plus a addition 1st in 2019 to move up into the top 5. What does that leave us with in 2018 Draft pks total 5 pks 2- 2s 1- 3rd 1- 4th 2- 5ths Salary Cap Space The Bills currently have 30 mil in cap space . After Roll over and releasing Tyrod we should have nearly 50mil to work with. We also have around 95mil in cap space in 2019 . That being said how do we move forward knowing we just traded high pks that can turn into building blocks for the future. Does this trade put more emphasis on free agency which we know McBeane has stated doesn't want to spend big money on free agents. I believe McBeane will have no choice but to use free agency to fill the holes we have .
  16. I think its obvious he already had multiple concussions last yr alone. Plus the nerve issue in 2016. This is a serious red flag in my opinion.
  17. I just can't understand why we would trade up for a QB that already has a concussion history plus a nerve issue in his elbow and problems with his shoulder . Rosen is damaged goods . HOW DO PEOPLE NOT SEE THIS?
  18. Yes it matters definitely matters . Just ask Pitt, NE, or the Packer fans. Mof since 2001 other then Joe Flacco in the AFC We've had either Brady, Ben & Manning in the Superbowl.
  19. Cousins plan is the way to go. If we got Edmunds & Hurst in the first that would be awesome really awesome. I got those 2 as future pro bowlers . Plus Jones and Harrison in the 2nd that's great to.
  20. I'm more of the belief that we would of been even better had we not purged the team so much. Mcd didn't realize what was really our downfall the last 2yrs with Rex it was the injuries and bad coaching. I seen other coaches take over worse situations and not go gut there talent to this degree. Mcd seems needy to me like he can't get guys to buy in like Dareus & Darby or even Sammy. A great coach can sell his culture by example not force feed it on players. Mcd took over a team with a nice nucleus of young talent and gutted the roster now we got 2 extra pks in the high rds to try to fill what looks like a ton of holes. I call that a mirage people around here make it like he traded for all 5pks .
  21. If we get a 2 would u be furious? Not me.
  22. I don't deny his skill set but man those concussions are concerning . Plus he has injury history since high school. I wouldn't trade up for damaged goods.
  23. He also ruined the offense. Wasted a pks on Zay Jones and created more holes on this team with unnecessary cuts and trades. I think we were extremely lucky to make the playoffs last yr considering we were minus 56 pt differential as a team. Mcd still has alot to prove let's see if he can learn from his mistakes.
