U wanna reach for Lamar or Mason they ain't worth a 1st at all. Lamar is to inconsistent with his accuracy he's a area code passer and Mason is average at best QB. Why reach.

We already have star he plays the Nose in the 4-3 why have 2 guys that do the same thing? Star will be better suited with a 3 tech like Hurst or Harrison. Maybe we get Phillips in the 2nd.

I know i know we need a QB and I'm all for doing what it takes to trade up but its looking less and less likely that will happen. So with that being said who would like these pks if we can't trade up? Adding Edmunds & LVE would be huge for our Defense these guys are tackling machines that are sideline to sideline and both play with a major chip on they're shoulders there both big guys but have the speed and athleticism to cover bks and TEs with ease. Edmunds will play the strong and Vander Esch will man the middle these guys will give Mcd the Kuechly and Davis duo he's looking for in his Defense. I would be drooling over the possibilities for our Defense with Star and Kyle eating up blockers while these guys roam free to clean up the bones on the plate. Why reach for Mason or Lamar let's go with McCarron and load up on offensive pieces in the 2nd and 3rd rd. Who's in fellas,

I'll trust the process when they show some offensive acumen. In 2yrs they're 2 biggest signings on offense and defense have been a FB and a run stuffing DT that has shown he's on the decline. Just think bout that for a sec or 2 . 2yrs Dimarco is your best pkup in free agency on offense. Yikes! Of course they have all that cap space but at the end of the day the team has to many holes to count so what's the point of that? Btw i believe they already dipped into next yrs space it should be more like 60mil that they have.

Best case scenario is Darnold, Rosen or Mayfield fall to #6 and we give the Colts a 2nd this yr #53 and a 2nd next yr and we go up and get one of these guys.

Our best bet is in my opinion #1 Darnold #2 Barkley #3 Rosen #4 Fitzpatrick #5 Allen Then we trade up from 7-10 for Mayfield.

I would sign these 3 players or 2 of 3 to add with Benjamin and Zay T Pryor Michael Floyd Bruce Ellington U can possibly get all 3 for under 12mil per yr collectively. These signing would give us a nice WR core no real stars but guys that can make plays.

First off Rivera runs that ship and they usually hire from within like they did with Wilks to keep continuity on D and No! They didn't take a step bk. Matter of fact they took plenty steps up by going from 24th ranked D to top 3 and they made the playoffs going 11-5 . Star on the other hand he was sharing his job stuck in heavy rotation only had 19tackles on season that's pretty average if u ask me. Back to Whaley u say he had nothing to do with the draft that's absolutely insane. It was his scouts his staff and him that put that board together. Whaley might of made mistakes in past drafts i agree with u on that but what GM doesn't ? Whaley put talent on this team he did his job the problem was the coaching he had never shared his vision with him. People here forget some the players in the past regime brought in for basically veteran minimum and overperformed even in some cases made the probowl. McBeane has yet to prove this yet .
