  1. I can't disagree with your opinion knowing the traditional way has won the majority of the time. But the problem i feel with traditional football is pigeon holing your players into a box. I hope at least Mcd is flexible when it comes to this but if anything we learned last season its either his box or the door.
  2. They didn't overpay but if they would of let the Cards take Allen Rosen would have feel right in our laps at 12. Even if we moved up to 10 to get Rosen it would of costed at the most a 4th rd pk. So at the end of the day Rosen and 2 2s or the project Allen and no 2s i think most Bills fans would of liked scenario 1 more.
  3. NFL is headed for a showdown of philosophies on one side we got the old traditionalists on the other the new age analytical approach were there using there players to there strengths . Traditional is not bad considering its basically won most if not all the titles . But is that about to change? we just seen Philly knock the old champion out!. The Bills & McBeane are definitely looking like there on the traditional side of things . This offseason has been basically about stopping the run and strengthening the middle or our D. On Offense we took the perfect traditional QB the big pocket passer that can throw a ball a mile. We are definitely going against the grain because the game is moving towards a quick tempo quick horizontal passing gm. So we will see if the big boy offensive approach works.
  4. I think these things are all very important but the most important to me is something that cant be measured instincts . Instincts being able to know when & where & how in a split second .
  5. I agree he didn't have much help but what team he played other then Iowa had multiple NFL prospects. Allen didn't play with much but also didnt play against much competition.
  6. My guess is Josh Jackson he fell to middle 2nd . He should of been middle first.
  7. If the Bills run a quick tempo offense with Allen McBeane will be fired within 2yrs. Allen needs to be in a vertical passing gm a Todd Haley or Bruce Arians style offense with heavy play action and a good running gm to sell those actions. If we try to put this kid in any other offense most likely he will fail.
  8. Robey Coleman. These rookies are to young we like bks that are 29 and older. Back age like fine eggs! Lol.
  9. Lol. In this case whos Rosenne and who's Charlize.
  10. Its not so cut and dry there's alot to playing QB and Josh Allen lacks the main attributes in playing the position. Touch, Accuracy, Anticipation and Timing are his weaknesses and that's what is comparable to JP. I hope behind hope that Allen overcomes his weaknesses.
  11. If the wonderlic was any indication of future NFL success Ryan Fitzpatrick would of been the #1 pk overall and would of been a future Hofer.
  12. Jim Kelly wasnt gonna be happy in Buffalo either. Thankfully we still drafted him. Btw there was that report yesterday that Rosen said he would love to play in Buffalo but i guess that doesn't matter to u.
  13. How bout if i told u we could of had Mahomes, White & Edmunds.
  14. I was just talking bout this on my Bills fans board on what's app. I believe Mason fits the Bill . He's the ultimate process guy he fits the hard working God fearing big strong pocket passer the Bills have been looking for. Plus we dont have to give up anything to get him. Now Mason might not be my personal choice but i can definitely see the fit.
  15. From what i heard Whaley wanted Mahomes last yr but Mcd over ruled him. This is the reason he's not here now. Mahomes will be better then any QB in this draft we made a huge mistake.
  16. They should just blow this show up. When i listen i find myself nervous during and after listening.
  17. I'm not a big fan of Miller would rather have Vander Esch at 22 or trade bk with Cleveland for #33 & #35 . Take Connor Williams and Sony Michel with those pks. Cleveland would make a deal at this pt if Mike Hughes, Jaire Alexander or McGlitchey is still available
  18. What a great draft i would love this. Possibly 7 starters from this draft
  19. Basically if they see 3 QBs off the board by 6 then they could be willing to move bk to 12 because there's a great chance they get 1 of those 8. Actually it's guaranteed because the Bills move up and grab the 4th QB that leaves 6 postional players left. The Colts will not accept anything less then a extra 1 at this pt. They won't trade bk from there original spot at 3 to 12 for 4 2s no way no how . Not even if we offered 2 2s . I'm pretty sure the Bills offered them a couple 1s 12,22 and a couple of 2s in the first place before they traded with the Jets.
  20. Man this guy loved him some apples. What u forget was he had a cousin that grew up in the Big Apple and they grabbed 2 of the sweetest apples in the land.
  21. Darnold - I'm not worried about the footwork that's the easiest thing to learn as a pro. He scans threw his progressions in a timely matter cuts threw them like Butter. Has excellent ball placement when his mechanics are right. Darnold will be a Star.
  22. What makes u think this is his value i know he's almost at that age but he's a special player that's alluded big hits for the majority of his career. The only way i trade him is for a 2nd rd pk anything less i keep him.
  23. With or without Tyrod this team won't win more then 4 to 6 gms next yr.
  24. I just don't think its possible but its a very good draft.
