They value 4th string DTs over 5mil per season . So who knows what’s the thinking in that. I rather give a starting guard that played his tail off towards the end of yr and can play 4 spots on the Oline 4mil then give it to a rotational piece on the dline . I always thought Feliciano was much better as a center then a guard. He should be a steal for the Gmen

Spitballing on RB target for Bills
NastyNateSoldiers replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah I wouldn’t draft a back that high in this draft but like some other posters said here if we can trade back into the early 2nd rd and add another Pk or 2 then I don’t see any problem with them doing so. My preference would be to trade for Barkley and draft a corner at 25 or even in the 2nd rd depending on who’s there when we pick at 25 . I would offer two 3rds for Barkley one in 22 and another in 23 I would also throw Singletary in the deal that relives 2.8 mil Singletary is set to make in 2022 and helps us get Barkley under our cap. -

I agree the Bills have a great eye for talent at the CB position it shows by them using late assets and turning them into players . I really believe the Bills will draft a CB if it looks like Tre is not ready for beginning of the season. But if he is I think there perfectly happy with going with Tre, Dane & Taron as the starters and adding another CB later in the draft to compete with Dane and add depth. -
Spitballing on RB target for Bills

It’s safe to say this regime doesn’t have a clue on what an elite RB looks like . Just think of all the backs they brought in since they been here all are slow and not very talented. From Tolbert to a old Gore to a Old smaller Gore in Singletary and even to a Older looking Gore in Moss . The Bills are enamored by backs they play like there 60yrs old. Lol. -

Elite Shutdown corner is not a given picking in the late first rd. -

I believe that’s what the Bills are doing also Singletary did play well down the stretch except for when we needed him most vs KC where he averaged 2.6 yds per carry in that game. He also got stuffed on a couple short yardage plays in that game that were very costly . On that 3rd and 1 towards the end of the 3rd was especially crucial because we ended up punting and Tyreek flipped the field with that great punt return that set up the 9pt lead for the Chiefs. I think the Bills are making a massive mistake by not trading for Barkley or even adding Gordon or Fournette. Adding Barkley would give us the most talented bk field of all time with him being lined up with Allen . He can catch, run and is very explosive. Barkley can also line up at Wr and is a major mismatch for Lbers and Safeties. It would be amazing to see what a running back like Barkley can do in this offense and how defensives would have to game plan for us as well . I know one thing for sure he would make teams pay for putting 6 men in the box unlike the other guys we currently have that had hard time making things happen vs light boxes . You forgetting about Dane Jackson ? He played very well for us after Tre went down. Dane was our best cornerback last yr on this team. -
U can’t compare the 2 . Duke never did anything and I for one never mentioned Duke on this board or anywhere else for that matter. Bates is a great asset for nearly any team whenever he was playing he held his own and then some he played 4 positions on the line. Bates definitely worth the 2nd rd tender and some team is going to pay him nearly 6mil yr . But we rather pay our bkup QB 7mil per or bkup safety 3.5 or even a 4th DT a bunch of money.
-
I just can’t believe a 4th string DT or a bk up Safety like Neal is more important to our front office then a starting guard like Bates, especially since Bates played like a man possessed towards the end of the season. I just don’t get it.

Khalil Mack traded to Chargers for 2nd and 6th round picks
NastyNateSoldiers replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall
They also spent plenty of money on the dline also as of 2020 we had the highest paid dline in the league not sure we’re we ranked last yr but pretty sure it was still high. Nothing has worked could be a system problem. -

Maybe the lack of playmaking for Edmunds is mostly due to scheme? -
What is the BEST pick you would trade for Saquon Barkley?
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Absolutely, Bark would be lethal with the Bills. I would give up a 3rd and Singletary for him any day. -
Should the Bills extend Edmunds?
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
Here’s the thing is this by design or is he truly just average player? Some people think it’s the scheme we play that keeps Edmunds in reactive mode instead of attacking. I believe there’s definitely a scheme issue and he just doesn’t have great awareness for the position as well. -
Bates was fantastic at the end of the season he allowed our run game to start using sweeps and counters because he can get to the 2nd level quickly. In my opinion Bates has already proven he can play LG as well as RT because whenever he plays the line seems to get better. When it comes to Brown he was just a rookie and only gave up 1 sack the entire year . That’s great for a 3rd rd pick and he’s only going to get better under the tutelage of Kromor. The future of this Oline is looking very bright all we need to do is fill in that RG position with a mauler and it’s on.

I love it hopefully that back is Rasaad Penny on a team friendly deal. We need a back that can relive stress from Josh and put the D on notice. Penny is that weapon he averaged 6.3 yds per carry behind that Seahawks Oline last yr and that’s including it took him some time to get healthy during the year so once he did he was averaging over 8-9 yds a carry in last 4 games. That’s amazing numbers

Great idea , especially if they want to move him outside where he belongs. -
The WR FA list for 2022 is very intriguing…
NastyNateSoldiers replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
We can’t make the same mistake bringing in a vet Wr that our coaching staff feels obligated to start over Gabe. There needs to be more defined roles for who we bring in and a vet like Aj ain’t going to want to play 30% of snaps. If the Bills were to bring in a Vet to start on the outside I would hope that there kicking Diggs inside to the slot were I believe Diggs can be Cooper Kupp esqe and if we did that I would want a burner on the outside not a possession Wr. -

Plus the Bills training staff and facilities are top notch so there’s a great chance we can keep Fuller healthy. -

NastyNateSoldiers replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills have maybe the best training staff and facilities in the NFL . We can get Fuller healthy and he would be a dangerous weapon for us . I’m not saying break the bank for him I’m talking a 1yr 3mil deal anymore then that I wouldn’t pay. Btw hasn’t Chark been hurt often these last few yrs himself? I wouldn’t mind Chark I just think Fuller would be more of a threat with Allen . We seen what Fuller can be with a good QB and Allen is much better then Watson in my opinion. -
Bills 2021 rookie class ranked 27th in league

Not necessarily some teams put on clinics picking at the bottom of the rounds. Look at The Steelers all these yrs or the Ravens and even the Chiefs . -

NastyNateSoldiers replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
I never thought they gave him the chance he deserved nor did they use him according to his skills set. Washington can run after the catch and it always seems like they were having him run deep fly routes. I’m interested also in Will Fuller . Adding Fuller speed to this offense would take us to another level. He needs to rebuild his stock so we can get him relatively cheap. Diggs, Gabe and Fuller would just be dangerous for opposing defenses. We also can start using Diggs more in the slot where he can be nearly as unguardable as Coop Kupp -

Can't wait for Frazier to leave
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Bermuda Triangle's topic in The Stadium Wall
We’re all pretty much on the fire Frazier train I want to go even further coach Washington can hit the door with him. I don’t know how he still has a job he’s horrible we’ve thrown money and picks at the dline and he still can’t get any player on the dline top reach the double digits sack mark. Plus he hasn’t developed anyone on the edge since he’s been here and I know for a fact he’s had a hand in drafting Epenesa, Basham & Rouse. -
Should there be an NFL Lottery?
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in The Stadium Wall
No lotteries don’t work either teams will still tank for more lottery balls. The NFL is the greatest league in the history of sports they don’t need to learn from the dynasty driven NBA no thanks.
