Yup it’s time for McD to start holding a play chart like all the other good coaches do.

I believe Shakir will be the slot next season and a very good one at that. Bills need to be very careful with how they proceed with outside Wr #2 . The draft is weak at Wr this yr most of the higher ranked guys are more slot players then outside Wrs. If I’m the Bills I’m bringing back Gabe as my #2 Wr maybe he adds a couple routes to his tree this off-season. He is going into his last yr of his deal and he’s a hard worker so we might see a huge improvement going into his last yr .Gabe might of gained to much weight last offseason I heard he gained 20lbs of muscle he needs to trim that bk down to his playing weight in 2021 . Doing that and working on his route tree and hands can go along way to him reaching his ceiling at WR. When it comes to free agent Wr the answer is not there either how much of a upgrade is Dj Chark over Gabe? To be honest I think there the same type of player and to me Chark is not worth the 10mil plus a yr contract he’s seeking. I think the Bills should be patient in free agency go after some of these lesser named talents like Darius Slayton on a cheap 2yr deal for about 12mil . Don’t overspend on middle of pack Wrs that’s not a good way to build a team. This off-season is the perfect time to rebuild the Oline and add some nasty backs. This is the best way to get better offensively for Bills. Having a strong rushing attack would help Josh and his Wrs drastically I would much rather spend some cap money on Oline and RB like Saquon or Jacobs then a Juju type or Chark . I don’t believe Cook is anything more then a scat back change of pace kind of guy. Offensive philosophy changes are in need here I think we have a lot of talent and adding a running game would help but also adding some screens too this offense would be huge as well as changing up the pecking order of targets . Dorsey needs to diagram way more looks for Knox and make him our 2nd go to guy in this offense in the passing game. If Knox played in SF or KC u would see him getting targeted much more. I believe he has the talent to be a great TE he just needs his coaches to make life easier on him. All in all this team needs to fix this Oline and add a superior running back and make some adjustments to peaking order in passing game and look out !

NTM before the Bengals game the Ravens slowed down the Bengals as well.

To bad we don’t play Mac Jones and the 1 deminsional Lamar every playoff game . We can win some titles then.

Might be sooner then u think Newton was a shell of himself by year 8 . QBs that take hits like Josh don’t last long. I hope that he can play another 10-12 yrs at a high level but to be honest I expect 3-4.

Plus the cap is about to go up drastically in the coming yrs and some of these guys will be no longer on the team. Draft to replace Dawkins and Tre . Mof we can open up 30mil in cap space just by trading Morse Tre Oliver

If I was the Bills I won’t waste any years while I have Allen keep kicking the can down the road like the Saints until Allen is a shell of himself.

G - Ben Powers 4yrs 40 mil RB- Saquon Barkley 4yrs 50mil WR- Darius Slayton 2yrs 12mil SS - Chauncey Gardner Johnson 4yrs 40mil i know we have cap issues but we can open some space with turning cash to bonuses for Allen, Dawkins , Tre & Diggs . We can also sign these guys with little impact to the 2023 cap . The rest of the roster can be filled with the draft and dust settle free agents.

It’s it really magic or is it an illusion? lol Sounds like huge problems and yes we’ve been hearing about these issues for years and there still not fixed!

Belicheck knew when to move on from players he’d either trade them a yr before they hit free agency or cut them outright. They also took advantage of players that we’re available due to so called bad character issues once he had that culture in place. Now that strategy didn’t always pan out but they took there swings when they could. The Pats were also never really married to one strategy or system they always seemed to be one step ahead of there opponents. Which made it very hard for teams to prepare for them. If defenses put to many secondary players on the field to stop the pass Belicheck would just trample u with the run all day and vise versa with the pass . They were married to winning not systems. Plus the Pats always were good in the trenches. They were a physical team a smart team and aggressive .

Any organization that keeps getting lit up like a Christmas tree in the playoffs would bypass the regular season success. The blunders are inexcusable the Houston comeback, AFC championship game 38pts allowed , the 13 secs game got lit up and massive choke at the end of the game & then there’s this ass whopping by bkup Oline man . U want more then that? Or are u just happy with putting whippings on horrible teams during regular season?

Most of those 3rd quarter pts came in blowouts early in the season. After our bye we struggled mightily after the halftime we were also 21st in 4th quarter points so that tells u something was wrong in 2nd halves!

I completely disagree no one is saying they need to be the 2000 Ravens or the offense needs to be the 99 Rams. But coaches do need to know how to adjust use there players to there strength and absolutely know what kind of talent they have on there team. Frazier wants his players to just play to his scheme instead of finding something that fits into there talents that’s a huge problem he also never uses stunts or twists or lines up his DE in wide formations it’s pretty much the same ole same ole every time. Teams are smart and they will adjust to what u do. The Bengals knew exactly where to go with the football Burrow attacked Frazier simple scheme hitting his weapons in the weak spots of the zone. U can’t tell me there’s no adjustments for that? Dorsey this guy is amazing he’s amazing because his run game wasn’t synced with the passing game and that’s amazingly stupid and deserves to be fired off that premise alone. But there’s more Dorsey also showed no ability to adjust at the halftime it always seemed like the offense was stuck in mud in the 2nd halves of games nothing came easy and Allen had to resort to hero ball to get us out of trouble. Any competent organization would have fired both there coordinators for these reasons . But McD is choosing to double down on his guys..

I agree much better then reaching for a Wr in a horrible yr for that position. We can’t afford any more blunders high in the draft get this kid or the guard from the Gators! Rebuild this Oline!

Great job Gunner! I would’ve hoped u just went best player available then even if it’s a CB, C or OG instead of reaching for Rice. Bills should wait till next yr to draft a Wr high the 24 draft will be loaded at that position.

I agree but it’s not happening. Btw we got the worst defensive mind in the division now #1 Belicheck #2 Fangio #3 Salah #4 MCD/Frazier Oliver has to be traded . We need to move on from him and get whatever we can now for him. Who brought him those players though it was Whaley and his front office. Maybe McD shouldn’t of stabbed Whaley in the back our team would definitely be better right now.

I think it’s a combination of complete failure on the highest of levels and also realization as presently constructed this variation of the Bills will not win it all. Also people understand that this regime is not capable of changing and learning from past mistakes and they won’t change a thing . Keeping the Coordinators on board is a example of this we will keep drafting players that fit Frasier and Dorsey schemes . I truly believe if McD would’ve canned Frazier and Dorsey the fan base would be applauding him but instead he choose to double down on his guys. At the end of the day the Captain will go down with the ship !

McD lost my completely when he didn’t fire at least 1 of his coordinators . Mof both should’ve been fired. Dorsey should’ve been fired just based alone on why the running scheme wasn’t synced with the passing game to me that’s definitely a reason for him to be fired. That’s borderline insane when u think of it. He had the whole off-season to come up with an offense where the running and passing games work together in synchronization. He should be fired ! Frazier should’ve been fired after 13secs but now there should’ve been nowhere to hide after that ass kicking we got from the Bengals. I don’t believe these coordinators would’ve kept there jobs if they coached for any other competent organization. Seems like McD loyalty is getting in the way of him doing his job correctly. The problem is he should be loyal to the Bills organization and the Bills Mafia not a few individuals. Loyalty works both ways and his is getting in the way of us getting a title. Last but not least look at this roster now it’s borderline awful other then Josh and Milano we have no building blocks . McBeane has fumbled the last 4 drafts in horrific fashion and there philosophies are almost as bad as everything else. We will never win with these guys running the show.

Ryan Bates can be a excellent center in hope they move him .

As much as I think we need Wr help this yrs Wr draft class is as weak as I can remember. Maybe just as bad as the 2008 WR class
