I like Stokes at corner and also his teammate Ballentine they both came on strong the 2nd half of last season. At Safety there's a bunch of guys how about taking a chance on Hufanaga for the right price or Chinn Wr- I love Dyami Brown I think he can be an absolute steal for the right price. This free agency period is loaded on defensive side of the ball with players going into there 2nd contract 24-28yrs old players. The Bills need to go get these types of players.

Bpa definitely needs to be within reason for instance we had a need for a Safety in last years draft nearly everyone and there mother had Cooper DeJean rated higher then Coleman or Braden Fiske or TaVondre Sweat at DT but instead we went with the big slow Wr that probably would've fell to the 3rd or 4th rd because of slow 40 times.

I agree Mcd maybe made the calls during the draft but he sure didn't scout these players. Whaley staff brought him the grocery list obviously Beane and his staff do the same thing but we haven't been able to replicate that success and I know why. The question is how many Pro bowl talents did Beane bring in from 2018 till today ? I'm willing bet it's not as much as that 2017 off-season combined. I know Taron is definitely one of them and Spencer Brown played like one this yr Cookie also but we're talking about at least 6 off-seasons combined from 2018 to 2023.

Mof since that off-season how many Pro bowl talents and All pro players did Beane draft other then Allen. I know Taron is one anyone else?

Ntm Monos was player personnel guy basically in charge of free agents and I think he did a great job at that. I'm one of few here that truly believe if Whaley front office was paired with Mcd we would've already won a couple Superbowls. 2017 off-season was the best we had in the Mcd era and Whaley and his staff was in charge of finding those talents that we ended up signing and drafting. Maybe Mcd made the decision like some will say here but there's no doubt who gave him the shopping list so to speak. Up until recently we were still living off that off-season with players like Tre, Dawkins, Milano , Poyer & Hyde all these guys have been to the pro bowl and some on all pro teams if not all of them if I'm not mistaken. These players were the difference makers on this team .

Jerad Verse and Chop Robinson was right there for the taking last yr just needed to move up a couple spots.

Big Ben was more of a traditional pocket passer then Josh is .

He can definitely be better with an enforcer next to him there's no doubt about that . My point is the Alpha dogs in the middle are those enforcers. I can care less about sack numbers a great DT can command attention get double and triple teamed and still effect the game and open it up for players around him. We need to find a steal wall that plays next to Oliver I agree 💯 with you . I hope McBeane recognizes there inability to draft an alpha pass rusher and gives up whatever necessary to get Garret in a Bills uniform plus they need to sign that wall we're talking about BJ Hill or Tadderal Slayton would be a good addition. Groot, Slayton, Oliver, Garrett that's a damn good line and I would even do more then that go after Azeez Ojulari and Malcom Koonce to come off the bench. This Dline needs a fresh reboot let Von, Epeneza and Jp go. I also would love to see Solomon get more playing time next yr.

I think McBeane should give there old buddy Mr Gettleman a call to help them in the draft. Hire him as a draft consultant and let make the picks especially in first 2 rds. Gettleman was pretty damn good at that threw out his career.

Didn't a Jim Schwartz D win a Superbowl with the Eagles in 2017 ? I yes he did that's what more then Mcd can ever say. It's always someone else's fault Oliver is not great. Again who plays next to Simmons, Lawrence or Wilkens I'll wait.

The problem is now outside of a humongous trade for a Ace pass rusher how can anyone trust McBeane to finally pick the right guys? I'm having a very difficult time with this and I bet other Bills fans are thinking the same Could've had both we did take McCargo that yr

We passed on Dexter Lawrence, Simmons & Wilkens for Oliver looks like a horrible decision now. All 3 of those players are much better then Oliver especially Lawrence and Simmons. These mistakes can kill a team that's a player or 2 away from the ultimate goal of winning a Superbowl. McBeane is the problem here in my opinion a few years back I was begging for them to sign Trey Hendrickson and Hassan Reddick only to see them bypass them until the next off-season where they overspent on an old injury prone Von Miller. Von got more money then those 2 players combined that's awful management. It also lead to them reaching on bad picks like Epeneza and Boggie and to a degree Groot . We make those moves those 3 picks could've been used to strengthen other areas of the team like the skill positions or Corner or whatever group they wanted. I know hindsight is 20/20 but if I know these things sitting on my couch before hand this line would have Hendrickson, Simmons and Reddick right now on it and who knows who else is on this team and how many Superbowls we would've won because of these additions. At the end of the day do you see the ripple effect of such bad management as we used Draft picks, Cap Space and time and still have a average at best Dline. McBeane are the sole reason this team hasn't won the Superbowl there riding on the success of Josh Allen .

I can see the Bills #1 - Players that will either be cut, traded or not resigned Milano, Elam, Jones, Cooper , Rapp and possibly Cook depending on how things go this off-season. #2-Trade for Myles Garrett giving up 2 firsts 25&26 and 2nd 25. #3- Signing a pure run stuffer maybe Bj Hill or T Slayton from Packers #4- Adding a Speedster at Wr Dyami Brown or Marquis Brown . #5 - Sign SS Jeremy Chinn #6 Draft a outside corner with 2nd Rd pk and the rest of the draft go bpa .
