  1. I don't know if it's worse but I can tell u for a fact I'm still in pain. It's a damn shame the previous game vs Pitt we got injuries because of our field it was frozen like a rock . 2 yrs in a row our home field advantage seems to be a disadvantage. The Bills need to go to natural grass immediately if we're serious about winning a title. I think part of the pain for me is knowing if we were healthy we would've won easily vs the Chiefs.
  2. Franklin I need to do some more work on just watched a few highlights but really haven't got down to some other forms of evaluation.
  3. I admire the Ravens front office Decosta is probably the best GM in the game. This yr might be the yr for the Bills were BPA meets need especially at Wr. Other Wrs I love is AD Mitch and Worthy not the biggest fan of the Franklin
  4. He's definitely boom or bust but I still feel the same way if he's there u take him. One of the issues with Bills drafting over the yrs is they tend to go safe with there picks giving us adequate average players . The Bills desperately need difference makers and Leggette definitely it's the mold of a player that can reach that high ceiling potential.
  5. My point is there are busts at every position at every pick. I'm on the Bpa train obviously within reason. The Ravens draft BPA every yr and there always pking towards the back of the first same with the Bengals and Steelers. When it comes to your point about Wrs and there skill sets obviously u want to see if they can do the basics. I'll tell u why there's a higher bust rate most Wrs tend to play with there physical abilities in college not counting on leverage, Footwork, Technique, Route Running and catching abilities and the systems they play in are usually simple and they only ask for the Wrs to run a few different routes. Over the last few yrs NFL offenses are going to more spread offenses making the transition easier for Wrs and we've been seeing the bust rate go down drastically. At the end of the day u can't take a position off the board due to bust rates because every position has busts. If u have conviction on a player u have to take him no matter the position he plays.
  6. U can say this about every position.
  7. He probably won't run 4.29 like some say but he definitely shows crazy burst and speed on film and was clocked multiple times last yr running over 22mph. That's crazy speed no matter what the 40 time is .
  8. Xavier Leggette is like the Josh Allen of Wrs the kid is a flat out freak athlete but will need time to develop he definitely has the most upside of any Wr in this draft outside of Harrison Jr. I believe the Bills will be one of the best places for Leggette to land as we have a pecking order in place already with Diggs, Kincaid and Shakir and Leggette can slide in from day one in Gabe Spot . He can be used in Wr screens and vertical routes to begin his career while polishing his route running. Leggette reminds me of a mix of Deebo/Metcalf he has that crazy YAC ability that Deebo has and also has the vertical speed and leaping abilities that DK posseses. If the Bills want to take a Wr at #28 and Leggette is still on the board u have to take him. He'll have his rookie bumps but like I said he'll have time to properly develop all while giving us a much needed weapon at the X reciever spot. I also believe he can be used at times in the slot and will be a flat out nightmare after the catch in the middle of the field.
  9. My hope is he's given full control of the defense and although he'll must likely run some variation of Mcd D . I hope there's some added variance more hybrid approach to this D. We can't understate the fact that Andy Reid knows Mcd Defense to a T and it's time for more ranging philosophy. With all these free agents on defense it's also perfect time to switch up the players . The only problem with all this is he does too good and gets head coaching job next yr but then again that most likely means we won it all!
  10. I didn't know Mcd had a Superbowl ring with us! Please don't compare the 2 it's not fair
  11. I believe they work hand to hand or rather in lockstep like they say. If anything Mcd is the throne bearer here and he's a control freak. He clashed with both Daboll and Frasier. These underwhelming drafts and lack thereof of superstar talent falls on both of them. I truly believe they both got to go..
  12. McBeane has been riding the coat-tails of Josh Allen . All there blunders are masked behind the greatness of JA17 . Bills will never win with Mcd he never does his part when it matters most.
  13. They can take the entire base salary but the guarantees already paid out to him previously will be a cap hit for us. It's not douable McBeane has really put us in a bind with these horrible contracts. Von, Diggs, Knox , Bass and to an extent Tre deals are prohibiting us from having flexibility. McBeane has put us in a worse spot cap wise then Whaley and they used to always clown Whaley for that. Now who's the clowns?
  14. I said that it was the yr prior that's why I also mentioned the 2 DE pks that same yr. Hasan is a young version of Von and he had turned the corner the previous 2yrs before signing with Philly. He had a a couple good seasons his last in Arz and 1yr in Carolina. Because he was a tweener most teams didn't want to sign him I remember vividly him staying on the market longer then usual those previous 2 yrs before the Eagles signed him.
  15. Always seems to be one of the key problems with this regime not knowing when to let players go . It's a young man's game and McBeane definitely doesn't have a clue about that they seem to operate as if a player hits his prime at the ripe age of 30 😂. I'm hoping this yr we don't have a 30 something old bk like Murray . Ntm signing a injury prone DE for 120 mil in Von when the previous off-season I was screaming for Hendrickson and Hasan Reddick! U realize Hendrickson and Hasan at the time got less money combined then Von got? These mistakes are huge especially when u factor in they used 3 high picks that position and the best they got out of it is a 6sk a yr player Rouse. Boogie and AJ are gone now . This is purely bad resource allocation and now we're about to start feeling it.
  16. It's more like Beane has no patience and trades up for a average player! Coleman is not a Josh type wr . Josh has area code accuracy he needs separators.
  17. I hate to say it but it's time to move on from Tre. Haven't we learned anything from the Von situation? Tre will never be the same player again time to cut him and use those savings to sign a vet safety plus we have to draft Poyer eventual replacement. The Bills have to get younger this off-season take our meds with the cap and draft well. We have to take a page from the Rams last off-season they got rid of big cap hits and went young and it paid off big time
  18. I really hope this is it . The thing is I don't trust McBeane to make the proper moves to get us over the hump. I wish we can fire them now!
  19. Btw the Bills took Shorter at pk 150 Puka went 177
  20. According to Beane Diggs is still a #1 but then again this regime thinks guys entering 30 are just entering there primes, 😂 That D is carrying that team very quietly
  21. No excuses for not having a LB on your team that doesn't know how to call the Defense other then AJ Klein who was sitting on his arse at home for most of the season. It's ridiculous that Dodson which has been here for yrs can't wear the green dot . Mof I'm calling horsesht on that because Dodson started a few games in place of Edmunds in previous seasons and filled in very well. The excuses Mcd has are awful and if that's the case it's a fireable offense either way.
  22. Where's Josh McDaniels? He should be the front runner in my opinion or heavy consideration. #1- McDaniels runs the same offense (Erhart Perkins) that Allen flourished under with Daboll he even knows that offense more so then Daboll. #2- McDaniels days as a head coach are over he had 2 chances so if we hire him we don't have to worry about losing him or him getting job interviews during the playoffs. #3- McDaniels has big time experience in big time games and knows the recipe to winning it all . #4- McDaniels offense is perfect for the players we have already on the team I can see knowing exactly how to use Cook, Kincaid, Knox, Shakir & Diggs and especially Josh Allen. #5- I love how McDaniels knows how to diagram plays for the passing and running games and how they both correspond with one another. McDaniels uses every part of the field. #6- The fact that McDaniels offense is very similar with Daboll offense would make his hiring a smooth transition for Josh Allen and the rest of the offense. McDaniels might not be a good head coach but he's a great OC with a ton of success on the highest levels of this game. I would love to see how he will use Kincaid and Knox in 2 TE sets as well as Cook in the passing game . McDaniels should be considered for this job no doubt about it .
  23. This seems like one of the biggest problems with McBeane they overpay old vets and hang on to them way to long. Seems like they don't figure in age to much when it comes to free agency. Von Miller is a classic example of this. I wasn't surprised when he torn his ACL once again.
