I was worried that Red Hot Chili Peppers were going to be showing their age in a big way. They're still great. No signs that they're slowing down. Awesome show. I am looking to add Beck and Phoenix to the 2023 concert lineup this August. I hate Sunday night shows.

Normally, these self imposed mistakes lead to lopsided losses. Its actually impressive that our WTF performances last year were almost all winnable at the very end. Its a testament to the potency of our offense that even when everything goes wrong we can still be in position to win. No deficit is too big.

From what I remember, many of our one score games could have been blow outs or comfortable wins if not for our self imposed mistakes. Look at Baltimore, Green Bay, every Miami game, and Minnesota from last year. You don't have a record like ours the last 3 years by choking away close games.

We did overpay for what we got on his original contract but that is a sunk cost. I don't think one more year of KO at $2.5MM is overpaying. This team needs an adult in the room and someone who can stand up to physical play.

What does that even mean in the NHL? The Sabres and Oilers had a combined 16 years of having a "Josh Allen" player and they have not much to show for it.

I think if its even remotely close that he looks prepared to play that they get him in the lineup. I do believe that the organization will do everything they can to have Savoie playing in Buffalo next year rather than spend another year putting up video game stats in Winnipeg even if its a little premature. Its a shame that the CHL rules prevent him from playing in a league where his game can actually grow. He has nothing left to do in Winnipeg.

That would be a disaster in my biased opinion. Between insolvency, league conservatorship, and now a public referendum voting no on hockey in Arizona how many more signs does Bettman need that this isn't going to work?

The Toyota Center in Houston used to host the Aeros who were tops in the IHL in attendance. The Quebec junior team regularly draws 18,000 people but for I got to think the Houston market is more attractive for the NHL. Houston's economy is massive. One bad year for maple sap and Quebec will be looking for a new home.

The market just voted convincingly to relocate the team. I don't feel that bad for them. I can't imagine a public referendum to keep the Sabres or Bills in town coming even close. Not unless someone leaked open air stadium renderings prior to the vote.
