  1. Wait, internal affairs was in on it the whole time?? Does the commissioner know??
  2. What has given you the impression that every one of your fleeting thoughts is deserving of a new thread? Are any of your past masterpieces just too good for your latest brain fart? Why not contain your stream of consciousness in one thread?
  3. Freudian slip or autocorrect, that's an interesting mistake.
  4. Cripple fight!!!!!
  5. True. But I think this year more than so than in past seasons, less separates the middle of the pack from the top. The only team I see that looks capable of winning out and marching to a super bowl is New England. Cleveland, Chicago, San Fran are clear cut losers. I am still having problems believing that Carolina is as bad as their record. After that, I don't see many teams that represent a de facto bye week.
  6. I agree. The Pats are the closest thing to a complete team this year. Every other team has glaring weaknesses and question marks: Seattle - Russel Wilson is playing hurt and it shows. They're struggling to put up points and are not the same team we've seen the last two seasons. They continue to win (or not lose) by the narrowest margins. Minnesota - Their offense is garbage and they just lost to a rookie QB and an up and down Iggles team. Denver - See Minnesota. Great defense(not as good as last year) but they turn the ball over on offense and who knows where their points are coming from week to week. Picksburgh - Big Ben is hurt, mounting injuries (suspensions) at skill positions and their defense is weak. Even prior to Big Ben's injury they were crushed by the Iggles 34 - 3. Dallas - Starting a rookie at QB and winning. Lets see how Dak finishes the season with more film out there. They have impressive wins against Cinci and Packers but there are major question marks surrounding both of those teams. Atlanta - Softest team in the league. Just lost to an underrated San Diego team who normally finds ways to lose. They have elected not to play defense again this year. Oakland - They play about as much defense as Atlanta and have squeaked by some pretty average teams in shootouts. They're one or two plays away from being the Chargers. Iggles - Playing tough D but they're starting a rookie QB who is coming back down to earth lately. Impressive win vs the Vike but not so impressive losses to the Skins and Lions who have been up and down all year. Green Bay - Rodgers has not looked like himself this year. They're now starting WRs and Kansas City's 10th string RB due to injuries. The Rest - I have no idea what to think of NYG, the Skins, the Lions, the Phins who are coming alive, the Chiefs who are turning it around, the Chargers who were never as bad as their record, the Bungles who are wildly inconsistent, and the Bills who looked tough before injuries and faltering in Miami. The AFC South - Its just horrible but someone has to win it I suppose. The NFC South - Also horrible except for the feather soft Falcons.
  7. Are you related to Tipster?
  8. While that is definitely exciting, doesn't this mean we can't bring Watkins back this year?!?!?!?!?!??!~111???!
  9. They effectively skirted NFL AND NHL bylaws by signing the paperwork in Kim's name but we all know who is running the show. She's the Manchurian candidate, which is actually pretty insensitive considering she's Korean.
  10. Despite your new age vegan BS politics, you can indeed own property in the U.S., Chairman Boyst. Correct. You cannot own two sports franchises in the same city.
  11. 1 week at a time. We're less than halfway through and I've seen this movie too many times to think it ends happily ever after.
  12. If we activate Shady for this weekend does that mean that we can't bring back Shaq or Sammy later this year?
  13. My concern is if we activate Shaq for this week it may mean that we will not be able to bring Sammy back this year.
  14. I'm not going to go back through and read this whole thread, but doesn't bringing Shaq back right now mean we can't bring Watkins back this season??? Is Whaley crazy??
  15. Unless its on the waived list.
  16. If I were Marcel's teammate, I'd be making more money. Its also quite likely that I'd be black based on the percentages. I'd definitely be a lot bigger and probably faster. And after my career ended from a string of brain injuries I'd still probably start better threads than the OP.
  17. If I'm Greg Roman, weeks 3 and 4 I'm watching and I'm actively rooting for Lynn, Rex, and the Bills to fall on their collective faces. Now its week 6, I haven't shaved or left the house in 2 weeks, the curtains are drawn and the living room is littered with empty pizza boxes. The walls are scrawled with "F@#$ Rex Ryan! F@#$ Rex Ryan!" and "All scores and no 3 and outs makes Greg a dull boy!". By week 8 they find me wandering around the neighborhood in a bathrobe and shouting in play calls to confused passersby.
  18. I'm not going to go back and read this whole thread so sorry if its already been answered, but isn't it true that the Bills must choose whether to bring Watkins OR Lawson back from IR later in the season???
  19. If I were a betting man, I would wager that Chip CANNOT shake s@#$!
  20. Hardy may find the transition to MMA pretty difficult considering his last few bouts ended when his opponent "fell" onto the bed and a pile of guns. Rousey, Tate, and Holm should present more of a challenge.
  21. Really good stuff per usual, Bocephuz, if that even is your real name.
  22. You give yourself way too much credit. This has nothing to do with you, whoever you are.
  23. Yes, and its getting dumber by the minute.
