I don't think you need OJ's Dream Team to get you off when the blood results are negative for everything on a DWI charge.- 331 replies

A no knock warrant the primary target of which was already in police custody. As I understand it, no knock warrants are highly unusual for what were believed to be low level drug dealers by the Louisville police. But apparently they needed a no knock warrant to prevent Taylor from destroying drug evidence or records relating to drug sales. Kinda makes you wonder how they got those warrants especially since the post office concluded the packages the primary suspect had received at Breonna Taylor's home were not suspicious. They didn't find anything in her home so all is well that ends well. https://www.whas11.com/article/news/local/breonna-taylor-lawyers-police-lied-about-search-time-and-arrest-of-main-suspect-in-narcotics-investigation/417-3f4fa77a-c1c8-44fa-ab57-be187dc750c4 https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/06/30/fact-check-police-had-no-knock-warrant-breonna-taylor-apartment/3235029001/ -

No clue as to the potential for commodity price increases. We flare enough natural gas in Texas everyday to power the whole state since the infrastructure doesnt exist to get the gas to market. There were negative spot prices in Waha not long ago. Yes, you understand that correctly, they would pay you to come take the stuff away from them after hitting flaring limits.

Its a SPAC. https://www.renaissancecapital.com/IPO-Center/News/69269/Energy-SPAC-East-Resources-Acquisition-files-for-a-$300-million-IPO Shares will be available to the public at par value of $10. Pegs will have 2 years to make a deal or return everyone's money. SPACs are all the rage right now but they come with risk. The pressure to make a deal is high but if you make a bad deal, like Alta Mesa Energy, it can go up in flames. https://www.wsj.com/articles/investors-handed-an-oilman-a-blank-check-company-heres-how-it-turned-out-11555328147 https://www.desmogblog.com/2020/03/05/us-shale-fracking-boom-fraud-alta-mesa-enron $3.8 billion to bankrupt in 18 months.

Tesla, Nikola, Daimler, a few others. Check out Hyliion which will likely be bought by the special purpose acquisition company or SPAC going by the ticker SHLL. https://www.hyliion.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Hyliion-Tortoise-Overview-Presentation.pdf https://www.hyliion.com/ Natural gas powered generator powers an electric drive train. Hydrogen fuel cells and batteries have a long way to go to catch up on range, towing capacity, and cost. I'm sure the tech will get there but for now I like Hyliion's business plan and took a flier on some shares of SHLL.

In order to be distressed you need to have debt and Pegula's energy businesses are debt free according to a number of interviews. A number of shale producers are distressed and will go under, but JKLM isn't likely to be one of them. Natural gas will have its place in the energy market for years to come even in a renewables based energy world. Its clean burning and suitable for satisfying surge demand for electricity which renewables cannot address. There is one startup company in the transportation space introducing natural gas powered drive trains for class 8 vehicles. But the biggest demand driver for natural gas will be the petrochem market. As it is pretty much all growth in demand for oil and gas has been from the petrochem market.

I pasted the data into excel for a better breakdown by position. The results were interesting on a missed tackle % basis by position group. See above for updated post. -

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/years/2019/defense_advanced.htm Put together a quick pivot table to dissect the #s. Took top 300 players on the list, sorted for games started 10 or more. Broke it down by position. Hughes, Lawson, Taron, Jordan Phillips were the worst in missed tackle % as defined by Pro Football Reference. Milano's % was a little above average for ALL linebackers which includes some edge rushers at 13.6% while Tremaine's % was below average at 9.8% Average was 11.0%. New guys: AJ Klein was 9.2%, Mario Addison is a shocking 2.9%, while Quinton Jefferson is on the high side at 16.1%. Hyde, TreDavious, Levi, and Kevin Johnson all compared similarly and slightly above average relative to all defensive backs coming in between 13% and 14%. Poyer at 7.8% was much lower than the 12.3% average. Hughes, Lawson, and Phillips were WAY above the average of 13.8%. DE, DT, and NT was the only positional group with a meaningful spread between average of 13.8% and median of 12.4%. Star was almost exactly average, Murphy was right there at the median, and Lorenzo at 9.8% was below. Oliver at 6.5% was way below average. Vernon Butler is a 5.9%. -

100% this!! Back in the day we used to give the women in the office a firm pat on the ass to reward them after a hard days work. Today, that harmless and thoughtful gesture would be an HR action. I feel sorry for kids entering the workforce now in this PC environment. God forbid anyone tells a joke like "better wear a low cut shirt if you really want that promotion, toots". Simple pranks like hiding a camera in the women's bathroom will turn into an FBI investigation!! -
