  1. We stopped Big Ben all day. He was 18/32 for 188 and 1 TD. Tannehill was 18/29 for 215, 0 TDs, and an INT.
  2. We have outplayed all 6 opponents. Red zone efficiency is the difference in our 2 losses. Also, Buffalo is now 0-2 when not winning the turnover battle. Last night it was 1 each.
  3. Are you crediting Allen for the Titans first TD after the INT? Buffalo only scored 3 TDs.
  4. They were healthy scratches like Basham has been for most of the season and AJ was for much of last season. McD and Frazier decided to roll with Harrison Philips in the lineup for more size. Real difference makers don't find themselves on the Inactive list because of matchups.
  5. How are you feeling about that rotation this morning?
  6. Red zone efficiency https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/red-zone-scoring-pct Bills were 2-5, Titans were 3-3. That was the difference in the game. Buffalo gave up 1 big play and otherwise dominated Tennessee in every statistical category. Looking at the boxscore its amazing they lost.
  7. That's where I'm at with it. On top of a massive rule book and calls with extreme subjectivity, you also have the competition committee changing the rules or advising on how things need to be called differently every year. These guys may suck as all fans seem to agree and yet they're the best in the world at officiating football games.
  8. Yup. Hot starts have been a Sabres tradition during this era of suckitude. I think the only thing we can go on is the style of play is different. The pressure they're generating on the forecheck, the puck movement with these short passes (looks like they're effectively trying to create mini 2 on 1s all over the ice), the odd man rushes being generated, the fast transition game, and crashing the net for rebounds all stand out to me as major positives and distinct changes in philosophy as compared to Kruger's team.
  9. Positions held to date, years of experience in prior roles, job descriptions, duties. Ya know, his resume.
  10. What would watching 2 hockey games tell us about Adams qualifications as a GM that we don't already know?
  11. Yes, the Panthers.
  12. CBiscuit left and joined www.HotBoyBillsFans.com the best Bills forum on the web for dudes who think they're hot.
  13. I am sad I missed Cody Eakin's goal song. What goal song will we hear first: Eakins 2nd or Skinner's first?
  14. He drank scotch whiskey all night long. Not really sure what happened after that but I hope he got home safely. He probably should have gotten an Uber.
  15. Refs are evaluated and graded every week by the NFL head office. Crews with the best scores go on to get the biggest games. Crews with poor performance do not see the post season or Super Bowl.
  16. Okposo is playing about 2 steps faster than previous seasons. There was a comment from Duff that the players are pushing each other to improve their conditioning and Granato said this team will be much better conditioned than in previous years. IT showed. They looked fast out there last night. Not just in individual skating but in puck movement, in transition, on the forecheck. It was a pleasure to watch compared to the young, slow, and tired team I am used to watch that fades in the second half of games. I'm not saying they will win a lot of games, but if they play with that kind of effort night in night out I'll support them.
  17. "Who are YOU to comment on THIS post?!?!", he said confidently and unironically, without the slightest idea of what was coming next.
  18. Agreed, I thought Tyreek was a good -4 yards behind where the holding took place. He caught up to the hold not long after.
  19. Mario Williams. The Bills made Mario the highest paid defensive player in league history at the time and shattered the notion that free agents won't sign in Buffalo and the Bills won't pay top dollar. I think that signing went a long way into Buffalo repairing their reputation after the lean years and the Jason Peters/Wade Philips fiascos.
  20. He blasted the refs, commissioner, NFLPA, other owners, beat reporters, select players and dropped racist, homophobic, and misogynist insults. How is he supposed to do his job now? First, hes got a lot of damage control to do in the locker room. Attracting free agents could get dicey. I'd be worried about the officiating after blasting women officiating. Those sideline and post game interviews will be a blast after what he's had to say about women covering football. And he spat in the face of Goodell and team owners, the people who run the league. If I'm Mark Davis, I'm standing by my guy to the detriment of the team out of some misguided principles concerning censorship.
  21. Your point keeps changing as its shot down again and again. If the SpyGate tapes contained hours of Belichick rattling off his list of commissioners, owners, players, beat reporters, NFLPA leaders, and politicians that hes inviting to blow him then they just might have been fit for public consumption. Thats how you know this was personal. Goodell's MO is to protect the shield at all costs.
  22. The entirety of rock, rap, and pop is one big innuendo.
  23. Full blown Tourette's for both *unless* there are children around me. Then I do my very best not to teach impressionable youth new words.
  24. Can you imagine the outrage if the NFL suddenly decided that they needed to remove acts from the halftime show because of objectionable content in old lyrics just in time for Snoop, Dre, and Kendrick after giving zero ducks for the past 55 years?
  25. The NFL claims they didn't release any emails, of course. Its possible the leak was within the Raiders org. Maybe Davis had second thoughts about that huge contract he offered Gruden? Interestingly enough, these emails were provided to the court in a legal action between Snyder and Bruce Allen and not all of them were completely redacted. https://www.latimes.com/sports/story/2021-10-12/nfl-jon-gruden-emails-washington-football-team
