The Bills have the best offensive personnel in the NFL
Jauronimo replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Say what you will about FireChans but he has this innate ability to read the room and then and at exactly the right moment disregard it all that and post something like this. And I admire that. -
15 more to finish what we started last year! LFG!

I think they should rotate one position to the right every play until they find something that works!

Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?
Jauronimo replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
How is grabbing a guys ankle and wrapping up his other ankle with both of your legs while you roll him up for a takedown a clean play? Whatever you want to call that scissor kick, tripping, rolling bull####, it has no place in football and there is nothing clean about it. -
Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?

You can "taken" my post with a few more tide pods for all I care. Embarrassing yourself publicly and then insisting others must be mad is an interesting strategy. If I had to choose, I'd take temporarily mad over permanently slow 10/10 times. -
Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?

I don't care if thats the hardest or second hardest hit he took that game. What is your point? Oh, well I guess its a clean play then. -
Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?

For the 3rd and last time, I do NOT care if he intended to hurt anyone. Fact remains, he committed a dirty play and hurt someone. Go hide behind differences of opinion after failing to articulate anything that could be considered an argument. -
Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?

Let me say it a second time for you, this time slower and louder. I DON'T CARE IF HE INTENTIONALLY TRIED TO HURT A GUY OR UNINTENTIONALLY HURT A GUY!! When you a grab a guy by the ankle and then use your legs to wrap up his other ankle and take him down that it is a bull#### play that has no place in football. Otherwise known as a dirty play. In this case it happened right after Mac got rocked so it clearly seems retaliatory, since tripping a guy like that is a bull#### thing to do even if you think he might have the ball (doubtful since Mac can see his arms) or think he might get the ball. -
Attacking a 2 deep shell isnt a mystery but you need to be able to execute. In the example you posted, the deep shot to Sanders we have been attempting all year is the answer. But you need to pass protect long enough for that route to develop. The other way is to run the ball down their throats and make them pull a safety into the box. Nothing works when your line play is abysmal.

Mac Jones attempt to injure Brian Burns?
Jauronimo replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
That hes never done it before does not change what he did yesterday. Preventing another player from getting to a loose ball or tackling a player without the ball is a penalty. So at best we are starting with his intent was to commit a penalty by tripping Burns. And in pulling that bull#### move he hurt a guy. Intentionally or unintentionally, I don't care. -

Defend the play. Why isn't it dirty? -

He grabbed Burns ankle and then used his own legs to roll him up while twisting the ankle. There is no way this can be construed as a football play. You have no right to tackle or hold a guy to prevent him from picking up a loose ball. Do you think its any coincidence the guy he rolled up and injured had just laid him out? -

Anyone who can steward this league into a smooth liquidation in 3 to 6 months is well qualified to run the XFL. -
I hate to say it … but the Pats are coming
Jauronimo replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
This should be fun. Where does "Team" end and franchise begin in a league where turnover year to year is +25%? How are you defining team with this "Same old, hasn't won a championship" scale and how far back does it extend? Same as the Rex years, Gailey, Jauron? -

I think this is an excellent way to judge a team because its simple and requires no critical thought. I guess my issue with this criteria is that it leaves a lot to be interpreted. Example: Gene 1: Hey, how are the Dolphins doing this year, Gene 2? Gene 2: Well, they won a few Super Bowls in the 70s so pretty damn good, Gene 1! Gene 2: How are the Bills looking this year, Gene 1? Gene 1: Well they haven't won a super bowl in their existence so not as good as your Dolphins, Gene 2, you effing moron!! -

Thats your argument? The team is the exactly the same until they win a championship? The team of the 90s, into the drought, and the current team all the same? -

Are they? Their run game ranks right after ours in production. Mac Jones wins games throwing 40 times for 200 yards. They need to score a defensive touchdown a game to break 20 points. Their whole game plan relies on the Defensive forcing multiple turnovers. They'll be a tough game because our offense is stuck in the mud but like last year, the Pats wins rely on their opponents beating themselves. Like Darnold lobbing up 3 INTs.
