You don't typically see guards that high bc they are protected on all sides and therefore can get away with less skill. This draft has a lot of quality guards and honestly we have a lot of lineman that can play inside or out so a later round guard would be the best bet for this team. They need to get someone that is a play maker on either side of the ball, which is something this team has lacked for a long time. I think we have to get our hands on the best defensive player first and try and move up (or back) to get Tavon Austin to go with Stevie and Nassib which seems to be an almost certainty now.

I like Geno, but Tavon Austin is the player from the neers that you don't want to miss out on. You guys are saying you want Percy Harvin, this guy is a younger faster version. The ideal draft should go: 1. Linebacker from Georgia 2. Tavon Austin 3. Best Available - Kiko Alonso for Oregon could be a reach here but he's a head hunter 4. Tyler Bray or Zak Dysert 5. Ryan Swope from A&M. Poor man's Welker

Does anyone on this team have any fight? All year when this team gets a lead, instead of finishing anyone off, they let them hang around and steal wins that should have been ours. Directly a result of the coaches. But back to Stevie, he has never been the type of player to have huge YAC plays and truly is best in tight spaces and using his agility to create separation. He simply isn't fast enough to beat the kind of attention he gets with only Scott Chandler as a complementary weapon. Here is the link for drops this year. Burfict is not going to pan out. People say mean streak, blah blah blah, I watched alot of arizona state games and he always seemed out of place and always seemed as slow as his 5.0 40 time at the combine. I think the steals of the draft are going to be LB Danny Trevethan out of Kentucky. Can't be bad at what you do if you fend of SEC blockers and lead the lead in tackles every year even if your small. And WR Danny Coale out of Virginia Tech. A 4-year starter who is good in the open field and great hands. Can't go wrong with a white boy that ran a 4.50. Late round picks both these guys but could be worth it.
