  1. Fred Jackson has the skills to be what Marcus Allen was in his 30s. The leading total yardage running back past the age of 30.
  2. The Rocky montage is fitting for such a fine athelete.
  3. The rookie wage cap in 11 CBA is huge. Gilmore & Dareus would have cost a lot more.
  4. Brady no "35 years old in august and hasn't impressed in the recent playoff games showing signs of slowing down, confident he will quickly regress" Sanchez no "holmes and burress know a joke when they see one" Tannehill no "how do you say....1 year wonder?" Weeden no "born in 1983, months younger than Fitz, unproven and a rookie, i'll pass" Flacco no "plays with a great defense, has top running back, wideout" Big Ben yes "9 months older than Fitz but more accurate and stronger armed, great cold weather QB" Dalton no "how much was this attributable to the great AJ Green & dynamic TE Gresham? Schaub no "injury prone and is surrounded by weapons like Foster, Johnson & Daniels" Luck yes "sign me up for a decade" Hasselback no "Bald & old." Gabbert no "if 2011 is 1/2 of what he can be, i'll pass" Manning no "36 years old and counting, neck is a huge concern imo" Palmer no "lacks fire needed to lead a true contender" Rivers yes "31 years old & immobile, but deadly accurate and tough - played with an acl in a playoff game" Cassell no "new england should be getting 1/2 his salary because this guy is robbing KC"
  5. This guy looks like Tony Romo.
  6. Every Bill will be a former player sooner or later. Peyton Manning is a Bronco so anyone can be shown the door.
  7. The player will be 35 before next Super Bowl. It's time to retire.
  8. The dude is stronger than 95 out of 100 men. 6'2 225 with 8-15% body fat is fine. Was Brett Favre any more cut?
  9. My favorite highlight was Belichick going berserk after Freddy fell inches short of the end zone allowing us to run down the clock.
  10. The Jets are the proverbial car heading for the cliff. Rex is behind the wheel and guys like Cromartie & Holmes have already jumped to avoid the pending freefall. Rex picked up Tim "KoolAid" Tebow to convince everyone to stay seated.
  11. The defense is shored up. The offensive line got deeper and we got a possible slot speedster. Easley could be a 3rd year break though like Stevie Johnson. There a ton of talented UDRFAs.
  12. Let Fitzy fail in '12. If he under performs than we will likely be drafting in the top 10 in '13 and can get a very good QB.
  13. I like this pick. Let's totally rebuild the defense. We need corners with McGee 32 and Florence 31 years old. Also McKelvin 27 is no young pup. Aaron Williams and Gilmore should be our long term starters.
  14. IF the HOF was awarded on 5 year blocks to the top 2 QBs who entered the league - than McNabb might have a case. '98 Manning, '99 McNabb are the top 2 QBs from 95-99 draft classes and undrafted free agents. 1990 to 1994: '91 Favre, '94 Warner (Green Bay practice squad). 2000 to 2004, would be '00 Brady & '01 Brees. The class of '04 could mirror '83 with 3 1st round HOF QBs.
  15. How about inanimate objects? #3 Mark Kelso's bubble helmet #2 Thurman's lost helmet ala SB26 #1 OJ's "glove"
  16. Fitzpatrick is facing another make or break season. Let's see what happens.
  17. Wood has played in 32 of a possible 48 games, that's only 66%. Levitre is a perfect 48/48. One must be willing to admit Wood has the injury bug. Franchise guys dont miss 1/3 of their games. We all know Wood is a good player when healthy. If he can avoid the catastrophic injury bug that has plagued his 1st and 3rd seasons I like his potential. At a certain point though these kind of injuries run the risk of cutting his career short.
  18. Kelsay's saving grace is his durability and his consistency. He is a guy who gets 3-6 sacks per year and 30-40 tackles. He's 1/2 the player of an All-Pro making him a dependable bookend on our dline. Kelsay should rebound returning to the 4-3.
  19. Tebow is not an NFL QB. That said is there any talk of him converting to a fullback or tight end maybe even a safety? George Wilson could teach him how to switch from offense to defense. Honestly think this guy just needs a coach like Belichick to tell him, "Tim you are not an NFL QB but you can be a great Saftey or Fullback, Tight End."
  20. I would like to see a "rust" color helmet. We gotta rep the Rust Belt.
  21. In the end Mario couldn't be super without the Bills!
  22. Psssssttt http://www.dundermifflin.com/media/buffalo_closure.shtml
  23. If Mario signs with San Diego I will jump the bridge
