Hopefully his "accent" will be better than Costner's. I love how half way through filming that movie, Costner just says "fug it" and quits with the lymie accent.

Looking for some Wall karma today....

Good luck Pooj! You interviewing with FedEx? -
No it's not Chef... it comes from the North American Animal called "Bacon." It resides mostly in the southern regions of North America. Similarly, but not the same animal is the North American Rib, which is where we get spare ribs from. When the Rib has off spring we take them from their mother and butcher them and that's where we get baby back ribs from!!! Geez, for a chef you sure don't know much about the sources of the food you prepare. And as I've said before Prociutto comes from the Italian animal called Pociutto! In fact Prociutto translated literally to 'Merican means "The Fancy Bacon Animal."

Mingia, startin right in again this morning aren't ya? Now had this been me saying that to Eryn, I would have been bludgeoned to death by the newbs for being an insensitive jerk. YOU? You get away with it. Well no more Beerball, I'm keeping tabs on you! I'm holding you to the same standards I'm being held to!!! -
Isn't prosciutto from the an animal very similar to the Bacon? I mean it's the same four-legged animal as the Bacon, it's just a farm animal only found in Italy right? I mean, there are Bacon farms in the deep south I've heard, so there must be a similar thing in Italy and it's called a Prosciutto farm right? Mingia, now I'm fuggin confused.

Remember, there's a school out here (actually about two miles from my work) that has banned the game of tag!! It's a K through 12 school and my son's JV baseball team just lost to them last week. To build up my son's self-esteem, I made fun of his team for losing to a school full or molly-coddled boys who couldn't play tag growing up. * before some of the newbs around here rush to judgement on me once again... that was sarcasm kids... I didn't make fun of his team, I just laughed directly at my son. *

Good thing you got other people to wipe your nose for you, Beersphere. You must be a lot like Lupus from the Bad News Bears... everyone else fights your battles for you. -

At first glance, I'm partial to the Tiger Stadium Conservancy and their 3.8 million!

After he makes a statement like that, I can see why you might think that. The Hulkster is an attention whore though, so he may be of the mindset that any media attention is good media attention and this is just another (albeit reprehensible) way to get his name in the mainstream media. Off topic: I agree, if they don't submit his name for the 50th Anniversary team, why is he still on the wall... peel him off there and put Kalsau up there.

Can't say as I've had the pleasure of meetin' any of ya, but happy birthday nevertheless (alwaysthemore). -
Yeah seriously Hopsy, what happened to her? I mean other than when she worked for the networks, she had a case of "the crazy eyes" I don't remember having any affliction. On topic: The Onion comes up with some of the best satire, the best part is most teen gamers who saw this might not even get the joke.

I agree with XXV. I also like: XIV (1979 in Pasadena) No specific reasy, just really like it. XVI (1981 in Pontiac... I had a commemorative poster of that SB and surrounding the Lombardi Trophy they had old hood ornaments from the golden age of automobiles. Verrrry classy if you ask me) Somewhere around 1992, it all got away from 'em and the logos got REALLY outta hand (except for 2001 for obvious reasons it was redeveloped and actually looks great!) XXXII looks like the SB was held in Las Vegas with it's "slot machine" motif. XXXIV and XXXV look like it's some kind of renaissance festival is going on in conjuction with the game. XXXVII has me craving fish sticks for some reason XLII looks like the sliding door on a minivan oh yeah and back in 78 SB XIII is Ubercheesy!! Love it!!! I feel like I'm getting ready to watch Battle of the Network Stars!!!!

Wow, if we were to somehow get the Bungles and Bears in that game (long shot I know) we could have an orange and black (ish) overload on all Super Bowl merchandise!

Welll, just for the record, in addition to talking to poor people on the bus, speaking to janitors from time to time and serving up gofer pitches to less-talented kids in little league baseball, I also date super models on a semi-regular basis! I'm not sure what you mean about the other poor bastards on this board that aren't getting any "Indy Racing League" though? -
Paula looks MUCH hotter on the BBC! Not quite so cokey? The female judge or the singer? Did you watch Paul Potts and my attempt to educate you on Pol Pot as well?

That line is getting as old as Tedy Bruschi jokes I'm told. -
How come when I make a Bruschi joke, I get vilified and told to "get over it" "quit living in the past" and "that's an old and stale joke"?!?!? You guys make 'em and nobody says anything! BTW, I disagree about him parting the ocean, so they can drive across... Won't the ocean just turn into wine and then he'll hand out all the fish in the ocean to the poor and needy?
