Drew Magery is hilarious. I read his mailbag every Tuesday on Deadspin and it just kills me. It's not MY list slapnuts! I just maintain the list based on what the denizens of TBD think about particular posters. We're all such a rational and levelheaded bunch, I just keep the list in order so the FNGs know who "we" like and who "we" hate. We've been real busy at work, so that's kept me away (I'll just leave it at that.) Sometimes people take themselves too seriously around here.

As Oh-fish-all keeper of the media barameter for TBD, I need to post this list, so I can update the current standing of various media outlets and talking heads. Don't scoff, this is an important task I've taken on since 2008. I always enjoyed games that Paul did. When he had a heart attack at Lakeshore in the late 80s, my cousin was working as a waitress there. She he was alway very friendly to the staff, had no airs about him and was a fairly generous tipper. I like listening to him broadcast games. I remember him doing a KC Chiefs game one time and they had a D-lineman named Sims who could NOT stay on sides if his life depended on it. I mean he could have known the snap count and he still would have jumped off sides. After about his third or fourth infraction in the first half, Paul in a totally disgusted tone says "Awwwwwwww Sims!!!" as if he's a coach or something. My son and I both laughed pretty good at that one and to this day when someone is having a case of the "jumpsies" one of will let out a "awwwww Sims."

Geez, I break out my Sesame Street Counter costume, get lost in Fruita, try to ask a passerby for directions and now all of a sudden I'm labled a "vampire" and blamed for causing accidents? Guess I'll put the costume away until halloween. Sheesh!
