  1. Assuming, of course, that Manning regains his arm strength.
  2. How often do you see more than 1 TE on the field for us? And how many plays do we run where the TE is the #1 target? And how many would he have gotten if we had a legit WR opoosite Stevie?
  3. The Colts are in no position to sign Flynn. You bring in a guy like that with that kind of $$$ when he's the last piece of the puzzle. And with the defense going to a 3-4, the puzzle has more than a few pieces missing.
  4. He's good when he is capable of getting on the field.
  5. It seems like Buddy is taking a more active approach to FA, and that our draft picks will be more targeted. I'm not saying Buddy will trade, but I think it is more possible this year.
  6. Don't let it bother you. The military has been using it for decades.
  7. His injury history will drive down his value, no matter where he goes. I'm all for signing him to a 2-year contract close to the minimum.
  8. If Manning signs in Denver, that could spell trouble for Denver. Elway declared Tebow to be his guy, so if he cuts ot trades him, who will trust him?
  9. Since TEs are not featured much in the Chan Gailey offense, I highly doubt Clark comes to Buffalo. Also, didn't Buddy say they want young guys?
  10. So, who here really thinks we're going to draft a QB in the first round, with Fitz projected to be our starter. I think Chan is planning on Fitz playing, so don't get your hopes up.
  11. I can't believe the posters that actually would want Buddy to give up more than the Redskins did to move up to #2. We need those #1s.
  12. As long as he comes inexpensively, at least for the short term.
  13. You do realize that Chan is not the OC, just the guy who calls plays? Curtis Modkins is the OC, as well as the RB coach. Bills Coaches
  14. The talent around him has been average at best. Raise that talent level, and give David Lee a chance to work with him, and we might get a good QB out of the deal.
  15. Sounds an awful lot like Abraham, and at this point I have doubt that he is a full-time starter.
  16. Man, I hope not. I just don't see him a a full-time DE.
  17. I know he has his limitations but I want to give the new QB coach a chance to work with him.
  18. Yeah, I forgot about him. At the same time, Kelly, Marino, and Rivers do not. My point is that it is not all about the QB. A certain level of talent alongside him is required, too.
  19. Assuming, of course, that Merriman can revert back to some semblance of his old self. Also, Kyle is not a 4-3 pass-rushing end.
  20. That may very well be true. The new QB coach thinks he can correct his mechanical issues, so we'll see. At any rate, he still needs to have more talent around him.
  21. I hope so. I think to lose them would be a huge negative impact on the line.
  22. Where he was a young QB with no statting experience, playing with guys used to catching passes from Carson Palmer. At any rate, even Trent Dilfer has a ring.
