  1. With all due respect, Bandit, I must disagree with your selection of Martin. He will be good, yes, but I just don't think he'll be ready to contribute right away, and that's what I think we need from our 1st-rounder.
  2. No. I like Glenn, but I just don't see him as a LT in the NFL. And I not high on Hightower as a 4-3 LB, either.
  3. Getting back the players from our War and Peace-sized IR will help immensely, but we do need to add some youngsters as well.
  4. True, but you know that no matter who gets picked, 20% will support the pick and the other 80% will be "they should have picked__________________."
  5. I would cry if this draft were to happen.
  6. Look at the talent (or lack thereof) around him. Do you think a rookie could do any better?
  7. Suppose that happens? Who would you take at the Cowboys or Chargers spot?
  8. Not, it is not, but for obvious reasons the 1st round is the most important. With the win now philosophy at One Bills Drive, you won't do it with a rookie QB, not with the roster we currently have and the change in defensive system.
  9. Easley has not yet proven he can stay on the field. Suppose we do draft Floyd. Would a 3-WR set of Johnson, Floyd, and Easley be a bad thing?
  10. I get the feeling that we don't need to worry about Chaos in a Buddy Nix-led war room, but Polian raises some good points.
  11. Not unless you cut Fitz, and i don't think the team will do that. Buddy and Chan want to win now, and you won't be able to accomplish that with Tannehill. He's not as prepared to enter the league as Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco were.
  12. Blackmon. We need a starter more at WR than we do at LT.
  13. So true. Will Grant was a 10th-rounder, and Kent Hull a FA pickup. No need for a high pick at C.
  14. Not to mention that he packed on 11 pounds to play the 3-4 nose. Will he take it back off to play the 4-3?
  15. Definitely try to trade in this scenario. If not, and these are our choices, my vte would be for Kirkpatrick, just to shore up our secondary.
  16. I can't see Blackmon making it to #10, so I vote for Floyd. Even if he did, I think I'd still rather have Floyd, strictly for size reasons.
  17. That may be what Casserly would have done when he was a GM, but I'm fairly certain that it's not what Buddy won't do it. Honestly, I rather hope he does not.
  18. I had Kuechly for both questions. I can honestly see somebody trading up to #9 to grab him.
  19. Not this year. We have Urbik and Brown to back up Wood. I do believe we will sign an UDFA and put him on the PS.
  20. I thought Buddy said he's being looked at as a weakside DE.
