  1. Must be his inner Buddy Ryan talking.
  2. Guess you think he's done progressing. He went to the TE University last year and graduated. He's going back to get his Master's this summer.
  3. Ooh, you didn't say Josh is the best QB in football.
  4. He was here for 1 season under the current staff. McDermott's 1st year. Glad they gave him the boot.
  5. Pointing to 2 games. Wow! Pretty sure dude is 2nd on this team in TD receptions the past 2 seasons. Diggs had 18 and Davis had 13. More than Beasley, Sanders or Knox. This reply is more to your "Off of one game?" post. It was like you only saw 1 game. Now it seems you've seen only 2 games.
  6. In a true competition, Patrick could unseat Josh. Didn't say WOULD, COULD. Anyone that replies with a "no way" is just a homer.
  7. We'll forgive him for playing well somewhere else?!?
  8. Someone actually gave this post a 👎 😂
  9. Aside from getting "Mossed" by Kelce for the game winning TD, he's alright. Just kidding. Glad we gave him an extension.
  10. Anywhere I look on the web the Avg. career of an NFL RB is 2.57 years. In his 1st three years he started in 42 games and had almost 930 touches. More of a load each year. A total of 10 games the last 2 years. 1,138 touches and a steep decline due to injuries. Some articles mentioned after getting 1800 touches, production declines. Sharply. Others mention a sharp decline after a 400 touch season. The numbers are out there. I think he's shot and would seek a RB who doesn't have the wear and tear on his body(and cheaper). I believe his last 2 injuries were leg injuries. Not good for a RB with the miles he has on him. He wouldn't have helped us the past 2 seasons with his lack of availability and I think the trend continues. Good for him on getting paid, though. Just glad it wasn't us. 197 touches in 2017 326 touches in 2018 403 touches in 2019 only 3 games played in 2020 only 7 games played in 2021 Edit: Not sure how trading a healthy Edmunds for a broke down RB is a good deal. I am so glad these people don't make the decisions at OBD.
  11. What would we without you, sensei?
  12. Sorry dude, I meant this board complaining, not you in particular. I should have been more clear.
  13. We play in Buffalo, it's a given we're going to play in lousy weather. Every year. We've been a top defense the past few years with this weather and tougher schedules. My point was, this " weak schedule" claim can be made by most fans of an NFL team. If we didn't play well vs. these teams, people here would complain about that and rightfully so. But to complain about us taking care of business vs. these teams is just stupid. IMO. I do agree with everything else you wrote, but this weak schedule/lousy weather stuff is getting old.
  14. 1st bolded: I see it every time I watch. 2nd bolded: PFF's top 5 defenses as of week 17 was: #1 Bills, #2 Pats, #3 Cowboys, #4 Saints, #5 Broncos The Pats played essentially the same schedule as we did. The Cowboys played the WTF twice, the Giants twice and the eagles twice. Along with Carolina, N.O., Atlanta and the broncos. That's a worse list of QBs than what we played. The Saints played Atlanta twice, Carolina twice, Miami, the Jets, Seattle without Russell Wilson, the WTF, the Giants and NE with a rookie QB who most here say he sucks. The Broncos started the season playing the Giants, Jags and Jets. They also played Pitt. with a washed up Ben, Cleveland without Baker, the WTF, Philly, and Detroit. It's very weird how some hear only see us as playing a crap schedule. I guess all top 5 teams are paper lions when it comes to defense. WOW!
  15. Wondering if these are the same people who used to post on that site that closed down without notice. To me, this place went downhill after that took place. He did it this past season too.
  16. Actually, in video, he can be seen looking shocked for a second, says "oh God", then turns around. That was his reaction. You probably still think it's not a good look, but he didn't immediately just turn around without showing concern. Even if it was only an iota.
  17. Trying to make sense of the bolded. So, which one is it?!?! You clearly don't know for sure what you would have done. Yet, somehow you say it's a richard move for a drunk person to not react in a way you MAY have reacted?!?! Kind of a Richard move to make such a comment. Again, which is it?!?!
  18. The difference is the defense made enough plays to beat Houston. The offense let us down. Dropped TD pass. Also dropped a pass with about 1 minute left in regulation that would have changed the field. We had to work our way to a game tying fg instead of working for a TD. And as mentioned, the missed block by Knox. We e gave up 22 points in the game, including OT. We scored 6 points in the 2nd half AND overtime of that game. The defense was not to blame for that game. The KC game? Oh yeah, that's on the defense. BIG DIFFERENCE. We gave up 10 points ALL game the previous year to Jax in that playoff game AND LOST. As to the second paragraph ( I guess), you can watch the next season play out. I mean, unless you have some kinda quiz for him, how else will you be sure he's learning? The " mistakes" are not the same. 1st 2 playoff games were lost by the offense. The last 2 are on the defense.
  19. The Rams, not McVay had a plan. It worked. Can't be mad at them. They're Super Bowl Champions!
  20. I'm happy for Andrew Whitworth.
  21. It's over. All that speed for Cincy 😂
  22. Rams keep breaking the huddle with 12-13 seconds left. Can't adjust or change the play that way.
