  1. That’s all I’m trying to convey here. Of all the “blame” threads on TBD, Allen gets a pass and I’m simply reminding some of his issues. I never said Josh is THE problem. I love him being a Bill. He’s manning the most important position on offense, but he’s hardly the whole team, much less the whole offense. Let’s not forget, we were 2nd in the league in points per game and yards per game. Allen DID NOT do that on his own. Here’s a good one I see here, a lot: Where would we be without Allen? Why do people here do that to themselves? We would be in the same place as KC without Mahomes, NE and Tampa without Tom, Cincy without Burrow, etc., etc.
  2. Routinely?! We’re 4-3 in the playoffs the past 3 years. I watched the same SB losses as you and 3 of those losses were not due to coaching. We lost the first one due to “wide right”, not coaching. Skins loss, coaching. Dallas was heads and shoulders a more talented team. Crazy? Nah. Off base on some things? Definitely.
  3. What are some of you complaining about? 2nd in yds per game 2nd in points per game we lost 3 regular season games by 3 points each. Josh was the issue in 2 of those losses. He was injured in the Jets game, but was having a bad game before the injury. I can’t believe First Round Bust brought up the Minnesota game as an indictment on the receivers. The receivers actually had a good game. Josh totally gave Minny that game. I’m not bashing Josh , but who led the league in interceptions? Josh also left points off the board in the Cincy game. He also has to learn there are hot routes, underneath routes. Not just hero ball long throws after he decides to run out of the pocket because he doesn’t see them or refuses to use the short stuff. Josh isn’t 💯 innocent here. If you all really feel offense was an issue, at least acknowledge Josh had his shortcomings too. Oh, and tuck the ball when you take off running. Oh, and learn to SLIDE when running. Wouldn’t trade Josh for anyone except for Mahomes, but even Josh can improve to help get us to the ultimate goal. After all this, I’m happy where this franchise is and they will be one of the faves again next year. As they should.
  4. little man can wrestle. I always look for cauliflower ears. Run !
  5. I agree with the lack of footwork. The weird part is everything I’ve read says he’s an exceptional athlete. He’s got this training camp to show better footwork. I wonder if being 6’8” will hurt him at guard. Too tall and seems too upright in his stance.
  6. When I read your he bolded, my first thought was we lost to Minny at the halfway point and went on to win 8 in a row. Including a playoff win. We’re 4-3 in the playoffs the past three seasons. He hasn’t won a SB, I get it, but damn.
  7. Tomlin has 2 SB rings?
  8. And it took Reid 2 decades to get his first.
  9. It’s not happening, but: BRING IT!!!
  10. I think Watson will excel. I don’t think Jackson will, unless he stays in Baltimore. Read rumors of Atl for Jackson. Big mistake for Atl. Can’t say mistake for Jackson, as with this scenario he gets paid a boatload.
  11. I’ll try to watch my tone. Thanks.
  12. Actually, the last time we saw Watson, he lost to N.O. Scoring all of 10 points. Missing the playoffs. The Browns did miss the playoffs, right? Talk about removing all doubt.
  13. I get the feeling some of you only scored 100 on your exams in school. Unfortunately not all of us are perfect.
  14. Zay Jones was always better than Duke. Can’t believe people here felt differently. That’s stickum in his hair, by the way.
  15. Exactly. This is the reason I don’t resort to that kind of crap. I will say this: Once the regular season is over, players have been paid what the contract says. Playoff games are paid separate of the contract. He was essentially a free agent, with no guarantee other than the playoff check. From what I’ve read, he would have earned around $42k. Some here question his character and/or his intelligence. That was a smart move. If you reply that you would have played because you are a high character guy, you’re either lying or dumb as 💩. Think about it, if you get hurt, I guarantee your teammates that you fought for won’t pony up the potential $$ you would lose. Maybe they’ll start a gofundme for you.
  16. Romeo and Juliet. A real tear jerker. Seriously , any defensive points. James Harrison’s TD return for Pittsburgh was awesome. Safeties too.
  17. In 14 games, no less.
  18. I know this is a place where we can share our opinions, but stop it. You don’t know 💩 about his character.
  19. Did they win a Super Bowl? Nope, not even a playoff win. 😁
  20. I get your point and frustration, but the idea the organization failed miserably? I see that as a tad extreme. There are 32 nfl franchises and we’re seen as a top 3-5 organization by “professional “ pundits. We’re on the right track. We’ll be one of the favorites next season by those pundits. As we should.
  21. 3 straight AFCE titles and 4 playoff wins in those 3 years. He’s doing something right. And it’s not just the numbers.
  22. Haha. Nah. He’s such a cool dude though. I went to my niece’s basketball game at her high school and he coaches the men’s team. He was sitting at the table collecting the money for us to enter the gym. I almost asked for his autograph. I will say Tamarick Vanover had fine girls coming in and out of his room. All day, every day.
  23. Burt Reynolds Hall in Tallahassee used to house the fsu football team in the 90’s. Me and a buddy won a bid to paint it, inside and out. There was a mattress we were moving and there were at least 50 used condoms between the mattress and box spring. I won’t name the player.
  24. In 4 of the past 5 super bowls, the loser was held to: 3 points (Rams) 20 points(SF) 9 points(KC) 20 points(Cincy) The only outlier was this past SB. We’re not winning a SB on offense alone.
